 Maintained coordination with QC Inspectors for the Ready for
Inspection (RFI).
 Prepared weekly progress from VBC database for PMT (Project
Management Team) distribution.
 Provided active assistance to QC Engineers in day to day activities.
 Updated and reviewed the (RFI) in Takeover XP (Database by
Technip - Italy for the final handover).
 Supervise the data entry operations of the organization into
automated databases.
 Make sure that all files and documents signed by the authorized

Engineers, Request for Inspection, Surveillance report with in QA/QC
Department.
2. Prepare data base for all record and maintain up to date on a daily
basis for traceability.
3. Consolidate report such as weekly and monthly report from

4. Coordination to subcontractor regarding up to date records for filing
such as calibration report for equipment and other related testing
