INTRODUCTION
Maharaja Dehydration Pvt. Ltd. was established in
2003. There were two dryer machines in starting. They
were producing 2000 MT dehydrated onion products
annually.
To fulfill customer demands, the company's production
capacity was increased for dehydrated onions & powder
to 6 MT & 10 MT per day respectively.
The company has increased its scope of production by
starting production of various garlic products as well.
Maharaja Dehydration Pvt. Ltd. supply its product into
Germany, U.K., Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka,
Malaysia, Netherlands,U.S.A., etc.,

Maharaja Dehydration. Pvt. Ltd. is segmented it’s market on the basis of
Geographical Segmentation.
They made segmentation on the basis of cities like Mahuva, Gondal. This is an
easier way for the purpose of providing a smooth working organization.

The company is taking following factors into consideration while fixing the price.
Purchase price of Raw material
Cost of production.
Transportation cost.
Taxes.
The price of competitors.
Profit margin
In the company price is fixed by Managing Director and they also take vote
of marketing and finance manager.
Their pricing method is as follow.
Purchasing price + cost of production + variable cost +profit = Selling
Price.

expenses. They take care that no interruption comes in
the way of regular business as well as in production
function.

This report is prepared from the available data which Maharaja
dehydration Pvt. Ltd. has provided to me. It is found to be all of the leading
industry producing onions.
This unit is well organized & well managed. Its products are popular in
whole Gujarat and many countries.
They are having good reputation in the market.
It can be concluded that Maharaja dehydration Pvt. Ltd. Is large unit, &
also a successful organization having bright future.
This unit is a profit making one & production is increasing gradually.
The management of the company is well planned and very effective.

“Maharaja Dehydration Pvt. Ltd.” needs to make its
marketing team strong and also it should increase marketing
activities such as promotional campaigns.
“Maharaja Dehydration Pvt. Ltd.” can also use Newspapers
and Local News Channels as a medium of advertising.
The another thing what I want to suggest that this year the
company earn a good return so if the company utilize that
profit in most efficient manner it will work for the company.
In distribution the firm should be more emphasize to retailers
and whole sellers than salesman.

To fulfill customer demands, the company's production capacity was increased for dehydrated onions & powder to 6 MT & 10 MT per day respectively.
