5. Return Visits Report
• Shows total number of return visits during a time
period
– Excludes any visit that was number one
• Important if you get traffic and conversion from
people who have already been to site before.
7. Daily Return Visits
• Shows visitors who make visits within 24 hours of his
or her previous visit.
• Handy for sites that update content daily (i.e. news)
9. Visit Number Report
• Shows the overall number of times that a visitor has
been to the site.
• Indicates that their (n)th visit occurred in the specified
time period.
11. Unique Customer Reports
• Shows purchases completed by “Unique” customers
– Calculated using cookies
– Returning customers during the selected time period will
NOT be counted

• Tells whether sales come from New, Return, or Loyal

One of the most commonly used Sales Cycle report is the Customer Loyalty Report.It tells you whether sales come from New, Return, or Loyal CustomersThe values in this report are defined as follows: New Customers = first purchase Return Customers = Second purchase Loyal Customers = Third purchase and aboveA loyal customer does not have to make three or more purchases in the selected time period. They just have to make the third (or more) purchase during the time period.If most orders are placed by New Customers, consider encouraging repeat visitors to purchase again by emailing them special offers as an inventive to come back.
