2.  The term was coined in 1999 by Darcy DiNucci and was popularized by Tim
O'Reilly at the O'Reilly Media Web 2.0 conference in late 2004.
 A web 2.0 site could allow users to interact with each other through
social media as well as allow user-generated content.

3. This can be found in social networking sites, video
sharing sites, web applications, blogs and more.
Instead of merely reading, a user is invited to comment
on published articles, or create a user account or profile
on the site, which may enable increased participation.
