Getting Started Lesson.
You'll have time to work on this lesson
today and again tomorrow to stay on
schedule.

Take a look under the Learning Block, on
the main course page, to find your
Assignment Schedule.
I encourage you to open and print it - it
makes a great checklist!

4. THE HELPDESK
If you run across any issues in the
course, please email me AND submit a
ticket to the Help Desk at
http://help.ncvps.com/. You might need to
update some of your computer
technology and the Help Desk can help
you figure that out.

5. INFORMATION SURVEY
Please note the Information Survey that's
just below the Learning Block on the main
course page and enter your contact
information so I'll have your current
contact numbers, etc.
