Radio Advertisement Questionnaire 
The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information on 
consumers regarding radio advertising. The results from this 
questionnaire will assist me in creating a media product which 
follows the consumers needs and therefore reaches to a specific 
target audience. 
Thank you for taking the time to complete my survey and please 
answer every questionnaire in order for me to gain reliable 
information.
