Associated with Jayanti Group – Indian Products Private Ltd., Jayanti is a key Indian player in the global arena of
sourcing and supply of Spices, Decaffeinated Tea and Natural Caffeine with over 1000 dedicated employees. Jayanti
has its corporate head office in Bangalore.
Presently working in the above organization from January 2016 as “M I S” handling Sales Operations based at the
Sales Department, Bangalore reporting to the Brand Head.
Job Responsibilities in brief
Interact frequently with marketing and sales teams as a facilitator of data efforts. Oversee data entry
activity. Working closely with Logistics in monthly sales closing and get necessary details.
Collating data & generating different reports. Sales Data Analysis and presentations to decision making
authority. Identifying scope for greater operational efficiency.
Main point of contact for all Reports. Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Departmental
Reports. Coordinating with Production and internal departments.
Introducing best practices in Sales Reporting structures. Initiating / executing various contests for Sales
Associates across sites. Training Sales Associates for use of Online Sales Reporting. Keeping track of
Non availability of Stocks. Communicating with Logistics & Depot to arrange Non – available stocks (Fill
Rates).
Following up with Regional Sales Team for collecting Secondary Sales Report every month. Providing
MIS related to Sales, breakage and expiry settlement etc. in coordination with Logistics.
Manage Excel formulas and templates to ensure that reporting data is accurately presented in Excel
reports. Ability to work on a team and manage individual prioritized workload.
Analyze large data sets to determine trends, outliers and verify data consistence across multiple sources.
