Iroquois Constitution Essay
Constitutional Comparisons The Constitution of the United States is a staple of our American identity.
While it may have drawn inspiration from other documents, it is essentially the first of its kind. It
certainly was not the last of its kind: after the success of the United States constitution, many other
nations would soon follow. Now, the majority of nations have adopted their own constitutions as
guidelines for them to follow. The Constitution of the United States may not have been the first
constitution, but it was able to update and incorporate ideas that had already been established as well
as provide a model for the creation of future constitutions. One such nation to adopt a constitution
modeled after ours is Ireland. Like many ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
There are numerous references to nature, such as mentions of a Tree of the Great Peace as well as
animals such as an Eagle. Items like strings and arrows are used as symbols (Section 2 of the Iroquois
Constitution). This is comparable to the Irish Constitution and its incorporation of Christianity.
However, the Irish Constitution merely suggested Christian ideas, and the Iroquois Constitution is
targeted exclusively at the Iroquois, who would understand and be practice them. Essentially, one
must follow the Iroquois traditions in order to participate in the ideas presented in the Iroquois
Constitution, but one would not necessarily have to be Catholic to abide by the Irish

Government Censorship
Should governments be allowed to censor information?
Censorship has always been a controversial topic. People will always want to know the truth. The
more democratic a nation is the more information is available. In these cases governments will usually
try to moderate what information is being circulated. By definition censorship is legally defined in
Australia as the official inspection of books, journals, theatre, film, music and popular media of many
forms before release (prepublication) to ensure that they do not offend against legal proscriptions
instituted by governments (Moore, 2013). In this essay censorship will take a broader term in which it
will also encompass instances of when governments try to provide incentives of getting rid of
information, omitting or restricting access to it through other means. Many people experience
censorship whether they know it or not and it is always debated if governments should be able to
censor information. There are a lot of cases where censorship should be allowed and cases where it
should not be. This essay will highlight instances and circumstances of when a government should be
able to censor information.
Censorship should be allowed in cases that involve instances where it is to protect the public or the
nation. Information that harms the security of a country should be protected and not made available to
the public. Under this circumstance though the government should be ethical about the information
they censor and the

The Culture of Ancient Egypt
Language and System of writing
The system of writing that the ancient Egyptians used is called Hieroglyphics coming from the two
Greek words hieros meaning holy and glyphe meaning writing. Hieroglyphics are a series of pictures
drawn from one side of the page to the other. Hieroglyphics can be read and written from left to right
or right to left depending upon which way the human and animal characters are facing. If the
characters face the left then you read from the left to the right. Each hieroglyph represents a single
sound, but as the Egyptians wrote sentences and words they took advantage of the vowels so they are
still trying to figure them out today. There are two basic types of hieroglyphs ideograms and
phonograms. Often the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The Government in Ancient Egypt was ran on theocracy, which meant that there was a ruler who was
recognized as deity. The pharaoh couldn t run this all by himself so he had a hierarchy of rulers and
leaders below him who ran different parts of the government. This would mean that the pharaoh
would command the hierarchy and they would fulfil their roles and jobs as priest, scribes, vizier etc.
Reliable supply of food and water
The Ancient Egyptians are indebted to the Nile River because it has supplied them with water and
nutrients in the soil for them to grow the crops that they need to survive for many centuries. The
predictability of the Nile s flooding allowed the Egyptians to inquire deep into the agriculture of their
land in order for them to grow all these crops such as the grains, fruits and vegetables that they used to
eat. The Egyptian diet however revolved heavily around several primary crops, especial cereals and
barley. The Egyptians would also grow Einkorn Emmer where grown to make bread. Pulses, beans,
lentils, later chickpeas and fava beans were also grown. Root crop such as radishes, onions, and
garlics were grown along with salad crops like lettuce and parsley. The Egyptians artwork motive was
fruit, suggesting that this was also a major part of agricultural living.

Black Panther Introduction
Culture has many different definitions. Culture could mean someone likes literature, music, food, or
art. Culture is a human tool, but the tool can be very fragile. Culture can change and it can be lost like
it is found. Examinations of cultural objects do not tell us much about the culture of the large society,
but it does show us cultural patterns within a certain culture. These objects can show us a certain piece
of someone s culture and what it means about that particular culture. A cultural object is something
that is made by human beings; it just does not come out of nowhere. I ... Show more content on

This paradigm also takes into account how an audience responds to the cultural object. The final part
of the diamond is the social world, which is the point in the diamond sees if the object fits in the social
world in which it is found (Griswald 1994). Black Panther was written in 1966. This is when we were
dealing with racism all over the country. Black Panther was the first black superhero ever created. The
lines that link these four points say something very specifically. It states that if you have a cultural
object it will always be linked to a creator, receiver, and a social world. You cannot have one without
the other.
Cultural Object
Black Panther has special abilities just like any superhero. Black Panther s knowledge is one of those
powers that let the Panther draw the knowledge, strength, and experiences from every previous Black
Panther (CBS Interactive Inc. 2015, para 50). Black Panther also has superhuman agility, senses,
strength, endurance, and durability. All of these superhuman abilities come from a heart shaped herb
(CBS Interactive Inc. 2015). The herb also gives the Black Panther a healing factor that is naturally
healing at its peak. Black Panther also has superhuman speed. The Panther can run and move faster
than any normal human. Black Panther has a genius level intellect. T Challa also known as the Black
Panther is a master of tactician, physicist, and engineer (CBS Interactive Inc. 2015). T Challa was

Karen Sternheimer Media Violence Does Not Cause Youth...
Over the last decade, media has taken over the majority of the world through twenty four hour
coverage, various television shows and movies, and endless advertisements. There is no way to escape
the media, especially the younger generations. Because of the constant coverage, some violence may
be covered on the news, in video games, or entertainment. Some believe that the violence brainwashes
younger generations and causes them to mirror that cruelty. In Media Violence Does Not Cause Youth
Violence, Karen Sternheimer argues the opposite. Through appeals and strong premises, Sternheimer
wrote a sound and valid argument that only has a few minor faults.

In her introduction, she ensure her readers that she is not biased by revealing that she has been accused
of only challenging the media violence connection because [she] is secretly funded by the
entertainment industry (Sternheimer, 2010) but she assures that [she] is not (Sternheimer, 2010). It is
obvious she is trying to build her ethos by saying this but with her background as a lecturer in the
Department of Sociology, she does not need to address this. Beginning with this puts a damper on her
ethos until she established them again with the presented assumptions and rebuttals. Another problem
found was one assumption made: we seldom hear public outcry about the declining morals of adults
(Sternheimer, 2010). Not everyone has the same morals, so to say that adult morals are declining is not
sound; someone, who has different morals, may not see it as that much of a decrease. Also, there are
many counterarguments that the other side could come back with to prove that there is public outcry
about the violence committed by adults. Overall, though, Sternheimer s argument is well thought out

Jane Eyre And Jean Antyse Analysis
The critical responses provided in the Penguin Books edition of Wide Sargasso Sea by Jean Rhys,
states: the only difference between [Jane and Antoinette] is their positons, one is on the edge of the
empire, the other at its center (162). The unnamed author of the response undermines the importance
of this difference and fails to see how it affects the how each of the characters are represented. The
lack of acknowledgement the position from which Jane narrates, the centre characterised by Walker
(1999) as white male and heterosexual makes it easy to read her narrative as a chronicle of a
marginalised orphan who overcomes the odds forced upon her by society and fate to become a self

Jane narrates throughout Jane Eyre. Antoinette shares narration with her husband, the implied Mr
Rochester and Grace Poole. Jane s prolonged mastery of her narrative when considered in tandem
with the partial control afforded to Antoinette exemplifies the amount of voice afforded each of them
within the hegemonic colonial discourse. As a white, English female Jane is able to speak back against
the empire as she is only one tier below the ideal white, male, heterosexual and as a native and child
of Mother England, is allowed to be the captain of her own narrative. Antoinette is a creole and native

white, and therefore it is necessary for her to be predominantly represented by those who form part of
the empire: Grace Poole and the implied Mr Rochester. Discrepancies in the autonomy provided to

Introduction to Tourism and Travel
By definition Travel is an activity taken by individual(s) which involves the movement of people from
one point to another for the purpose of personal work, business, and enjoyment.
Tourism can be defined as the set of activities of persons traveling to and staying in places outside
their usual environment for not more than one consecutive year and whose main purpose of travel is
other than the exercise of an activity renumerated from within the place visited.
While on the surface travel and tourism mean approximately the same things, they
Represent two completely different ways of approaching a journey. Here are the differences between
travel and tourism, broken down by issues every person must consider when going to a new place.

forms of leisure tourism can be traced as far back as the Babylonian and Egyptian empires. A museum

Privacy Is An American Invasion Of Privacy
Introduction
Privacy is an especially equivocal idea, in particularly because invasion of privacy is a concept that is
arguably questionable. Privacy has been defined as the right to be left alone without unwarranted
intrusion by government, media, or other institutions or individuals. While this definition serves as a
quick start to the right of privacy, there are still several interpretations as to what may or may not
constitute as an invasion of privacy. What one person may believe to be an innocent curiosity, another
may feel as though it is a deliberate invasion of privacy. Often these disputes make their way into
courtrooms and are subjected to controversy and evaluation. This essay will focus on appropriation of
name or likeness for commercial purposes. First, it will define the right of privacy, and right of
publicity. Next, the evaluation and discussion of four cases in which appropriation of name or likeness
for commercial gain was assessed in courtrooms. Then after, thoughts on current developments in this
area of law will be discussed, as well as suggestions for current working journalists. Finally, closing
and concluding statements will be addressed.
Background
In the mid twentieth century, the tort of appropriation experienced a shift. Courts reoriented the tort so
that it no longer exclusively protected a person s interest in dignity or privacy, but rather the pecuniary
interest in the commercial exploitation of one s identity, or one s

Letter To A Soldier s Last Letter Home
I choose to read this letter because it appealed to me because of soldier s feeling toward the war, how
he titled his letter LAST LETTER HOME , and short sentences that shows the damage the war has
taken on Larry Getting short, Mom, coming home pretty soon. Going to quit flying soon, too much for
me now. I went in front of a board for sp/5 will know soon if i made it.
Wars meant more than violence and actions to the soldiers. After having analyzing multiple letters,
now I could understand better, how these soldiers and veterans were not only physically, but mentally
remained in pressure. I have flown 1500 hours now, and in those hours I could tell you a lifetime
story.
It is also one of the hardest work to send a letter to your family and loved ones, and title your letter
Last Letter home , because it shows how hard the war is beating to your your knees and you don t
have any power to get up and say I will survive. The soldiers states that I could tell you a lifetime

Hyperspectral Image Classification
Classification is a principle technique in hyperspectral images (HSI) analysis, where a label is
assigned to each pixel based on its characteristics. Applying machine learning techniques to these
datasets need special consideration, since the hyperspectral images are typically represented by
features vectors of extremely high dimensions. A robust HSI classification requires a prudent
combination of deep feature extractor and powerful classifier. In the last one decade, extensive
classification methods are designed in hyperspectral objects, but these approaches prone to learn the
correlated features, and usually fail to consider the structural information in the feature space. Most of
CNN methods extract image features at the last layer ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Introduction In the last decade, hyperspectral image (HSI) classification has been a very active
research discipline. Hyperspectral image contains ultra high dimensional data with hundreds spectral
channels, which leads to highly correlated features and the noises that presented in adjacent bands.
However, the classification results are affected by these redundant and correlated features. Therefore,
in processing hyperspectral images, the classification approaches has been proposed jointly by
dimensionality reduction. Several feature extraction methods (see Section 2) have been developed to
solve the classification problem in hyperspectral images. Feature extraction based on HSI aims to
reduce the dimensionality of the data while preserving the discriminative information (spectral spatial
information) as possible. However, there is no universal feature extraction which perform well in all
type of application and thus, it remain an active research area in advancing HSI analysis for the
foreseeable future. Moreover the complexity, diversity, dimensionality and quantity of HSI are all
increasing day by day and thus, the existing learning tasks are computationally inapplicable and
incompetent for analyzing and modeling the HSI data [9]. There are several challenges in the
hyperspectral data classification: (1) ultra high dimensionality of data, (2) limited

Roman Roads:

Man has always moved along a road. It s just what the road has looked like that s changed over time

civilization, having influenced every aspect of modern society, from literature to mathematics. Even
today, Roman law and foundation of government forms the basis of several modern democracies. The
ancient Empire`s monuments still stand millennia later, awing and inspiring us. Rome s extraordinary

Secondly, the construction of the roads greatly amplified the strength and stamina of the Roman
soldiers. Augustus, the first Roman emperor, made it a policy that the soldiers were to keep busy, and
therefore stay out of trouble, which meant that all of the free time that the soldiers had was utilized in
the maintenance and the construction of the roads. Through the construction of the roads, the Romans
became infamous for their strength and stamina, and were viewed across Europe as a deadly force to
be reckoned with.
`It is no easy task to confine luxury within the limits of an empire. The most remote countries of the
ancient world were ransacked to supply the pomp and delicacy of Rome` (Gibbon, 75). In addition to
strengthening the military, the Roman roads also had numerous economic benefits. With over 53,000
miles of paved roads spanning across Europe, the Roman Empire was much more connected, and
travel was considerably easier. This led to Rome becoming the centre of trade across Europe, with
exotic goods coming in from every corner of the world. Aelius Aristides, a famous orator, is quoted to
have said: ` Large continents lie around the Mediterranean Sea and never ending supplies of goods
flow from them to you [the Roman people]. Everything from every land and every sea is shipped to
you . . . so that if anyone wanted to see all these things he would either have to travel the world or live
in Rome. ` (La Bédoyère, 104). This statement was

The Writer s Credibility And The Reader s Efficiency
The purpose of substantive editing is to maximize the writer s credibility and the reader s efficiency.
This stage intends to produce a revised manuscript that improves the readability and understandability
of the readers, as well as maintaining the purpose of the text. Editors suggest appropriate changes
according to what the writer wants to accomplish and the intended audience which determines the
content, organization and tone. Thus, the end result of substantive editing is a balance between the
writer s intentions with the reader s expectations which in turn serves the text reliable, accurate and
hopefully, useful. Readers respect authors when there is no faulty or missing information. In order to
protect the writer s credibility, editors consult subject experts to guarantee the content is correct and up
to date. They keep in mind who the intended audience is (their level of sophistication, their financial
status, their sensitivity towards the topic) so they can determine what information, which tone, what
structure is suitable for them, and still ensure the objectives of the text are explicit. There will be times
when writers forget necessary details that [is needed to validate] a conclusion (Sutcliffe 583). The lack
of content can break a reader s flow: they will not be prepared to follow the upcoming material.
Editors do not want the audience confused because unpredictability can increase the chances of losing
a reader s interest. When there is complete

Biblical Genealogy Is Important For Establishing Identity
Prior to this passage, Jacob moved his family to this region in Canaan and bought land from Hamor,
instead of remaining with Esau and kinfolk (Gen 33:18). Now in a land known to worship false gods,
Jacob and his family are vulnerable and separated from a community of likeminded practitioners.
When Genesis 34 begins, we learn the lineage of Dinah as Leah s daughter with Jacob (Gen 34:1).
Biblical genealogy is important to establishing identity as it expresses idealized understandings of
families. Leah is the daughter of Laban to which Jacob was tricked into marriage (Gen 29:21 25).
Leah, after birthing several sons, delivered a daughter for which she named Dinah (Gen 30:21). As a
sister with several older brothers, the assumption is that Dinah was sheltered and naïve since she is
alone in the city without an escort. Moshe Reiss in The Family Relationship of Simeon and Dina
states, She is under her father s protection and it seems unlikely that she went out without permission.
The term ‫ֵ֤צא‬ ‫ַוֵּת‬ ‫ות‬ ‫ֹ֖א‬ ‫ְר‬‫ִל‬ (went out to visit) causes much debate among critics as it is seen as an
inappropriate behavior for a young lady. The phrase went out to visit implies interaction with
outsiders. Dinah would not have gone out without knowing where she might be headed, as it would
have left her vulnerable and invited trouble. Without any further details, it is implied that travel was
accepted and a coexistence among the groups was present and generally peaceful.

In the two given sources, the poems have a strong intention on the reader. The authors of the two
poems use many similes and hyperboles. In the first poem, Who s For The Game?, Pope has a strong
hook on the reader and uses imagery to describe the scene at which soldiers are at battle. In the
beginning of the poem, Who s for the Game? , the author states that the poem was inteneded for the
reader to be convinved in joining the U.S. Army. The author shows point of view when she goes on to
describe the scene of many wars and battles. For example, she states, Who ll give his country a hand?
This line means that who will sacrifice their life for their beloved country and remembered citizens.

When the author states, Who ll grip and tackle the job unafraid? the author means that who will be

the reader not to go to war. In contrast, the second poem is an opposition to the poem Who s for the
Game? The poem tries to explain that war is not at all glorious, nor is the death of a soldier sweet nor
pleasant. In addition, the author says, For there s only one course to pursue, meaning that our country
has a goal to destroy another country in the war and the soldiers have to pursue this goal. When the
author says, Your country is up to her neck in a fight, And she s looking and calling for you, the author
means that the United States is waiting for people to join the army and fight for our country and our
country is looking and calling for you. In this first paragraph, the author describes the ranks of the
soldiers, and says that soldiers resemble old beggars and hags. In addition, the term blood shod

an all powerful suzerain (overlord) to a weaker, dependent vassal (servant). The Israelites were chosen
to be a covenant keeping people and breaking the covenant led to dire consequences. Fee and Gordon

why not buy them an instrument and let their creativity be expressed? Everybody is born creative, but
many people don t realize it because it s not encouraged in their early years (iDiva). Having your child

everything the light touches is part of their land. Also, he tells him that the darkness of the land
separates the good from the evil. He also teaches Simba about the circle of life. Mufasa tells Simba
that even though they eat an animal, they themselves will eventually die and become grass the animals

Mufasa teaches Simba the importance of putting other people before your self. Simba disobeyed his
father and went to the darkness, or elephant graveyard, with his best friend Nala. Simba did not know
there would be hyenas there and ended up putting himself and Nala in danger. Mufasa sprang into

Essay about Rock Music in the GDR and the Eastern Bloc
The well known riff of Deep Purple s Smoke on the Water opens Andreas Dresen s movie Changing
Skins (Raus aus der Haut, 1997). The film opens in a crowded music club where young people are
dancing ecstatically, turned on by pulsing rock and roll. This could be a trite depiction of youth culture
if it were not located in a country that suppressed this kind of music: the German Democratic Republic
(GDR). It is therefore worth reflecting on the social and political controversy in the former East
Germany that, finally in the 1970s, permitted the performance of rock music and even imports from
the capitalist part of the world. By the late 1970s, different kinds of rock music were not only an
integral part of Western youth culture but also ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Beat and rock music spread all over the GDR and imported records circulated on the black market.
The government finally had to accept the fact that rock and roll had become an integral part of youth
culture even in the socialist bloc.
At the Eighth SED Congress in 1971, Honecker announced an about face. The needs of young people
as they were an important part of socialist society should no longer be ignored. Therefore, music from
the West was allowed to be broadcast on radio stations (most popular was the youth station DT64 ),
special editions of famous musicians like Jimi Hendrix, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and so on
were released, and local bands were allowed again to perform in newly founded music clubs and
discotheques.
In 1973, with the establishment of the Committee for Entertainment Music as part of the Culture
Ministry and the arrangement of the International Youth Festival in East Berlin, beat music was
officially rehabilitated. Basically since around 1970, popular culture in fact was the core of a common
culture (Maase 15). As a matter of fact, with the accommodation of rock and roll to official culture the
government now was better able to control songwriters and musicians. With the groups dependent on
the benefits of the Ministry, which

Justice Pay In Plato s The Republic
The Republic Does Justice Pay
In the Introduction of Plato s Republic, a very important theme is depicted. It is the argument of
whether it is beneficial for a person to lead a good and just existence. The greatly argued position that
justice does not pay, is argued by three men Thrasymachus, Glaucon, and Adeimantus. By
incorporating all three men into a collective effort I believe I can give a more flattering depiction of
injustice.
First, we must explore the basis of the moral skepticism argument in The Republic, given by
Thrasymachus. Thrasymachus view follows the disbelief in morality that was common during the
time. The principle part of his argument is, the interests of the stronger (or ruling) party in a society

Socrates makes a few very strong refutes, which will be discussed later, and seems to dishearten the
argumentative spirit of Thrasymachus. The argument begins to fall apart when he is forced to restate
his main point. The restatement is that ordinary morality is simply the behavior imposed by exploiter
on exploited, and thus is someone else s interest (342 e). In this version of his original point, he also
touches on a very important fact that, in everyday life, the pursuit of self interest is natural and just.
Thrasymachus depicts this point by undeniable fact that in a professional sense no one wants to work
for free, and that they expect some benefits in their own interest for their efforts. After showing
dissatisfaction with Socrates refutation, Thrasymachus gives way to Glaucon who begins to argue for
the benefits of injustice in everyday life.
Glaucon s argument begins with a question of whether the just or unjust man is happier, and continues
on a tangent from there. He states that morality is based on convenience, and that it is natural to
pursue one s own interests. He says that justice can pretty much be summed up as splitting the
difference of two evils. The first, being forced to restrain one s self from certain interests, and the
other being becoming the victim of injustice from another person. This, to me, is the most convincing
part

Into The Wild Transcendentalism
On September 6, 1992, a group of moose hunters discovered the remains of Chris McCandless body,
which, through abject starvation, had withered and decayed in the unforgiving Alaskan bush. Upon
discovery, Chris corpse became a symbol of misguided passions and misinterpreted values and
inspired many to explore and document his story of demise. In Jon Krakauer s Into the Wild, the story
of Chris, attempting to achieve ultimate freedom and independence is told. On this journey, it is
evident that Chris McCandless shunning of society was unjustified because he took the
transcendentalist ideas expressed in Henry David Thoreau s Walden and Ralph Waldo Emerson s Self
Reliance and radically misinterpreted them. Because of his analytical error, McCandless was unable to
attain freedom and independence, despite his support for these values; egotism overcame
individualism, and McCandless hubris and extreme risk taking resulted in foolish isolationism and
rendered his journey useless. One of the central tenets of transcendentalism is the aspiration of
freedom and the desire to pursue a life of individualism. This is described in Self Reliance, where
Ralph Waldo Emerson states ... that envy is ignorance; that imitation is suicide... (1). Both envy and
imitation are parts of collectivism, and as such, cannot be well integrated into the philosophy of
transcendentalism, which has a deep contempt for society. At first, McCandless seems to satisfy the
mandate of individualistic pursuit,

Similarities Between Aluminum Fowl And Superman By Bill...
In his book, Introduction to Documentary, Bill Nichols talks about how documentaries are defined, the
different modes of documentaries, and the ethical issues that may arise when making a documentary.
Nichols talks about how there isn t a set definition for a documentary, but how there are many
different modes of documentary s. We can see examples of these things in the two short documentaries
that we viewed in class. James Clauer s Aluminum Fowl and Cooper s Superman are two
documentaries that use these different modes of documentary filmmaking to inform the viewers of
their subjects. Both documentaries use an observational mode in telling their stories, by letting the
subjects of the documentary take control of telling and showing their

Roe Vs Wade Abortion Research Paper
In Roe vs. Wade abortion was deemed not only legal but morally acceptable. One might be surprised
to know that not only this decision but our entire outlook on life is influenced and shaped by a cultural
ideology. These ideologies serve as a lense through which our entire life is tinted. While not all
ideologies are destructive, the real harm is done when on can not identify it and evaluate its morals
and principles individually. This paper will seek to explore how how secular humanism extends to
abortion, why this is detrimental, and how Christianity provides a better ideology.
Secular humanism is the worldview that focuses on man bettering himself without existence of God.
Since there is no divine law, what is considered morally acceptable ... Show more content on

Christianity lays out those rules so that there is no dispute about what is moral. Under a biblical
ideology we must acknowledge the sacredness of human life in the likeness of God. In Jeremiah 1 and
psalm 139, it tells us that God know us while in the womb and and has an active part in our creation.
And in Exodus 21 God commands the penalty for someone who causes the death of a baby in the
womb the same as for someone who commits murder. With this in mind, what should be the proper
christian response to abortion. This author believes that our actions should parallel those of the ancient
romans christians. When the romans would leave their unwanted infants in the desert, they would go,
find them, and take them in. Instead of forcing unready person into motherhood, we should encourage
adoption as an alternative to

The Satanic Verses By Salman Rushdie
Salman Rushdie is a passionate novelist and essayist known for his magical realism, who expresses
his beliefs and influences through his works. Rushdie has frequently described himself as a historian
of ideas, and many of his novels are novels of ideas rather than narrations centered on a plot or
character. 1 Furthermore, Rushdie s pessimistic views of religion are seen in his writings, from The
Satanic Verses to recent essays like, Out of Kansas. I will also discuss the fatwa calling for his
assassination and resulting in him being put under police protection by the British government. To
begin, Rushdie was born into a Muslim family. Although Rushdie was a student of Islam, he claimed
to be a lapsed Muslim. Ultimately, he expressed that he did not believe in supernatural entities,
whether Christian, Jewish, Muslim or Hindu. Rushdie s outspoken work, The Satanic Verses caused
great controversy in the Islamic world because of what was seen by some to be an irreverent depiction
of Muhammad. Rushdie is the author of 11 novels, 4 books, shorts stories and many essays. In
addition, many of his books focus on the role of religion in society and the effect and conflict. Rushdie
believed, Religion, a medieval form of unreason, when combined with modern weaponry becomes a
real threat to our freedoms. 2 Also, Religion is a story, and it seems to me that a definition of any
living, vibrant society is that you constantly question the stories. That you constantly argue about

Nurture Nature Vs Nature
The debate between nature and nurture addresses genetic and environmental determinants and which
principles apply to our lives. Humans are affected by choices made by others and ourselves and things
that are meant to happen. Free will is being able to make a choice to do something on our own or to
act in certain situations independently of natural, social, or divine restraints (Encyclopedia Britannica).
Social cues are verbal or nonverbal hints that are meant to guide peers about their actions, the
conversation they re having, etc.. Determinism is the belief that everything is naturally connected to
the universe and every event happens because of the events that came before it. Fatalism follows the
belief that events occur naturally, but without influence of humans. Nurture is a greater influences on
our lives than nature; humans operate upon the principles of free will, social cues, and determinism.
Determinism supports the idea that our outcomes are based on our choices and that they are meant to
happen that way. An example of one s deterministic view is Brent Staples describing the ways he
unintentionally frightened those around him in public and he would go out of his way to make them
feel safer. It s unfair that an accomplished college graduate should be judged for their appearance, as
well as anyone else for that matter. Staples had no obligation to act the way he did, but in order to
keep himself safe, he could not pose a threat and get away with it as a black

Computer Management System And Its Impact On Business...
1.2 According to David Ingram (2015) CMS refers to systems and processes to collect data from
different sources in order to present information in a more understandable layout. Beynon Davies
(2015,p.2) argues Computer management system it s extremely significant for business activities
overall, because for businesses data it s the most powerful factor as information its critical to create
competiveness among private sector, as through systems information organisations are always aware
of anything related to sales, orders, stock control and records , and this information it s what it
contributes for businesses realisation overall due to the ability that each systems has on gathering up
to date data. CMS minimizes overload data, because the system has the ability to modify the larger
amount of information data by summarizing everything in order to avoid managers to get confused
and get flooded with exhaustive details (Management hub,2016). CMS function at some point its
mainly to focus on helping organisations functions such forecasting ,payroll or costing to develop
more efficiently, as CMS role is to make sure that only correct information its collected from different
sources and then processed and delivered to the right departments , because MIS function is to fulfil
managers necessities at all levels (Role of the management information systems,2012). For example

Integral Empathy
Empathy is the ability to understand what the client is feeling. This refers to the therapist s ability to
understand sensitively and accurately to the client s experience and feelings in the here and now, but
not sympathetically. An important part of the task of the person centered counselor is to follow
precisely what the client is feeling and to communicate to them that the therapist understands what
they are feeling. Integral empathy contributes to developing a therapeutic relationship, understanding
a client, and informing treatment strategies and interventions.

Biological Psychological Theories
The person I am writing about is experiencing troubles with their thoughts and behavior. In social
situations they have difficulty expressing emotions when in social gatherings, they can be paranoid
and think there is someone watching them, and they have issue with separating what s real and
imaginary due to voices that they hear in their head. Because of the hallucinations that they hear and
the irrational thoughts and feelings that they experience, functioning in everyday life can be extremely
difficult for them to do. The person suffers from schizophrenia. Biological A biological psychological

are causing the schizophrenia. There is a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
All of these biological factors can be the reason that the brain essentially malfunctions causing the
hallucinations and irrational thoughts and behavior. Psychodynamic A psychodynamic psychological
theorist would say that the person in question is suffering from an ego deterioration and disintegration
of the ego, leaving the ego unable to control the urges and ideas between the ID and the super ego.
This creates difficulty with distinguishing reality and their own beliefs and behaviors. They regress to
a state that cannot organize their own thoughts and behaviors, which leaves them with their
hallucinations greatly influencing their actions. Freud believed that the mothers behavior while the
person was growing up is a big factor in the development or lack thereof, of the ego. Behavioral A
behavioral psychological theorist would say that the person in question is experiencing these
schizophrenic episodes and symptoms because of the brain not being properly conditioned to follow
the correct cues, leading to a focus on the wrong stimuli and cues. Because the brain isn t conditioned
well, this causes the brain to misfire and act irrationally rather than respond to the cues

  • 2. Iroquois Constitution Essay Constitutional Comparisons The Constitution of the United States is a staple of our American identity. While it may have drawn inspiration from other documents, it is essentially the first of its kind. It certainly was not the last of its kind: after the success of the United States constitution, many other nations would soon follow. Now, the majority of nations have adopted their own constitutions as guidelines for them to follow. The Constitution of the United States may not have been the first constitution, but it was able to update and incorporate ideas that had already been established as well as provide a model for the creation of future constitutions. One such nation to adopt a constitution modeled after ours is Ireland. Like many ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Items like strings and arrows are used as symbols (Section 2 of the Iroquois Constitution). This is comparable to the Irish Constitution and its incorporation of Christianity. However, the Irish Constitution merely suggested Christian ideas, and the Iroquois Constitution is targeted exclusively at the Iroquois, who would understand and be practice them. • 3. Government Censorship Should governments be allowed to censor information? Censorship has always been a controversial topic. People will always want to know the truth. The more democratic a nation is the more information is available. In these cases governments will usually try to moderate what information is being circulated. By definition censorship is legally defined in Australia as the official inspection of books, journals, theatre, film, music and popular media of many forms before release (prepublication) to ensure that they do not offend against legal proscriptions instituted by governments (Moore, 2013). In this essay censorship will take a broader term in which it will also encompass instances of when governments try to provide incentives of getting rid of information, omitting or restricting access to it through other means. Many people experience censorship whether they know it or not and it is always debated if governments should be able to censor information. There are a lot of cases where censorship should be allowed and cases where it should not be. This essay will highlight instances and circumstances of when a government should be able to censor information. Censorship should be allowed in cases that involve instances where it is to protect the public or the nation. Information that harms the security of a country should be protected and not made available to the public. Under this circumstance though the government should be ethical about the information they censor and the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The Culture of Ancient Egypt Language and System of writing The system of writing that the ancient Egyptians used is called Hieroglyphics coming from the two Greek words hieros meaning holy and glyphe meaning writing. Hieroglyphics are a series of pictures drawn from one side of the page to the other. Hieroglyphics can be read and written from left to right or right to left depending upon which way the human and animal characters are facing. If the characters face the left then you read from the left to the right. Each hieroglyph represents a single sound, but as the Egyptians wrote sentences and words they took advantage of the vowels so they are still trying to figure them out today. This would mean that the pharaoh would command the hierarchy and they would fulfil their roles and jobs as priest, scribes, vizier etc. Reliable supply of food and water The Ancient Egyptians are indebted to the Nile River because it has supplied them with water and nutrients in the soil for them to grow the crops that they need to survive for many centuries. The predictability of the Nile s flooding allowed the Egyptians to inquire deep into the agriculture of their land in order for them to grow all these crops such as the grains, fruits and vegetables that they used to eat. The Egyptian diet however revolved heavily around several primary crops, especial cereals and barley. The Egyptians would also grow Einkorn Emmer where grown to make bread. Black Panther ( Marvel Comics ) Black Panther (Marvel Comics ) February 17 2015 By, Kyle Marxen Cultural Diamond Paper Page Break Marvel Comics Black Panther Introduction Culture has many different definitions. Culture could mean someone likes literature, music, food, or art. Culture is a human tool, but the tool can be very fragile. Culture can change and it can be lost like it is found. Examinations of cultural objects do not tell us much about the culture of the large society, but it does show us cultural patterns within a certain culture. These objects can show us a certain piece of someone s culture and what it means about that particular culture. A cultural object is something that is made by human beings; it just does not come out of nowhere. I ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This paradigm also takes into account how an audience responds to the cultural object. The final part of the diamond is the social world, which is the point in the diamond sees if the object fits in the social world in which it is found (Griswald 1994). Black Panther was written in 1966. This is when we were dealing with racism all over the country. Black Panther was the first black superhero ever created. The lines that link these four points say something very specifically. It states that if you have a cultural object it will always be linked to a creator, receiver, and a social world. You cannot have one without the other. Cultural Object Black Panther has special abilities just like any superhero. Black Panther s knowledge is one of those powers that let the Panther draw the knowledge, strength, and experiences from every previous Black Panther (CBS Interactive Inc. 2015, para 50). Black Panther also has superhuman agility, senses, strength, endurance, and durability. All of these superhuman abilities come from a heart shaped herb (CBS Interactive Inc. 2015). The herb also gives the Black Panther a healing factor that is naturally healing at its peak. Black Panther also has superhuman speed. The Panther can run and move faster than any normal human. Over the last decade, media has taken over the majority of the world through twenty four hour coverage, various television shows and movies, and endless advertisements. There is no way to escape the media, especially the younger generations. Because of the constant coverage, some violence may be covered on the news, in video games, or entertainment. Some believe that the violence brainwashes younger generations and causes them to mirror that cruelty. In Media Violence Does Not Cause Youth Violence, Karen Sternheimer argues the opposite. It is obvious she is trying to build her ethos by saying this but with her background as a lecturer in the Department of Sociology, she does not need to address this. Beginning with this puts a damper on her ethos until she established them again with the presented assumptions and rebuttals. Another problem found was one assumption made: we seldom hear public outcry about the declining morals of adults (Sternheimer, 2010). Not everyone has the same morals, so to say that adult morals are declining is not sound; someone, who has different morals, may not see it as that much of a decrease. Also, there are many counterarguments that the other side could come back with to prove that there is public outcry about the violence committed by adults. The unnamed author of the response undermines the importance of this difference and fails to see how it affects the how each of the characters are represented. The lack of acknowledgement the position from which Jane narrates, the centre characterised by Walker (1999) as white male and heterosexual makes it easy to read her narrative as a chronicle of a marginalised orphan who overcomes the odds forced upon her by society and fate to become a self sufficient, Byronic woman who defies societal expectations of women and asserts herself as a ... Privacy has been defined as the right to be left alone without unwarranted intrusion by government, media, or other institutions or individuals. While this definition serves as a quick start to the right of privacy, there are still several interpretations as to what may or may not constitute as an invasion of privacy. What one person may believe to be an innocent curiosity, another may feel as though it is a deliberate invasion of privacy. Often these disputes make their way into courtrooms and are subjected to controversy and evaluation. This essay will focus on appropriation of name or likeness for commercial purposes. First, it will define the right of privacy, and right of publicity. Next, the evaluation and discussion of four cases in which appropriation of name or likeness for commercial gain was assessed in courtrooms. Then after, thoughts on current developments in this area of law will be discussed, as well as suggestions for current working journalists. Finally, closing and concluding statements will be addressed. Background In the mid twentieth century, the tort of appropriation experienced a shift. Courts reoriented the tort so that it no longer exclusively protected a person s interest in dignity or privacy, but rather the pecuniary interest in the commercial exploitation of one s identity, or one s ... Applying machine learning techniques to these datasets need special consideration, since the hyperspectral images are typically represented by features vectors of extremely high dimensions. A robust HSI classification requires a prudent combination of deep feature extractor and powerful classifier. In the last one decade, extensive classification methods are designed in hyperspectral objects, but these approaches prone to learn the correlated features, and usually fail to consider the structural information in the feature space. Most of CNN methods extract image features at the last layer ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Keywords: High dimensionality, Hyperspectral image, classification, deep learning, feature extraction, Introduction In the last decade, hyperspectral image (HSI) classification has been a very active research discipline. Hyperspectral image contains ultra high dimensional data with hundreds spectral channels, which leads to highly correlated features and the noises that presented in adjacent bands. However, the classification results are affected by these redundant and correlated features. Therefore, in processing hyperspectral images, the classification approaches has been proposed jointly by dimensionality reduction. Several feature extraction methods (see Section 2) have been developed to solve the classification problem in hyperspectral images. Feature extraction based on HSI aims to reduce the dimensionality of the data while preserving the discriminative information (spectral spatial information) as possible. However, there is no universal feature extraction which perform well in all type of application and thus, it remain an active research area in advancing HSI analysis for the foreseeable future. Moreover the complexity, diversity, dimensionality and quantity of HSI are all increasing day by day and thus, the existing learning tasks are computationally inapplicable and incompetent for analyzing and modeling the HSI data [9]. There are several challenges in the hyperspectral data classification: (1) ultra high dimensionality of data, (2) limited ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Augustus, the first Roman emperor, made it a policy that the soldiers were to keep busy, and therefore stay out of trouble, which meant that all of the free time that the soldiers had was utilized in the maintenance and the construction of the roads. Through the construction of the roads, the Romans became infamous for their strength and stamina, and were viewed across Europe as a deadly force to be reckoned with. `It is no easy task to confine luxury within the limits of an empire. The most remote countries of the ancient world were ransacked to supply the pomp and delicacy of Rome` (Gibbon, 75). In addition to strengthening the military, the Roman roads also had numerous economic benefits. With over 53,000 miles of paved roads spanning across Europe, the Roman Empire was much more connected, and travel was considerably easier. This led to Rome becoming the centre of trade across Europe, with exotic goods coming in from every corner of the world. Aelius Aristides, a famous orator, is quoted to have said: ` Large continents lie around the Mediterranean Sea and never ending supplies of goods flow from them to you [the Roman people]. • 13. The Writer s Credibility And The Reader s Efficiency The purpose of substantive editing is to maximize the writer s credibility and the reader s efficiency. This stage intends to produce a revised manuscript that improves the readability and understandability of the readers, as well as maintaining the purpose of the text. Editors suggest appropriate changes according to what the writer wants to accomplish and the intended audience which determines the content, organization and tone. Thus, the end result of substantive editing is a balance between the writer s intentions with the reader s expectations which in turn serves the text reliable, accurate and hopefully, useful. Readers respect authors when there is no faulty or missing information. In order to protect the writer s credibility, editors consult subject experts to guarantee the content is correct and up to date. They keep in mind who the intended audience is (their level of sophistication, their financial status, their sensitivity towards the topic) so they can determine what information, which tone, what structure is suitable for them, and still ensure the objectives of the text are explicit. There will be times when writers forget necessary details that [is needed to validate] a conclusion (Sutcliffe 583). The lack of content can break a reader s flow: they will not be prepared to follow the upcoming material. Editors do not want the audience confused because unpredictability can increase the chances of losing a reader s interest. When there is complete ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Biblical Genealogy Is Important For Establishing Identity Prior to this passage, Jacob moved his family to this region in Canaan and bought land from Hamor, instead of remaining with Esau and kinfolk (Gen 33:18). Now in a land known to worship false gods, Jacob and his family are vulnerable and separated from a community of likeminded practitioners. When Genesis 34 begins, we learn the lineage of Dinah as Leah s daughter with Jacob (Gen 34:1). Biblical genealogy is important to establishing identity as it expresses idealized understandings of families. Leah is the daughter of Laban to which Jacob was tricked into marriage (Gen 29:21 25). Leah, after birthing several sons, delivered a daughter for which she named Dinah (Gen 30:21). As a sister with several older brothers, the assumption is that Dinah was sheltered and naïve since she is alone in the city without an escort. Moshe Reiss in The Family Relationship of Simeon and Dina states, She is under her father s protection and it seems unlikely that she went out without permission. The term ‫ֵ֤צא‬ ‫ַוֵּת‬ ‫ות‬ ‫ֹ֖א‬ ‫ְר‬‫ִל‬ (went out to visit) causes much debate among critics as it is seen as an inappropriate behavior for a young lady. The phrase went out to visit implies interaction with outsiders. Dinah would not have gone out without knowing where she might be headed, as it would have left her vulnerable and invited trouble. I finally settled on the topic of, The Importance of Nutrition and Athletic performance. I immediately was very interested in this topic because I could relate so well to it, being a nutrition major and a college athlete, and I had so many ideas on different sources of research. However, one day in class we read allowed our topics and our peers were allowed to comment and throw out different ideas or opinions. These character archetypes include the mentor, the loyal companions, and the hero. In The Lion King the mentor is depicted as Mufasa. Mufasa taught Simba basically everything he knows about the pride lands. One morning, Mufasa takes Simba on a tour of their kingdom and he tells Simba that everything the light touches is part of their land. Also, he tells him that the darkness of the land separates the good from the evil. He also teaches Simba about the circle of life. Mufasa tells Simba that even though they eat an animal, they themselves will eventually die and become grass the animals will eat. This depicts the circle of life and that everyone and everything is part of the pattern. Then, Mufasa teaches Simba the importance of putting other people before your self. Simba disobeyed his father and went to the darkness, or elephant graveyard, with his best friend Nala. Simba did not know there would be hyenas there and ended up putting himself and Nala in danger. Mufasa sprang into action and rescued the two trembling cubs. He then explained to Simba that being brave does not mean that you should go looking for trouble. People seem to enjoy seeing a good father figure in a movie. The Lion King also has very comical loyal companions. These characters are supposed to help and protect the hero. Timon and Pumbaa are the loyal companions in the film and are a good comical relief for people. After Simba runs away ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 21. Essay about Rock Music in the GDR and the Eastern Bloc The well known riff of Deep Purple s Smoke on the Water opens Andreas Dresen s movie Changing Skins (Raus aus der Haut, 1997). The film opens in a crowded music club where young people are dancing ecstatically, turned on by pulsing rock and roll. This could be a trite depiction of youth culture if it were not located in a country that suppressed this kind of music: the German Democratic Republic (GDR). It is therefore worth reflecting on the social and political controversy in the former East Germany that, finally in the 1970s, permitted the performance of rock music and even imports from the capitalist part of the world. By the late 1970s, different kinds of rock music were not only an integral part of Western youth culture but also ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Beat and rock music spread all over the GDR and imported records circulated on the black market. The government finally had to accept the fact that rock and roll had become an integral part of youth culture even in the socialist bloc. At the Eighth SED Congress in 1971, Honecker announced an about face. The needs of young people as they were an important part of socialist society should no longer be ignored. Therefore, music from the West was allowed to be broadcast on radio stations (most popular was the youth station DT64 ), special editions of famous musicians like Jimi Hendrix, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and so on were released, and local bands were allowed again to perform in newly founded music clubs and discotheques. In 1973, with the establishment of the Committee for Entertainment Music as part of the Culture Ministry and the arrangement of the International Youth Festival in East Berlin, beat music was officially rehabilitated. Basically since around 1970, popular culture in fact was the core of a common culture (Maase 15). As a matter of fact, with the accommodation of rock and roll to official culture the government now was better able to control songwriters and musicians. With the groups dependent on the benefits of the Ministry, which ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 22. Justice Pay In Plato s The Republic The Republic Does Justice Pay In the Introduction of Plato s Republic, a very important theme is depicted. It is the argument of whether it is beneficial for a person to lead a good and just existence. The greatly argued position that justice does not pay, is argued by three men Thrasymachus, Glaucon, and Adeimantus. By incorporating all three men into a collective effort I believe I can give a more flattering depiction of injustice. First, we must explore the basis of the moral skepticism argument in The Republic, given by Thrasymachus. Thrasymachus view follows the disbelief in morality that was common during the time. The principle part of his argument is, the interests of the stronger (or ruling) party in a society are ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Socrates makes a few very strong refutes, which will be discussed later, and seems to dishearten the argumentative spirit of Thrasymachus. The argument begins to fall apart when he is forced to restate his main point. The restatement is that ordinary morality is simply the behavior imposed by exploiter on exploited, and thus is someone else s interest (342 e). In this version of his original point, he also touches on a very important fact that, in everyday life, the pursuit of self interest is natural and just. Thrasymachus depicts this point by undeniable fact that in a professional sense no one wants to work for free, and that they expect some benefits in their own interest for their efforts. After showing dissatisfaction with Socrates refutation, Thrasymachus gives way to Glaucon who begins to argue for the benefits of injustice in everyday life. Glaucon s argument begins with a question of whether the just or unjust man is happier, and continues on a tangent from there. He states that morality is based on convenience, and that it is natural to pursue one s own interests. He says that justice can pretty much be summed up as splitting the difference of two evils. The first, being forced to restrain one s self from certain interests, and the other being becoming the victim of injustice from another person. This, to me, is the most convincing part ... • 23. Into The Wild Transcendentalism On September 6, 1992, a group of moose hunters discovered the remains of Chris McCandless body, which, through abject starvation, had withered and decayed in the unforgiving Alaskan bush. Upon discovery, Chris corpse became a symbol of misguided passions and misinterpreted values and inspired many to explore and document his story of demise. In Jon Krakauer s Into the Wild, the story of Chris, attempting to achieve ultimate freedom and independence is told. On this journey, it is evident that Chris McCandless shunning of society was unjustified because he took the transcendentalist ideas expressed in Henry David Thoreau s Walden and Ralph Waldo Emerson s Self Reliance and radically misinterpreted them. Because of his analytical error, McCandless was unable to attain freedom and independence, despite his support for these values; egotism overcame individualism, and McCandless hubris and extreme risk taking resulted in foolish isolationism and rendered his journey useless. One of the central tenets of transcendentalism is the aspiration of freedom and the desire to pursue a life of individualism. This is described in Self Reliance, where Ralph Waldo Emerson states ... that envy is ignorance; that imitation is suicide... (1). Both envy and imitation are parts of collectivism, and as such, cannot be well integrated into the philosophy of transcendentalism, which has a deep contempt for society. At first, McCandless seems to satisfy the mandate of individualistic pursuit, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

One might be surprised to know that not only this decision but our entire outlook on life is influenced and shaped by a cultural ideology. These ideologies serve as a lense through which our entire life is tinted. While not all ideologies are destructive, the real harm is done when on can not identify it and evaluate its morals and principles individually. • 26. The Satanic Verses By Salman Rushdie Salman Rushdie is a passionate novelist and essayist known for his magical realism, who expresses his beliefs and influences through his works. Rushdie has frequently described himself as a historian of ideas, and many of his novels are novels of ideas rather than narrations centered on a plot or character. 1 Furthermore, Rushdie s pessimistic views of religion are seen in his writings, from The Satanic Verses to recent essays like, Out of Kansas. I will also discuss the fatwa calling for his assassination and resulting in him being put under police protection by the British government. To begin, Rushdie was born into a Muslim family. Although Rushdie was a student of Islam, he claimed to be a lapsed Muslim. Ultimately, he expressed that he did not believe in supernatural entities, whether Christian, Jewish, Muslim or Hindu. Rushdie s outspoken work, The Satanic Verses caused great controversy in the Islamic world because of what was seen by some to be an irreverent depiction of Muhammad. Rushdie is the author of 11 novels, 4 books, shorts stories and many essays. In addition, many of his books focus on the role of religion in society and the effect and conflict. Rushdie believed, Religion, a medieval form of unreason, when combined with modern weaponry becomes a real threat to our freedoms. 2 Also, Religion is a story, and it seems to me that a definition of any living, vibrant society is that you constantly question the stories. • 27. Nurture Nature Vs Nature The debate between nature and nurture addresses genetic and environmental determinants and which principles apply to our lives. Humans are affected by choices made by others and ourselves and things that are meant to happen. Free will is being able to make a choice to do something on our own or to act in certain situations independently of natural, social, or divine restraints (Encyclopedia Britannica). Social cues are verbal or nonverbal hints that are meant to guide peers about their actions, the conversation they re having, etc.. Determinism is the belief that everything is naturally connected to the universe and every event happens because of the events that came before it. Fatalism follows the belief that events occur naturally, but without influence of humans. Nurture is a greater influences on our lives than nature; humans operate upon the principles of free will, social cues, and determinism. Determinism supports the idea that our outcomes are based on our choices and that they are meant to happen that way. An example of one s deterministic view is Brent Staples describing the ways he unintentionally frightened those around him in public and he would go out of his way to make them feel safer. It s unfair that an accomplished college graduate should be judged for their appearance, as well as anyone else for that matter. Staples had no obligation to act the way he did, but in order to keep himself safe, he could not pose a threat and get away with it as a black ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
