institutions.

in making things happen for a
better learning and teaching.
The observation and feedback…
1. They are helpful to the
individuals in terms of
developing their own
professional expertise.
2. It gives them
encouragement and
support to do things in
systematically
3. It helps the teacher to develop the week
area and be a quality teacher for better
leaning and teaching.
4. More effective planning can be executed
and best result can be seen in the
activities of the school
5. It will generate a standard
in the school functioning
when the teachers are
observed and given
feedback timely.
6. Newly qualified teachers
will be better guided when
observation is made and
feedback is given. They can
see best result in their
teaching profession.
7. The classroom
observation should be
made regularly so that
timely feedback would
help a teacher to give
his/her best for the
children.
8. It would help the head of
the institution to find about
whether the teacher has
met the standard.

 When considering the importance of the

 Timely observation will make the teachers
to be alert in their teaching profession.
 One of the most difficult jobs is
evaluating the quality of what we have
seen and using this help teachers identify
and build on what is working well and
what we need to be improved.
 Some of the skills that would help the
teachers to do their best.
 The skill for observation
will help the head to have
cordial relationship that
would make an conducive
climatic condition in the
teaching learning.
 1. Intimate the teachers that observation
will be made any day during school hours.
 2. Make the teachers understand and
make them agreeing a purpose
 3. Follow different methods that would
help you to give positive feedback that
helps the teachers to take things in a
positive way
 4. Give feedback both written and
orally
 5. Never use personal grievance
when feedback is given
 6. Make the teacher to work in
workable atmosphere
 7. Never criticize them in the
presence of the staff or students
 Well every teacher must
understand the reason
for undertaking

fault.
 It is to help them do
their profession with best
of ability.
 This observation will help
both head of the
institution and staff to be
