levels of client/customer satisfaction by promptly and efficiently processing applications for changes (e.g.

insurance information received throughout the process and assisting in the member Insurance card dispatch.
 Obtaining and organizing all supporting documents and maintaining the complete files for each policyholder in
the system, including policies that are cancelled and have had members added to them . To receive and
process requests related to policy changes or addition or deletion of members within the policy by receiving
the email and processing or forwarding it in a timely manner. Reviewing and verifying clients data (e.g. age,
name, address, et cetera), thereby ensuring the members are related to the policyholder. To notify insurance
policyholder and other related departments of policy/member cancellations as and when the request is
processed . To transcribe member data to worksheets and enter data into the IMS system for use in preparing
documents and adjusting clients’ accounts. To assist in the prompt issuance of member Insurance cards and
booklets, proactively informing the Enrolment Team Leader about clients who have requested a customized
logo on the card. To obtain and send information on any client account changes by communicating and
confirming with clients and distributing emails detailing the changes to the related departments.
