My products purpose is to create merchandise that is R&B and Hip Hop genre

My content is about making music merchandise for a Hip Hop artist, which will feature a poster of
the artist an album cover, and clothing merchandise.
Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc.
Why would your project appeal to this person?
My audience is for anyone who wants to learn or is interested in Hip Hop.
The age range is from anyone of the age of 12 or above and is for both male and female. The
psychographic for this is for any social status that there is.
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include?
My merchandise will not contain any offensive material as it is simply been made for educational
purposes
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it?
There is no age restriction on my merchandise. However, the clothing will only be available for
adult sizes.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?
Religion and ethnicities are not relevant for my products purpose.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?
By not making my merchandise to graphic about the subject or going off topic.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs?
I will not be using any existing logos or products in order to make my own.
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not be sued for copyright
infringement?
My product will be similar to existing products but I will try to make it slightly different in terms of
creativity.
