reduce their ability to deal with other people. The practice of integrating children with disabilities into
regular school programs is called mainstreaming, or inclusion. Students with disabilities attend special

underlying cause of Tay Sachs disease is a mutation in a gene that codes for a lytic enzyme known as
Hexosaminidase A (Hex A). Tay Sachs as well as other lipid storage diseases are incurable, but we
believe that gene therapy has the potential for widespread correction of the lipid storage defect in
humans by means of the cross correction cellular pathway. The vehicle of transportation for the

waste. Patients with Tay Sach s have a mutation in the gene that codes for the Hex A enzyme, this

show no symptoms until four to six months of age, this is usually when their development and motor

is enzyme replacement therapy (ERT). The deficient lytic enzyme (glucoserebrosidase) is injected

men s tournament called March Madness. March Madness brought in $701 million this past season

Mandel, depict their characters as struggling not only with survival, but their sense of their own
identity and security. Within Station Eleven, the saying, survival is insufficient is a recurring theme of
