 Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services,
policies, and programs for the entire company
 Building up, enabling, maintaining and controlling a sufficiently qualified

 Supervise employee orientation, development and training

Position – Assistant HR Manager/ HR Supervisor
Reporting to – HR Manager
 Handles monthly payroll for all personnel in the company clarifying any
queries or complains from employees after payment
 Process overtime and incentive payments after accurate checking of calculations and
entitlement for each employee
 Prepare full and final settlement for leavers as per labor law
 Design new forms required for HR department
 Arrange interviews. Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter
of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates
 Produce standard and special reports as assigned by HR Manager
 Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better working
environment
