This document discusses Pathways usage statistics and provides tips for clubs implementing Pathways. It summarizes that over 33,000 members have enrolled in Pathways, representing 21% of available members. On average, districts in the pilot program had a 41% usage rate. It then outlines a 5-phase orientation process for introducing new members to Pathways, including providing materials, selecting paths, completing projects, and champion reporting. A suggested Pathways Champion Survival Kit includes resources like slide decks and videos as well as an attitude of positivity, sharing, exploration, and tenacity.
