DUTIES & RESPONSIBILIES IN SKAB COMPANY (Royal Commission Yanbu) :
 Correspondence with Royal Commission (Sanitation Department & Stock Control Department).
 Correspondence/Preparation of monthly Invoices for all the Royal Commission Contractors,
dumping their Municipal Waste, Construction Materials, Sludge and Hazardous waste etc. at
RC Sanitary Landfill according to the Lease Agreement between SKAB and the Royal
Commission (Sanitation Department).
 Preparation of all the documents for the employees of Compost Plant and Sanitary Landfill,
such as Renewal of Iqama's, Passports, Medical/Insurance Cards, Travel documents with the
coordination of SKAB Head Office Jeddah.
 Hotel reservations, arrangements of transports for the visitors/delegations visiting the Projects.
 In-charge/Issuance of Safety items (Safety Shoes, Tools, Uniforms & Helmets) to all the
workers of Compost Plant & Sanitary Landfill.
 Arrangements of Vehicles/Drivers for the workers of both sites.
 Preparation of department organization chart and job descriptions.
 Documentation review, copying and filling.
 Preparation of progress reports and monthly reports.
 Maintain hard copies of all technical records.
 Maintain list of all available documents & equipment’s of Company at both sites.
 Handle all kinds of communication by preparing memos of internal & external within company
and various clients.
 Receive & log all documents before being forwarded to assignee.
 Preparation of Weekly & Monthly reports, which includes all the information about the Daily
activities, Weekends On-Call status, Purchase requisitions status.
 Preparation for inter office Memos, Circulars & Daily Reports.
 Preparing technical reports as per instructions of the concerned engineer.
 Overall control of all the incoming/outgoing documents & fax messages.
 Actively involved in the sale activities of the Company Products (YANPOST).
 Arrangements for transportation of Company Products to different places of Kingdom.
 Communication with the concerned contractors as needed.
 Keeping correspondence with all the Departments and making of schedules and arranging the
meeting with one Department to another as per Managers Instructions.
 Preparation of Security schedule for both sites.
 In charge in controlling overall project documents such as Communication documents with the
Contractors.
 Prepare the detailed workflow and instruction for the document control to perform the work
correctly.
 Updating of Various Correspondences received from the client and the Sub-Contractors.
 Consumables & material identification documentation.

 Creation of well-organized filing systems for the Project documents.
 Responsible for correspondence documents such as letter, facsimiles, minutes of meeting,
records of conversation, documents transmittals, and other documents exchanged between the
Company and other party and contractors.
 Register the incoming documents by Received stamp with corresponding date at the time receipt
and register the subject documents.
 Maintaining all RTC of Compost Plant & Sanitary Landfill.

 Prepare the detailed workflow and instruction for the document control to perform the work
correctly.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILIES AS (ADMINISTRATOR) :
 Supervision of administration staff.
 Preparation of all the documents for the employees, such as Renewal of Iqama's, Passports,
Medical/Insurance Cards, Travel documents.
 Keeping correspondence with all the Departments, Companies and making of schedules and
arranging the meeting with Departments and Companies.
 Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
 Preparation & upkeep records of Administration Dept. and follow-up with sites and head office.
 Arrangement of travel plans, Hotels, Air tickets and visas.
 Arrangement of re-entry & finale Exit visas for employees.
 Coordination with GOSI (General Organization of Social Insurance).
 Receiving of New arrival employees.
 Arrangement of medical report, accommodation, transportation ect… for new arrived
employees.
 Coordinating with recruiting agencies of deferent countries.
 Preparation of monthly time sheet for all employees with the help of admin. Assistants,
coordinators & timekeepers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILIES AS (Purchas, Transport & Workshop In-Charge):
 Purchasing all kind of tools, spear parts, fuels, oils for workshop
 Arrangement of rental equipment from local market for emergency work.
 Coordination with all sits workshops to keep ready all kind of vehicle and equipment’s.
 Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance follow-up with workshop.
 Surprise visit of workshops to insure operation & maintenance of vehicles and equipment’s.
