This document discusses two tactics for cancer immunotherapy. The first tactic involves isolating a patient's immune cells from blood, manipulating them in a lab to be more effective at killing cancer, and then reinfusing the cells. The second tactic uses drugs that weaken barriers in checkpoints that normally interfere with T cells' ability to attack tumors.
