Duties and responsible for following:
 Handling the Handover Certification Activity, verifying for Client requirement, Approval for submission,
creating electronic copy, transmitting, etc.
 Managing and documenting Testing and commissioning documentation function for Inspection Control,
Request for Inspection (RFI), ITP and Calibration Certificate and also handling original Document and
Drawings of Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation & Engineering.
 Filling and Maintaining test reports of GIS, Power Transformer,11kV Main switchgear, 6.6kV Switchgear,
Distribution Switchgear, Power Cable, Fire Alarm, DDC, Potable water system, Fire water system, HVAC.
 Updating the list of documents including drawing list and maintaining them as a MasterCopy.
 Preparation of Index for each type of document.
 Issuing of Controlled Copies of the documents to the concerned site staff through document transmittal as

Duties and responsible for following:
 Coordinates and manages weekly change order meetings.
 Performs general administration of Document Change Orders (DCOs) and Engineering Change Orders
(ECO’s) to ensure timely implementation. Includes verification of completeness, routing, tracking, ensuring
timely completion, and coordination of implementation activities.
 Works with engineering to ensure appropriate design review process is followed for appropriate changes
proposed through the ECR/ECO process.
 Coordinates with manufacturing the implementation of change orders, including disposition of older revision
stockand rework of in process assemblies if applicable
 Works with purchasing and procurement to disposition materials that change on order from vendors
 Implements continuous improvement activities to document control/ECO process per audit findings or
identified nonconformance.
 Prepares and revises basic word processing and spreadsheet documents,including Manufacturing Routers,
Quality Control Inspection Procedures (QCIP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Forms, in
accordance with approved DCOs and established document formats, as assigned.
 Reviews document control systemfor document number assignments,document titles and CO release status.
 Provides accurate and timely Document Control Help. With appropriate guidance from Supervisor, provides
answers to employees about Document Control procedures and SOPs to ensure understanding and
adherence.
 Provides support to Quality Assurance group in maintaining quality systemdocuments.
 Supports internal and external audits pertaining to the Document Control systemby retrieving records
required by auditor as assigned by Manager.
 Develop and manage a secure, well organized storage systemfor all hardcopy and softcopy documents.
 Receive, register and store documents for all projects and tenderprocesses.
 Monitor and track correspondence,record meeting minutes.
 Expedite the review and approval of documentation.
