MY LEARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS
 Sales Pitching and Aggressive Promotioning is
necessary.
 Robust Aftersales Team can retain a customer.
 Implementing 5S can reduce wastage, in turn
maximize profitability.
 MIS should be implemented for effective monitoring
of activities and taking quick and correct decisions.
 Strict Adherence to Quality measures helps to
produce better products.
 Adherence to Company Policies should be
practiced across all levels.

PEOPLE  Sales Manager: Generates leads and approaches prospective clients.  Project Lead and Supervisor: Coordinates between engineers and workers.  Finance Head: Allocates budget for expenditure.  Salespeople: Sales pitching and achieving target sales in their designated territory.  Workers: They are assigned tasks by the engineers e.g. mechanical and fabrication jobs.

MY LEARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS  Sales Pitching and Aggressive Promotioning is necessary.  Robust Aftersales Team can retain a customer.  Implementing 5S can reduce wastage, in turn maximize profitability.  MIS should be implemented for effective monitoring of activities and taking quick and correct decisions.  Strict Adherence to Quality measures helps to produce better products.  Adherence to Company Policies should be practiced across all levels.
