The purpose of this handbook is to provide a comprehensive guide on the BDPA Corporate Sponsorship Programs that is used by BDPA on a local, regional and national basis. Several views are presented for clarity. The intended audience is BDPA members who engage in corporate sales activities and BDPA leadership on the local, regional and national level. This handbook is the responsibility of the Corporate Sales Department Director and should be reviewed for updates on an annual basis.
In order for corporate sales efforts to be effective, all individuals selling BDPA sponsorship should have an understanding of the overall program as provided by this document and are required to work in a united, cooperative effort toward acquiring funding.
This is the presentation from the PINs workshop on January 24 2015 on mentoring. Presentations from Monica Anne Brennan (TRIEC') and Debroy Chan (JVS Toronto) are included
After going through diversity training with the management team, Table XI reviewed objectives and ideas with our internal DEI team to create a roadmap of actions we could implement internally to promote and support diversity.

Explore the 10 Commandments that need to be in place to revitalize and strengthen your Chamber.

The book is a compilation of chapters written by different authors, or author teams, designed to promote the power of facilitation. Each chapter connects key perspectives on specific dimensions of facilitation, organisational and community development with the respective authors’ practice and thinking about our craft.
The team has sought to model a facilitative approach to the project throughout.

As part of IABC’s work to develop strategic communicators, we’re looking at the role that mentoring can play. Mentoring (and reverse mentoring) can make a difference at all career stages. And it can make a difference at all ages.
In 2018, the International Executive Board (IEB) established a Task Force to explore current programs and better understand mentoring opportunities for IABC chapters. This Task Force sought to map and share existing good practice from chapters and regions, explore what a Theory of Change for mentoring at IABC should look like and create a framework that includes defining what is a mentor or mentee + types of mentorship.
Drawing on the findings from this hardworking global team - Michael Ambjorn and Michael Nord will show you how to make mentoring work for you.
