According to this table I have good communication skills, that allow me to engage in peaceful
dialogues with bosses and co-workers. I consider myself as an empathic person that listens to
others to fully understand what they are trying to convey so that we can have good communication
and share our thoughts and ideas.
b. What behaviors of yours do you feel need improving?
I think something I need to improve is to be better at organizing my thoughts because I feel like
they are sometimes all over the place which can be a barrier when trying to transmit a message.

I think that it makes me an approachable person and that gives them the confidence share ideas
with me and allows for good conversations and sharing of thoughts, which directly affect results.

3. I think that one of the factors that influence the way I communicate is that I am empathic and like to
give honest feedback.

I think that organizing my thoughts will really allow me to improve my communication skills as a
