2. Answers to all of the reflection questions.
1).What positive behaviors could you identify in the way you communicate?
I like to communicate in a clear, direct, and respectful way, and when I talk to others, I always
look at their eyes, using eye contact to show my honesty and sincere.
2) .What behaviors of yours do you feel need improving?
I hardly ever pay attention to goal setting, and also don’t like to evaluate one’s performance,
that makes me can’t do better.

3) .How do you think your way of communicating affects people and results?
I communicate with people in a clear, direct, and respectful way, so people can accept my opinion
easily. Although sometimes things didn't develop in the direction I hoped, usually the result will
be like my wish.
4) .What factors do you think influence the way you communicate with others?
The emotion others express, if they arehappy, excited, or sad......
The place and time of the communication.
Whether the things we talk about areimportant or not important.
5) .What conclusions can you make based on these observations that will allow you to improve
your communication as a leader, both in the work environment and in your personal
environment?
I think I should pay attention to goal setting, and evaluate one’s performance, so talk with them
in different ways, also evaluatemyself that makes me do better.

4. Actions to improve the chosen behavior.
1) .after a long and important communication with collaborators or others, evaluating both
performance and set a goal for next time communication.
2) .ask collaborators or families for advice and improve it.
3) .establish a cycle of improve communication skills, like communicate →evaluate→ improve
→communicate.
