3. Research
The research helped me in thinking of topics to talk about in my podcast.
There weren’t many weaknesses of the research I did. I could have maybe
found a few more podcasts because the ones I had found were all very similar.
For example, the ben fosters podcast is very similar to the ones mark
goldbridge have done whereas neither are similar to Gary Nevilles podcast.
4. Planning
• The planning gave me a good indication of what I will be doing / saying in
my podcast. There were not many weaknesses in my opinion. Although I
could of done a bit more planning to help with my final product
5. Time Management
• I think I managed my time pretty well I finished all of my work and on time
and I think I did a decent amount of work in the time that was given
although I think if I had slightly more time I could of done a little bit more.
6. Technical Qualities
• My podcast is similar to ben fosters as it goes over similar topics and is
well presented. You can hear both podcasts clearly and understand what is
being said. It’s also similar to Gary Neville’s podcast as it has the same
amount of people in it (2) it is also different in the sense that both are
strongly involved whereas on the Gary Neville one is mainly just him
7. Aural Qualities
I believe my work sounds good and can be heard clearly. It wasn’t too creative
as I took a lot of inspiration off of other podcasts, but all of our answers were
on the spot. I would improve it by making it slightly longer and I would do this
by thinking off a few more topics to go over. I like the fact it was 2 people just
having a natural conversation about football and having a laugh about it, I
also like that you can hear both of us clearly. I cropped my work with the crop
tool and also used the eraser tool. I cropped it to make it sound better and to
make it shorter.
8. Audience Appeal
I think I have made the podcast appealing to the target audience as I have
spoken purely on the topics, I said I would and therefore if they are
football fans, they should enjoy it. They should like the debate we had
about top 4, it is an interesting top 4 and around this time every season its
always exciting as to who might get 4th spot.
