 Find solutions to the problems of the staff .
 Review the manpower of the branch.
 Recruiting staff.
 Make simple personal interviews with candidates.
 Close attendance and make the monthly variables to determine the monthly
deductions of employees.
 Adminstrating on the fingerprint device by adding and removing figerprints.
 Implementation of the induction program for employees with respect to the duties
and tasks of work and a list of features and the company.
 Follow the staff's commitment to health and safety rules.
 Supply Affairs sections of the report of the deficiencies and increases to follow the
distribution of employment.
 Supply of personnel affairs with the rate of labor turnover and the date of receipt of

procedures for termination - resignations - interruptions - the evacuation party.
 Review staff discounts and by finding out the reasons for the discount, whether
damages or expiration or neglect or theft ect...
 Interview end service work and stand on the real reasons that led to the employee's
decision to leave the work and try to resolve them if possible, to maintain the staff.
 Payroll salary effects of the absence of deduction - an overtime. . . Etc. and explain
the details of the salary of the employee discounts and merits and treatment in case
of errors.
 Follow-up the results of the training of the staff in the event on training courses
through the employee's performance and the practical behavior.
 Medical transfers for employees by the medical card special treatment in
coordination with the medical official of relations taking consider of the geographical
location of the employee or the employee's desire.
 Orgnaize the choosing of the employee’s idol.
 Reception personnel problems and try to solve them, and if they are not solved i
forwarded to the Department of Affairs of employees in order to be correct guidance
to the administration and the department concerned to solve the problem.
 Provide any reports required from the Department of Human Resources.
Working at Careery for Recruitment as Business Coordinator:
Since Mars 2013 to October 2013.
 Personal assistant and I handling the coordination between the technical team and
the development team.
 Billing and writing the records of the meetings.
 The preparation of the reception room and reception of candidates and show them
