Handles monthly payroll for all personnel in the company clarifying any
queries or complains from employees after payment
Process overtime and incentive payments after accurate checking of calculations and
entitlement for each employee
Prepare full and final settlement for leavers as per labor law
Design new forms required for HR department
Arrange interviews. Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter
of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates
Produce standard and special reports as assigned by HR Manager
Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better working
environment
