Op uitnodiging van Jan Denys, arbeidsmarktspecialist van Randstad, gaf ik donderdag 27 april 2017 deze keynote op de Randstad Employer Branding Award uitreiking. Ik sprak er over Wijs als KMO, als startup en groeibedrijf en als communicatie bureau. Na een korte intro ging ik in op waarom mensen bij Wijs werken, wat de basis bouwblokken zijn we inzetten om een effectieve employer branding uit te bouwen, deelde ik enkele tactieken waar je snel mee aan de slag kan en welke partners die je hierbij kunnen helpen ;-) Voor geavanceerdere technieken die we dagelijks bij Wijs inzetten, kunnen we gerust verder praten tijdens een koffiemomentje. Deze presentatie werd gegeven aan de BAS (Belgian Advertising School) studenten om hen een vliegende start te geven en de juiste keuzes te kunnen maken bij het zoeken naar een eerste job in de digitale sector.
