Objectives of the lesson: during this lesson students are expected to:
Recognize and make use of different adjectives.
Comprehend an audio containing description of faces.
Relate descriptions with images of faces.
Oral production (about “my face” using “have got-has got”)
Routines: Greeting and Praying (2’)
Activity 1: (5’) as students weren’t able to correct the last activity of the
class on Monday (act nº3 “Having only the structure, students will have to
cut and glue the face that they prefer, and write the names of the parts of
the face on it”) the trainee will present the new adjectives “short-long-
small-big” with flashcards and examples, and students will have to
produce sentences orally describing their faces, so we’re going to start by
correcting it.

Students will have to count the parts of the monster face and complete
the boxes.

Activity nº 3 (7’)
Students will be given a photocopy with sentences to match with its
correspondent image. Personal pronouns and the verbal structure will
have different colours for them to recognize (after doing this activity)
which verb correspond to which pronoun. This recognition will be done
with the help of the trainee.

Students will do an activity on their Activity Books in which they have to
read the short descriptions and match them with the correspondent
image.
Activity nº6 (10‘)

The trainee will tell two short stories about different toys and students
will have to draw them according to the story in order to mix parts of the
face and adjectives. E.g. (Trainee: I will tell you about our favourite toys. I
have got a doll. My doll has got long hair and small eyes. SHE has got a big
mouth and short arms. He (the other trainee) has got a teddy bear. The
teddy bear has got short hair and big eyes. He has got a small mouth and
long legs etc.) At the end of the activity, trainees will show to the students
two posters with the images of the toys described in the activity so as to
correct their versions.
Activity nº7 (5‘)
Students will do the next activity on their Activity Books on which they will
observe two images and they have to decide which of them represent the
description given.
Activity nº8 (8’)
Students will listen to an audio and do an activity on their Students Books
in which they have to choose which of the characters is being described.

They have to sing it also, so the audio will be played between 2 and 3

Closing the Lesson (2’)
As usual, students will copy on their books the activities they have
done during the lesson, as date, weather and description of the activities.
