around 7-30 PM same as lunch

11. After dinner stroll for 20 min
watch TV for not more than 1 Hr
Before going to bed have 100 ml
milk with 5 gm Aswagandha
regularly. Read some thing
before going to bed Sleeping
from 10-30 PM to 5-30 AM is
good.

12. Take your medicines regularly
check your blood sugar and
visit your doctor for every 2/3
months. Undergo Panchakarma
therapy / year for 15 days. take
enema every week. Observe
