Promotion of healthy
lifestyles during education
Integral tiles

Ingredients:
 200 g of integral flour
 1 flat coffee spoon of salt
 100ml of hot water
 1 tsp of peanut butter
 2 tablespoons of oil
 2-3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
 2-3 tablespoons of flax seed
 3 tablespoons of raw sunflower seeds
 1 bag of baking powders

Preparation:
 STEP 1 Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and hand the dough
 STEP 2 The dough should not stick hands, nor be hard.
 STEP 3 Dissolve the dough so that it is as thinner and cut as it is on the tiles or in
some other desirable form
 STEP 4 Cooker switch on250 degrees, bake 10 minutes
“Ajvar”
 Ingredients:
 about 30kg or 220 packs of medium red peppers
 250 ml of vinegar (alcohol or wine)
 200 g of sugar
 1 l of oil
 6 tablespoons of salt
 2 preservatives
 Preparation

Wash the paprika, clean it from the seeds and bake. When baking, rotate them. Take care to be
well baked on all sides. Put the baked peppers in a metal bowl with a lid to make them greasy
and easier to peel. Let them cool down, peel them, put them in order to get well. When peppers
are fried, the parsley is on the meat guide. Put oil, vinegar, sugar and so on in a dry pan. Place
the container on the cooker - rinse the mixture to taste and then add the ground pepper. The
aviary is cooked - washed at a strong temperature with consecutive mixing for about an hour
from the moment it spilled. By pulling a large wooden spoon through the ajvar, the path must be

Ingredients:
 - broccoli stack
 half a cucumber
 Half of the pepper
 2 branches of parsley
 Preparation:
 Put all ingredients into juicer. Then pour it in time.
Vitamin soup

Ingredients:
 1 pack (45g) of frozen vegetables in combination of carfiol, broccoli,
carrot
 3 tablespoons acid sour cream
 2 teaspoons of flour
 2 tablespoons of vegeta little salt, if you like a little chopped parsley
 Preparation
 1. In a pot with 1.5 liters of water, pour the vegetable and frozen vegetables (I
bought Baby mix) and mix. When it re-starts, reduce the fire to a minimum and
continue cooking for 15 minutes.
 2. Mix squid with flour, make sure that there is no clod. Add 7-8 tablespoons of
soup to this mixture (spoon a spoon, mix well after each).
 3. After these 15 minutes of cooking, add the cream of the sour cream lightly,
little by little, pour into the soup, stirring. Take another 5 minutes. In the end, try

 Ingredients:
 - 3 pears

 - 1 apple
 1/2 lemon, peeled

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of cherry or sour cherry
- - 1/2 cup of grapes
- - 1/4 melon

- In the juicer cut all the ingredients. Pour into the glass.
