29. Experience helps you form better strategies Layar is a great first step It lets you learn about AR right now How do people use this? How does this change how people see my business? How does this change who my competitors are? How does this change who my users are? How quickly are people's usage really changing? What does where mean?
Layar is more than just an app. It’s a platform for creating experiences. Like the browser allowed for so many applications to be built onto the internet, Layar acts as the platform for building AR experiences. As I described, it is possible to build content for navigation and contextually driven media. We can visualize, interact and explore. There are business applications, means to market and ways to have fun. But really, this is just the beginning. As Rob will explain, there is more to come.
