4. One-Stop Shopping in the
Learning Commons!
In addition to instructional and technology support,
we offer the following services:
Poster printing
Laminating
Computer lab scheduling
Technology check-outs (laptop carts, iPad carts, digital
cameras, etc.)
CANDY!!

5. What’s Happening This Year?
 Monthly classes highlighting:
 Digital literacy with the Common Sense Media curriculum
 Genre of the Month and book talks to get kids excited about reading
 Stations that include games, research skills, content specific activities
(STEM, writing, math and more)
 More professional learning opportunities to help you integrate
technology seamlessly within your classrooms
 Office 365 updates
 Focus on collaborating and co-teaching this year!

6. New Technology Procedures
 To help keep up with technology maintenance, we will be checking
out devices to students within the classroom.
 Students and parents will sign an equipment responsibility form this
year.
 By assigning laptops to students, you will be able to see which
students have damaged laptops.
 More detailed procedures will be provided in an email later this
week.
