2. INGREDIENTS
200g. SUGAR
235ml. WA TER
120ml. CREAM
115ml. LEMON JUICE
2 EGGS WHITES
SALT
3. INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix 150g. of the sugar, salt and water. Boil it
and then simmer it for 5 minutes. Put it in the
refrigerator.
2. Add the cream, then the lemon juice. Put it
into a plastic container. Freeze for 5 hours.
3. Beat the egg whites. Add 50g. Of sugar. Beat
the mixture.
4. Break the frozen mixture with a fork. Fold in
the egg whites
5. Refill the lemons and put them in the freezer
for 2 hours.
