I can identify in the way I communicate, that I have the ability to communicate clearly,
directly,respectfullyandcarefullywithmymanagersandco-workersaswell.Inaddition,
I can identify that I am a careful and patient listener, I can recognize the effort of my
colleagues, and I can communicate in a respectful and direct way to them if something
has to be improved or an action has to be taken.
 Whatbehaviorsof yoursdo you feel need improving?
I feel thatI have toimprove theevaluationof the performanceof mycolleagues,butmost
importantly, of myself. This will make me aware of my weaknesses and points of
improvement, as well of those of my colleagues, but also will make me aware of my
strengths.Bydoingthis,Ialsowillbe able toestablishcleargoalsandfocusonthosethings
that have to be done, in order to achieve the goal.
 Howdo you thinkyourway of communicating affectspeopleand results?
Ithinkthatmywayof communicating makesthe teammore resultsoriented,andengaged
to the fastanddiligentdeliveryof those“todo’s”thathave to be done inordertoachieve
the goals,because the wayIcommunicate positiveornegative things, makesthe receiver
more open to cooperate, mainly because I talk with respect. In addition, when I give
positive recognitiontocolleagues,Icansee aconsiderable improvementonthe qualityof
his or her work and, their attitude towards the final objective, which is usually more
positive.
 Whatfactorsdo you think influencethe way you communicatewith others?
I think that the factors that influence the way I communicate with others,is mainly how
theycommunicate withme,andtheirattitude while discussingacertaintopic,especially
when we disagree. How they react while we try to agree, tells me how I have to
communicate with that person, because usually when people agree in everything, the
communication flows, but when people disagree, the communication changes and it
usuallyhasto be more respectful,directandclear,inorder to avoid misunderstandings.
 Whatconclusionscan you makebased on these observationsthatwillallow you to
improveyourcommunication asa leader,both in theworkenvironmentand in your
personalenvironment?
I can conclude thatI am a veryrespectful personwhilecommunicatingwithother
people,butI have to improve the feedback andevaluationof myself andmycolleagues.
Thiswill make mycolleaguesaware of theirpointsof improvement,butalsotheir
positive behaviors,performance andcapacities,aswell asmine.
3. After that analysis,choose at least one behavior that you think you can improve.
 Stablishgoalsandevaluate myperformance.
4. Identifyat least 3 concrete actions that you can do to improve the behavior you chose.
 At the beginning of every month, I will make a list of specific goals, based on the
general goals stablished by the institution.
 Basedonthe goalsof the month,Iwill make arubricof evaluationthatIwill complete
at the endof the month,inordertoidentifythe pointsof improvementandstrengths
of that month.
 Based on the points of improvement identified, I will make a plan to increase my
performance, behavior or knowledge, depending on the nature of the point of
improvement. It could be for example: participate in online courses to know more
about a certain topic that will add value to my functions (in case that the point
identified is knowledge), etc.

In addition, when I give positive recognitiontocolleagues,Icansee aconsiderable improvementonthe qualityof his or her work and, their attitude towards the final objective, which is usually more positive.  Whatfactorsdo you think influencethe way you communicatewith others? I think that the factors that influence the way I communicate with others,is mainly how theycommunicate withme,andtheirattitude while discussingacertaintopic,especially when we disagree. How they react while we try to agree, tells me how I have to communicate with that person, because usually when people agree in everything, the communication flows, but when people disagree, the communication changes and it usuallyhasto be more respectful,directandclear,inorder to avoid misunderstandings.  Whatconclusionscan you makebased on these observationsthatwillallow you to improveyourcommunication asa leader,both in theworkenvironmentand in your personalenvironment? I can conclude thatI am a veryrespectful personwhilecommunicatingwithother people,butI have to improve the feedback andevaluationof myself andmycolleagues. It could be for example: participate in online courses to know more about a certain topic that will add value to my functions (in case that the point identified is knowledge), etc.
