(1) About 20 years dealing with Computers, internet & web sites.
(2) I worked with Intel Computer Company as a marketing representative in Jarir Bookstore
(1/10/2008 – 1/4/2009).
(3) I am working now with IML Company in Microsoft Project (Nokia formerly), started as NSP
(Nokia Promoter) from 10/04/2009 then promoted to "Eastern Region Senior NSP" from
01/04/2010 until 31/10/2012 then promoted to “Eastern Region Value Channels Team Leader”
from 01/11/2012 then in 01/09/2014 promoted to be “Eastern Region Field Force & Promoter
Team Leader” as I am leading 2 teams (Field Force team which working in outdoors outlets for
merchandising & collecting data & Promoters team which working indoor to sell Microsoft Mobile
devices for consumers in some dedicated outlets), and I got bronze and silver certificates from
Nokia as an Field Force NSP (Nokia Solution Partner).

Current Position Description
My current position as Microsoft devices team leader depending on leading my team to perform
their job requirements about leading Microsoft devices sales in the market.
Every month I measure their performance to determine their deserved incentive.
Also they have sales target every month which I am supporting and pushing them to achieve.
I am responsible for the performance of these 2 teams and my responsibilities including:
Establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies and procedures.
Maintaining and building rapport with countries’ Microsoft Mobiles distributors and Key
retailers to achieve brand goals and strategic plans and Work closely with Nokia distributer to
increase the availability, decrease Grey stock and open new channels in the market.
Lead and execute regional activities & country specific promotional process based on regional
and local promo SOP (defining objectives, briefing, coordinating the implementation & pre
and post evaluation of all promotions, plan and manage key retailers’ sales staff incentive
schemes).
Ensure efficient implementation & evaluation of POSM based on Visual merchandising
guidelines in alignment with the Field Force team (quantities & timelines) and ensuring a rigid
tracking of the performance of GTM products in the market.
Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling on the implementations of the quarterly
branding campaigns with the partners.
Develop proper analysis as Situational analysis, Channel plans and Objective Strategy Tactics
and Activities, Weekly sales figures in order to optimize brand market share as well as
tracking the availability.
Responsible to conduct market visits in the area across all retail channels and based on
consumers, Salesmen observations and feedback, recommend actionable in the market.
Performing back checks on both teams in the market to make sure that they are doing their
tasks perfectly.
Pushing promoter’s team to increase Microsoft devices sellout to achieve their targets and
exceed it.
Make sure that all field force team members are visiting their dedicated outlets and doing all
required tasks there.

Following up with each team member and check their needs and requirements to perform their
tasks without any issues.
Sending weekly reports to my management with best data and feedback quality.
Accomplish all the tasks which demanded from me to do by my management.
ACHIEVEMENTS
All my work time with Nokia then Microsoft I was always seeking for any problems facing
our customers within our devices and try to solve it and make a PPT which describe this
solution.
Many of my PPTs’ sent to promoters and field force team across Saudi Arabia and other
countries to train them on these solutions.
In February 2015 Microsoft office made an assessment for KSA team leaders for the first &
last time and I got a Trophy & Prize for being the Best Team Leader in KSA
Recently our company made new structure and they terminate Central region team leader and
shifted me to Riyadh to manage field force team in both regions (Central & Eastern).
