This document provides guidance from Coach Carole on getting started with the Pathways education program. It recommends accessing online resources to learn about Pathways and choose a path. The first step is to take a self-assessment to identify the best path based on interests. It describes the different level 5 requirements for each path. It also provides a schedule for virtual support sessions on Zoom to help with exploring Base Camp, accessing projects, completing levels, and tracking progress. The goal is to set members up for success in Pathways.
