Tracey Sharpe
PlayOps Coach / International Instructor
Tracey Sharpe is an International PlayOps Coach and Instructor
for Baker Communications based in Australia. Tracey draws on
over twenty years of experience facilitating skill transformation
programs for some of the world’s leading companies in a variety
of industries including retail, manufacturing, technology, and
pharmaceutical, as well as colleges and educational institutions.
Tracey has both designed and implemented skill improvement
courses specifically targeting call center teams, basic
interviewing skills, and financial audit repair and resubmission for audit failures.
Prior to acting as an independent consultant, Tracey served as Director for a leading
mortgage broker where she specialized in business development. This included
management and maintenance of the company CRM system and relationship
management with other financial institutions.
As the Sales Training Manager for a leading lending and investment institution, Tracey
trained 10,000 staff in basic selling skills and implemented sales management
programs for upper levels of management. She managed the instructional design of
all sales, service, and marketing-related programs as well as facilitated sales
accreditation courses for training staff.
Additionally, Tracey served as the Associate Coordinator overseeing a channel
partnership between major U.S. and Australia based airlines. Tracey worked with
international companies in a number of industries to align the goals, methods and
infrastructure with U.S. based channel partners.
