Responsible for maintaining visibility with guests at all times, and for
assisting in running a hotel that has 72 guest rooms and suites, 5
conference rooms, 1 restaurant, 4 lounges, 4 Exclusive Family Karaoke
Rooms and 1 outdoor activity’s Roof Top for special event.
Directing the overall operation of an assigned hotel to achieve the highest
performance, profitability and return an investment results by creating a
positive and productive working environment and ensuring excellent
guest service and compliance with quality and operational standard.
Developing, monitoring the performance of financial and operational plans
which support the overall objectives of the hotel and operating division,
annual budget and business plan,and makes recommendations for capital
improvements to enhance the assets, FF&E of the hotel, and ensure brand
royalty.
Ensuring that product quality and service standards are met in all areas of
the hotel as performs to physical appearance, maintenance and
cleanliness. Establishing and maintaining preventative maintenance
programs to protects the physical assets of the hotel.

property consist of two towers, Hotel and Apartements. Managed all hotel
activities, with duties including hiri ng, firing, supervising, and training staff ,

management of individual department managers, budgeting and forecasting
