out into the world, we have to make sure that they re prepared for it. This is not
simply a matter of providing them with tools. We ve looked at logic that way and
we ve approached teaching logic that way for far too long. Certainly logic may be
employed as a tool; it can serve as an incredibly powerful tool, as we who teach it
know full well. But it s not logic per se that we should be concerned with in our
introductory courses. We want to teach our students how to think clearly and
responsibly. There is certainly a moral edge to this view of the situation, and the
manner in which we approach our pedagogical concern will not be without further
philosophical prejudice. Ours is Aristotelian. We have found that giving our
students the basics of term logic serves our purpose well. We do not introduce it as
a tool for argument analysis a strong case can easily be made for the superiority of
truth functional logic in that respect we present it, rather, in the way that a

Frantz Fanon was one of the leading theorists of postcolonialism. His career as a
psychiatrist gave him a unique perspective and allowed him to focus on the
identity formation of the colonized subject and racial injustice. Fanon s insight and
view of colonization helped to further explain course material. In Fanon s famous
work Black Skin, White Mask, it became obvious how prevalent and severe racism
was at that time (Julien). According to Fanon, it led to depersonalization which
was so strong that colored people ultimately had to wear a white mask in order to

A few days ago, I watched an exciting concert from YouTube. My instructor Gengaro
recommended the concert, which featured the music of Italian composer, Antonio Vi
valdi (1678 1741). Vivaldi was a genius artist who was existed in the seventeenth cen
tury. I chose that Vivaldi s concert in order to earn knowledge about the music. The
Amsterdam Sinfonietta was performing one of the well known pieces, The Four
Sea sons. I paid attention more on the little details of the music. I realized that

It felt like rep resentation of human life. The concert, four seasons was played at the
International Kamermuziek Festival by Amsterdam Sinfonietta. Firstly, it started with
the spring. Then, the last part was winter. I like the final conclusion as well. Overall,
