Working capital management is important for infrastructure firms due to their capital-intensive nature and long project cycles. The study analyzes methods used by an infrastructure company to finance its construction projects, including bank loans, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and hypothecation purchase finance. Factoring accounts receivable and different types of bank loans are also discussed as sources of short-term financing for working capital needs.
