 Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
 Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing
data.

 Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment
and status-change data.

Payroll:
 Preparing time sheet for all employees every month as per cutoff date.
 Supporting to payroll process, checking timesheet, Overtime, late report
and maintaining it into SAP and Oracle Systems on timely basis.
 Preparing salary for all employees.
 Keeping records of new and existing employees into the SAP system.
 Processing loan for the employees.
 Deduction of loan from salary monthly basis.
 Preparing business travel request and processing (coordinating with
agent to get suitable ticket).
 Processing vacation request (ex- Issuing air ticket, arranging Exit Re-
Entry etc).
 Preparing salary for subcontract employees.
Recruitment:
 Maintainingdatabase system,selectingCVsfromvariousjobportals.
 Meets with individuals and departments to define the recruitment and
selectionactivities.
 Coordinating with manpower agencies from various countries for recruitment
and on boardingprocess.
 Taking telephonic interview of the candidates to know their ability and
standard.
 Arranging face to face/Skype interview with respective department head
for technical round.
 Preparing all the documents for sponsorship transfer.
