Constantine the Ruler of the Roman Empire
Constantine the ruler of the Roman Empire had been surrounded by many controversies during his
reign (Cameron, 14). He was the son of a great warrior and he defeated Manutius a great ruler at Milia
Bridge. He had gained much respect and admiration among the Romans as a fair ruler. He emerged as
a ruler who supported Christianity and then became popular as a Christian ruler himself. His reign and
victory over the Roman Empire is a significant event in the history of Christian religion. With the
Edict of Milan in 313 Christianity was recognized as a religion, and the followers were free to practice
Christianity without fear. It has been argued that Constantine failed to treat different religions equally
as paganism (Cameron, 57). Constantine also sponsored churches, promoted Christians to high
government ranks, exempted taxes for the clergy. In the latter days of his rule Constantine had a
stricter approach towards Christianity and professed that there is one God, the Christian God. He
rewarded building temples into churches. He played a key role in framing important church policies
namely The Council of Arles, A.D. 314 and The Council of Nicaea, A.D. 325.
Constantine, however faced much challenges after he legalized Christianity. Christianity had been
divided into different churches and their views. Constantine is also responsible for the creation of a
universal church. Constantine presided over the First Ecumenical Council held at Nicaea to resolve the
Arian Controversy.

The Genocide Of Rwanda s Genocide
The Genocide in Rwanda
INTRODUCTION
Genocides happen when ethnic divisions become apparent. Many times, these ethnic divisions were
due to colonization from people of different race. These cases are especially true in Africa when
Europeans colonized their territory, with clear racial divisions between them (Gavin). These genocides
go on because of nations acting on ignorance and refusing to help out the nations in turmoil, allowing
the genocides to continue, without wasting their own resources. These nations purposefully ignoring
the slaughter of people cause the nations to also be guilty of the genocide underway ( The Heart ). The
genocide occurred in Rwanda in Central Africa during 1994. The decades of Tutsi oppression of Hutus
and the assassination of President Habyarimana in 1994 led to the genocide in Rwanda.
CAUSES
Socio/Cultural Cause
The socio/cultural cause of the genocide in Rwanda came from the German and Belgian colonization,
bringing along with them an idea of social science. Both colonial powers reinforced the Tutsi s
political power, which further oppressed the Hutus. This reinforcement caused the Hutus to envy the
Tutsi s aristocracy because they were privileged to all things, while the Hutus were privileged to
nothing (Kapuscinski). This oppression led to many Hutu revolutions that the Hutus were successful
in over the unprepared Tutsis. These victories of the Tutsis incidentally reversed the Rwandan
apartheid system. The reversion of the system then gave

High School Vs. College Life
As we go on in life we face many challenges and new situations that we deal with. A new situation
that most people deal with is on college and high school. School plays one of the most significant
stages in our lives. Many people spend more than 16 years to get an education in their life. Those
years are different levels, some of them are more entertaining than others. A student must pass through
high school and college life in their student life. Even though people think that high school and
college level are same, there is an important difference between them. Although high school and
college life are divided among academic point of view, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The hours of credit classes are fixed by the administration in high school, without any flexibility.
Classes are distributed on annual basis. Students get many excuses from missing classes, late
submission of homework in high school whereas they get to lose their grades in college life. In High
School, teacher manages to take their students to different educational excursion program, visit new
places, parks, etc., whereas these are not done in college life. Parents can check for the grades of their
kids in high school, but in college life, it is considered as privacy. It is easy to make friends in high
school but in college life, it depends on common interest. These are some of the experiences done by
almost every individual in high school life. College, on the other hand, is a choice if one wants to
attend or not. An individual who is attending college life usually pays for his own education. Since
they pay for their own education, they work hard enough to get success in their career. College life has
much freedom of time schedule. They are flexible to work and study as per their need. This level
prepares every individual to develop understanding and maintain a good career in life. Therefore, an
individual after finish college degree can easily get a job. As soon as a person entered in college a
sense of maturity comes to him. They realize everything in college is materialistic and college level is
very practical. College life prepares

Bias In African American Education
History, as taught in American schools, generally displays a bias towards the people that benefitted
from the events described. With this bias, the culture and accomplishments of other cultural groups are
largely ignored. This is certainly the case when Africa and African Americans are discussed in the
classroom. There is a tendency in the classroom to examine European accomplishments while
disregarding the successes, culture, and the importance Africa, and many cultures throughout the
world, played in the development of the modern world. This tendency is problematic, and it damages
the education of many students who are deprived of a diverse education with a global perspective. One
explicit bias examined by W.E.B Du Bois in The Propaganda

Major Influences On German Baroque Music
1. One of the major influences on German Baroque music was the church and the other major
influence was the state. Germany at that time wasn t how it is now. Germany was composed of small
states and each of those small states had its own Court. In some rare cases it also had Court
Musicians. The composers salary depended on their status and if they had the support of a king or
prince.
2. Bach s music had different forms and styles that came together and were brought to perfection. He
brought baroque music to the peak of its development. He left 48 Preludes and Fugues. This meant the
keyboard would adopt a new equal temperament which made enabled all keys to be played equally.
3. Baroque music then was slower and baroque music today is like

A Study On The Origin Of The Kikuyu
Location:
While the Kikuyu can be found throughout Kenya, the heaviest concentration being in Central
Province, known as the traditional Kikuyu homeland. They traditionally identify their land as bounded
by these mountains or ranges: Mt. Kenya (which they call Kirinyaga the shining mountain), Ol Donyo
Sapuk, the Ngong Hills and the Aberdare (Nyandarua) Range. Many Kikuyus also live in Uganda and
Tanzania, some having risen to national leadership.
History:
The Kikuyu traditionally believe that a man, Gikuyu, was the founder of the tribe. He had a wife
named Mumbi, who gave birth to nine (plus one) daughters. The daughters married and had their own
families, retaining a domineering role in Kikuyu society.
This has led to the current division of the Kikuyu into nine (plus one) family groupings. According to
legend, the men grew tired of their treatment by the women and rebelled. This legend seems to
represent a change in history from matriarchal to patriarchal organization, which also occurred with
other Bantu peoples.
Ancestors of the Kikuyu arrived in Kenya during the Bantu migrations of 1200 1600 AD. The Kikuyu
developed from several continuous waves of migration and remigration within the area. The Kikuyu
as such actually came to be by around 1800, and include some families from all the surrounding
peoples.
One genetic line contributing to the Kikuyu is the Thagicu, thought to be the earliest Bantu settlers in
the area, perhaps around 1200 AD. The Kamba also

Big Bad Wolf Quotes
I ll huff, and I ll puff, and I ll blow your house down! Yes, this is a quote from the Big Bad Wolf
himself. I m assuming you ve heard of Mr. Wolf, but if you haven t, well you re most likely living

definitely say a villain and I can discern why considering he s a raving beast who does anything to
satisfy his hunger, but I distinguish the situation a little bit different. In this essay I will explain to you
why the Big Bad Wolf is a hero through the morals behind three popular stories he characterizes in,

Negative Effects Of Social Media
Everyone knows that teens love going on social networking sites such as Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter,
or Instagram, but what some don t know is that these sites can actually cause harm to them. Social
media has been around since 1997, about 20 years. Social media is intended to help people stay caught
up with their friends, and family, and also with what s going on in the world today. Social media,
however, is causing negative effects on today s teens, such as, causing anxiety and depression,
lowering self esteem, and also affecting their brain development. Some people argue that social media
academically benefits teens. The article Are Social Networking sites good for our society explains
how teens can academically benefit from social media. The article says, After George Middle School
in Portland, OR introduced a social media program to engage students, grades went up by 50%,
chronic absenteeism went down by 33%, and 20% of students school wide voluntarily completed extra
credit assignments ( Are Social...). It is true that teens who use academic social networking can benefit
from social media, if they use academic social networking sites. Most teens do not academically
benefit from social media because they do not use it for academic purposes. Statista shows the top
social networking sites for teens. According to statista, the top three teen social networking sites are
snapchat, 79%, Facebook, 76%, and Instagram, 73%. Although social networking sites can benefit
teens academically, most teens do not use these sites. Academic social networking is not on any list of
popular social media sites, in fact it is not even in the top 20. Teens will not benefit academically from
social media sites such as snapchat, instagram, and facebook. So when teens don t actually use
academic social media sites, they do not benefit academically from social media. As a result, most
teens do not academically benefit from social media. Extensive use of social media in teens may lead
to anxiety and depression. Nick Zagorski from the American Psychiatric Association did a study on
the risks of using social media. The analysis showed that people who reported using the most
platforms had more than three times the risk of

Coraline Quotes
In the book Coraline Coraline goes through a plethora of stages starting from being a naïve child to
eventually evolving into a girl with a strong identity who is fully aware of who she is and proud of
who she has become. At the beginning of the book Coraline is your typical kid who is filled with
curiosity and an urge for exploration. This is best illustrated on page 26 when Coraline first ventures
into the alternate universe. Coraline went through the door; she wondered what the empty flat would
be like if that was where the corridor lead (Gaiman 26). Although Coraline is unaware of her
surroundings (due to the fact that she just moved there) this does not stop Coraline from being
adventurous and exploring the unknown. This act of Coraline going into the corridor while having no
idea where the corridor leads and without even thinking about the possible consequences of this action
shows Coraline s overall lack of maturity and her naive childlike ways. Before Coraline makes her
ultimate transition from naïve and fearless child to a brave, confident, and independent girl she further
displays her childlike ways by always having a strong desire to receive what she wants; and if she fails
to get what she wants she expresses her displeasure. This is clearly illustrated by two quotes in the
book. In the first quote Coraline is upset that her mother will not purchase a pair of gloves she likes.
Coraline saw some Day Glo green gloves she liked a lot. Her mother refused to buy

We Must Complete Co Ops
I will never cease to be amazed by how quickly I fall in love with ideas. I become completely
consumed with a thought. I will go to New Zealand and work there and hike everyday, living out of a
van with my best friend. I will attend Business school and love it and travel the world while doing so.
I will go to Fiji, live on a rural island for four months teaching a class of ten year olds how to do long
division. I have been lucky enough that all of the above things I have had to opportunity to do. Well. I
am still in the process of business school and I might not say that I loooove it. It is pretty great though,
you know, for university. And now my next thought. My next break through. I only found out about
this idea 24 hours ago and I have been completely consumed with it for that entire time.
In school we must complete co ops; a great chance to try out careers to get some experience under
your belt and they are paid. So it is exam time now which means procrastination is at an all time high.
Lately when I procrastinate I look up potential careers for myself. It helps to motivate me, seeing a
career that I would love to do that a business degree would be necessary for. It promotes the mindset
that maybe I am doing the right thing spending ten thousand dollars a year on stress and books. I have
a major travel bug and a huge passion for global volunteering so I always end up on their sites looking

Jack Ma Case
1. What did Jack Ma do that was so different from other company leaders? In what ways is he a

In my opinion, the different thing that Jack Ma have done difference from other company leader is
Jack Ma is a risk taken person. It is because Jack Ma is dared to challenge status quo that have
supported by many years of conventional wisdom about business and competition in the digital age.
Jack Ma also dared to decision to open on the New York Stock Exchange although he failed to reach a
deal with those in charge of the Hong Kong exchange. From here we can know that Jack Ma is a big
risk taken person that we cannot see from other company leader although other company leader also is
a risk taker but not alike Jack Ma. Besides that, Jack Ma also is a insist a person. Why I said that, this
is because from the case study, we know that no matter how people criticism Jack Ma, he also do what
he can do and done what he can done. For example, analysts and television personalities have heaped
scorn on Ma because he remarked that shareholders are his third concern, after the major owners and
his customers but Jack Ma still to found other way to expand his business. So this is what are the

I Like Older Cars Essay
I like older cars. Cars are one of the coolest things that were every made in my opinion. I think that
cars that are older than 1990 are better than the cars that are 1991 and newer because they are easier to
work on, they also look better, and sound better but the newer cars get better gas millage, and are
safer.
I have worked on my different new and old cars, but I think that the older cars are easier to work on.
They are easier to because they don t have all the technology that the newer cars have. For example
my dad s 1984 Chevy Truck doesn t have all the things that a 2018 truck has on it. For example, newer
car is electronica and my dad s truck has cables that make the carburetor work. There are also a lot
different things that make it easier to work on older cars over newer cars. For example, you don t have
a many wires getting in the way with the older cars where the new cars have a wire or more going to

The Importance Of Population Development In Australia
200 years after Australia s Indigenous forcibly had to share their land, the growth of population and
development that Australia has experienced is unprecedented. Currently Australia s population stands
at 24 Million and it is on a continuous rise, due to a combination of both, a high birth rate and a
significant number of immigrants per annum. As a multicultural nation, the immigration intake is a
major factor, and is said to have generated just over half (56%) of population growth, this is due to the
demand to settle permanently in Australia, work for an amount of time or study as student (Wilson,
2017). Furthermore, interest in population policy was once again visited in 2010, when the current
Prime Minister Kevin Rudd proclaimed that he supported a Big Australia , along with a released
prediction that by 2050 Australia s population would reach 36 Million (Brown, 2011, pp.1). However,
the opposition leader Tony Abbott, took this opportunity to gather support from the public, and argued
for a sustainable population policy, and calling Rudd out on a reckless commitment , which Julia
Gillard once Rudd was ousted, was also quick to favour, focusing her views on a sustainable approach
to population growth (Brown, 2011, pp.2). The population policy debate is widely discussed and a
driver for public concern, but the birth rate and the rate of net overseas migration is on a continuous
high and both factors are relatively hard to control or predict. A range of commentator s as

The article Audiences a study of subcultures, defines a subculture as an individual s social experience
and cultural activities, shaped by gender, ethnicity, age and class. The military is a subculture of its
own; its personnel come from the greater American culture with all its subcultures. The Military is

The Army, in turn, is a subculture of the greater military subculture, and each Army installation offers

Symbolism Associated With Grendel s Mother In Beowulf
One of these things, as far as anyone ever can discern, looks like a woman is a quote given to us by
the anonymous poet of Beowulf, of the introducing of Grendel s mother. During the time period of this
text Anglo Saxon society was heavily centered around the activities and feuds of the court, as well as
homosocial bonds among the knights who defended their tribes and king. There are points in the epic
poem where the author (goes out of his way) to explicitly emphasize what characteristics a good
woman possesses in this patriarchal society, and what a bad woman possesses. The anonymous author
of Beowulf uses his unique diction and symbolism associated with Grendel s mother, along with the
use of foil characters to demonize the Anglo Saxon view of women seeking power.

Although the author allows her to speak up to Beowulf regarding Hrothgar s previous statements, she
does so in a way that is formulaic, and proper. The poet goes out of his way to spend several lines
allowing the Queen to compliment the knight on all that he has done. She states the importance of her
son s being well taken care of with their father s fortune, once again defending and protecting the ego
of men. Grendel s mother is never recorded speaking, showing that due to her power hungry and
deviant character, she does not deserve a voice. On the contrary to the author blatantly expressing
Wealhtheow s reserved character while speaking to the crowd of men, he smooths over the action of
her moving, then to her place (61). This simple yet significant deed shows us that she was allowed to
speak out of her normal position as a reward for her character, but that she mustn t hesitate to return to

The Poem Sympathy By Paul Lawrence Dunbar
During the hard times as the Jim Crow laws were revealed there has been numerous discussion about
these cruel rules, and as the laws approve segregation, people have found that the Jim Crow laws have
more of an impact in their lives than just enforcement of segregation.
In the poem, Sympathy by Paul Lawrence Dunbar, and the response to the literature, Caged Bird by
Maya Angelou are structured around the symbol of a caged bird. As the caged bird is the symbol of
the African American race during that time, both have similar and different meanings in their
responses. In the two poems both show the caged bird of the black race. But a bird that stalks/down

Sympathy and Caged bird are both about the years from 1880 s to the 1960 s from which blacks were
treated unequally causing many to feel base, and obligated to reveal their feelings. As both poems
have their pros and cons, with amazingly powerful meanings of which they felt during the Jim Crow

meritoriously positive meaning as it teaches one to persevere and never give up on a challenge as you

Leica Brand Positioning Case Study

We ve been experiencing a period of a changed photographic business sector. There was a

Ancient Egyptian Religion and Worldview
1) Ancient Egyptian religion and worldview was simultaneously both extraordinarily simplistic and
extremely complicated.
The king s essential unique title, the Horus name, broadcasted that he was a part of the god Horus, a
sky god who was portrayed as a half man half falcon. Different aliases were added to this one,
remarkably Son of Re (the sun god) and Perfect God, both presented in the fourth administration (c.
2575 2465 bce), when the incredible pyramids were developed. The name Son of Re put the ruler in a
nearby, however, impoverished connection with the heading figure in the pantheon. This showed that
the ruler had the status of a minor divinity, for which he was consummated through promotion to his
office; it confined the degree of his godlikeness and divided him from full divinity.
In his halfway position between mankind and the divine beings, the king could accept the most
excessive praise, and in a few ways, was more unmistakable than any single god. In death he tried to
gain admittance to the afterlife, however couldn t get away from the human setting. Despite the fact
that illustrious funerary icons contrasted in sort from different tombs and were unfathomably larger,

Preventing The Health Care System
In fear of financial devastation, my aunt struggled with accruing medical debt because she could not
afford health insurance for her two young boys. Although a working single mother, she fell above the
federal poverty line for the state of Florida inhibiting health care access for her two sons. My aunt was
faced with the choice of paying her household bills and ensuring there was food on the table or
spending her money on health insurance. Unfortunately, hospital visits are inevitable with two active
boys. One cousin actually fractured his skull requiring an emergency room visit and CT scans, which
took two years for my aunt to fully pay for. These experiences, which many Americans will encounter,
cause the majority of the population to avoid the health care system unless confronted with dire
circumstances. Our health care system deters undeserved populations and uninsured individuals from
participating in routine check ups or visiting primary care physicians, contributing decreasing practice
of preventative care. As human beings, it is our civil duty to ensure the well being of the community
and not just that of the individual. By implementing health care as a basic right, we will expand
preventative care practice in the United States ultimately leading to improved health outcomes and
cost containment of health expenditures. Currently, our nation is experiencing a vast socioeconomic

How Does Depression Affect Emily Dickinson s Poetry
Throughout time we have seen many plenty of geniuses who suffered from mental conditions,
especially depression. Some examples include Beethoven, Edgar Allan Poe, and Van Gogh. Another is
Emily Dickinson, undoubtedly one of the most influential poets in American history. Her emotional
poetry with its unconventional style changed poetry forever. However, it seems such genius did not
come without a price. Biographical and physiatrist evidence, as well as subtleties in her poetry, show
that she was mentally unstable. It is generally thought that she suffered depression, severe anxiety,
agoraphobia, or some combination of the three at different times. Perhaps one of the most important
perspectives to examine Dickinson from is that of Thomas Wentworth Higginson. Higginson, a
prominent figure in literature at the time, received his first letter from Dickinson on April 16, 1862.
The letter contained four poems and a request for criticism. Higginson was intrigued by the raw,

Article One: Dainel Byman, in his article Why Drones Work: The Case for Washington s weapon of
Choice in an August 2013 article in the Brookings Institute, identifies the positive impact of US drone
strikes. Byman contends that US drone strikes are extremely efficient, at little financial cost to the
government, and protect the lives of American soldiers. For these reasons, Byman believes that US
drone strikes are necessary to the war on terror. Byman s first argument is that US drone strikes are
extremely efficient in their purpose: eliminating high value targets in foreign countries that pose a
threat to national security. He cities a study done by the New America Foundation, which found that

In many cases, sending in a seal team to capture a high value target would be much more expensive
than sending a drone. Additionally, the cost of transporting and detaining the target in a place such as
Guantanamo Bay is very high. Through the use of drones, the US government can cut military costs
without risking lives. Byman continues with this argument, stating that drones achieve their intended
goal without risking American lives. Because drones only require a remote control to pilot, they do not
put a member of the US Air Force at risk. This not only reduces the amount of military deaths in
foreign countries, but it allows drones to travel to places that are deemed too dangerous for actual US
pilots. Byman states that in Pakistan, Yemen, and Somalia, the government exerts little or no control
over remote areas, which means that it is highly dangerous to go after militants hiding out there.
Worse yet, in Pakistan and Yemen, the governments have at times cooperated with militants (Byman
2). The majority of the time, sending in an actual military force is simply too dangerous. Instead of
sending people, the US military can send robots. Byman s tone in this article can be described as
defensive. In his argument, Byman attempts to refute the arguments of many Americans that maintain
that drones should be eliminated. This is demonstrated in Byman s response to public criticism that
using drones creates more terrorists. He states, critics...

HOW SHAKESPEARE PRESENTS ROMEO’S FEELINGS IN

HOW SHAKESPEARE PRESENTS ROMEO S FEELINGS IN ACT 1 SCENE 1 AND ACT 2
SCENE 2
Love is an important theme in most of Shakespeare s play, including in Romeo and Juliet because love
is a stronger force than all the animosity and forces of fate in Romeo and Juliet. In Romeo and Juliet,
Shakespeare s play, Shakespeare explores Romeo s change in attitude to love between Rosaline and
Juliet. In Act 1 Scene 1 Shakespeare introduces us to Romeo s passionate desire towards Rosaline
through the use of oxymoron, monologues and vivid imagery. In contrast, in Act 2 Scene 2, when
Romeo is addressing Juliet, his language shifts through the use of light, religious and mythical
imagery to reflect his newly found romantic love to Juliet.
In Act 1 scene ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This notion is furthered through the use of binary opposition throughout Romeo s oxymoron O
brawling love, O loving hate . This monologue of strong contrasting images of love and hate in one
sentence suggests that Romeo finds the intensity of his emotion towards Rosaline destabilising and his
emotion is not calm and peaceful. Indeed, the deployment of oxymoron throughout Romeo s speech
such as heavy lightness or cold fire, sick health suggests that the character so overwhelmed by his
feelings that he loses the sight of his common sense and spins and turns into mad love towards
Rosaline.
In Act 2, Scene, 2 Romeo s attitude to love shifts from an infatuated love towards Rosaline to more
true and youthful love he feels for Juliet. When Romeo sets his eyes on Juliet for the first time, he uses
light imagery to express his feelings Arise, fair sun, and kill the envious moon . For Romeo, Juliet is
the sun who has brought brightness into his life like the sun that brought brightness to people s lives.
This beautifully romantic imagery highlights the purity of Romeo s feelings and underscores to the
reader the powerful force of love that Romeo is now entangled in.
Moreover, Shakespeare uses religious imagery to strengthen Romeo s feelings. He refers Juliet as a
bright angel , who is a winged messenger of heaven .This religious imagery highlights the perfection
of Romeo s love to Juliet

The Hero In Odysseus In Homer s The Odyssey
To most people, a hero is a person who is admired for their courage, noble qualities, outstanding
acheivements and sacrificing their life for others. Heroes in Greek mythology were often seen as a
people who were clever, talented, courageuos, noble, had great strenght, had great victories in battle,
connections to the gods and to other supernatural forces. Odysseus shows many signs of heroic traits
throughout his quest in The Odyssey. Odysseus is put into numerous life threatening situations but he
overcomes them. While Odysseus is overcoming the obstacles he is presented with, he demonstrates
that he has the characteristics of a hero. Odysseus shows no signs of being a villian throughout the
entire story as he tries to get back to Ithica, his home, and reunite with his wife, family and friends.
Odysseus shows how clever and talented he is many times throughout The Odyssey. Odysseus is very
cunning, but this does not make him a villian because he uses it to help his crew survive on their quest

Magnificent Seven Satire
Western and cowboy movies are two of the oldest types of movie genres ever made. People have long
had a fascination with the wild west and its lawlessness and often like to revisit it by watching these
kinds of movies. So many have been made that at times it might feel like nothing new can be added to
these stories and an attempt to do so is just revisiting old hat. The Magnificent Seven makes an
attempt at not only adding to the lineage of western movies but also retells a story of a movie
considered by some to be a classic. The Magnificent Seven might not live up to the original movie in
the minds of movie critics and typical western movie fans. To the nontypical western fan that did not

agree with the government with making the choice in saying that it s an American First Amendment

Personal Eflection With The Reflective Best Self
Introduction Do you want to know who you are? Don t ask. Act! Action will delineate and define you.
This quote was spoken by the second president of the united states and revered Patriot leader, Thomas
Jefferson. Jefferson is trying to express how a person s true character and personality is expressed
through their actions and how they live their lives, so if someone wants to truly know who they are
inside, the best indications comes from their actions and how they impacted others. One excellent way
to reflect upon one s inner self is with the Reflected Best Self Exercise™ (RBSE™) developed by the
University of Michigan. This exercise utilizes stories collected from people in one s life to help them
understand who they are and what they are like when they are at their very best. This exercise helps to
highlight a person s strength and to distill confidence into their character. It helps a person to explore
who they genuinely are and to be able to know their own personality a little bit better. This is
especially crucial in the business world where knowing oneself, your strengths and limitations, is
crucial in becoming an effective leader. With the help of this exercise, a person can become more
confident in their leadership style, more certain in their decisions, and better able to fall back on their
strengths when life become difficult. It is with these basic assumptions and goals that I will immerse
myself in this exercise with. I will search to gain valuable insight of who I truly am. I will define my
strength, my enabler, and my blockers. I will use all the data available to create a best self portrait and
to identify key trends in my personality and characteristics. My importantly, I will delve into the roots
of my behaviors and actions to learn who I am as a leader, as a worker, as a sibling, as a son, as a
friend, and as a person in general. With all this insight combined I will be able to effectively orient
myself towards the future and be the type of leader and man that I dream of being, with the help of my
strengths.

The Constitution For New Zealand Essay
What should be included or excluded in a written constitution for New Zealand?
Moore (2016) emphasises the statement time for a 40 page New Zealand constitution declared by
constitutional law expert and former prime minister, Sir Geoffrey Palmer, in his article on Stuff.co.nz.
Palmer stresses that the present constitution is dangerously incomplete, obscure, fragmentary and far
too flexible (Hagen, 2016).
While there is a huge debate whether New Zealand should have a written constitution or not, it is
evident to some that the nation can benefit from forming one. With a precise and complete written
constitution, subjects and aspects crucial to New Zealand can be protected efficiently, while
simultaneously relishing the importance of existing constitutional acts in governing New Zealand.
New Zealand s resolution to examine the significance of replacing its unwritten constitution with a
written one may lead to a better managerial of important constitutional acts by highlighting the
differences between both written and unwritten constitutions.
According to TheFreeDictionary.com, constitution means fundamental law, either written or
unwritten, that explains the nature of a government by clarifying the basic principles which a society
must comply with; by describing the organisation of the government and regulation, and limitations on
the functions of government bodies; and by specifying the extent and manner of the exercise of its
sovereign powers (Farlex, 2003).

Dilemmas In Montana 1948
In the novel Montana 1948, by Larry Watson, we witness this through the eyes of David a 12 year old
narrator, the sickness and death of his beloved caretaker Marie Little Soldier by the doing of his Uncle
Frank whom he has always looked up to. An important character central to the story is David s father
Wesley the sheriff of Bentrock who is brave, courageous, conflicted and, protective of his family. A
message Wesley helps us understand a thought provoking message that it is difficult to choose
between family and doing the right thing.
Wesley has always been a brave character in Montana 1948. He is the Sheriff of Bentrock County but
as well as that has always been protective of his family. Wesley is described as a man that has always

By having multiple roles in the community and being the Sheriff of Bentrock, it puts Wesley in an
even tougher position. Wesley is seen as a well respected member of the community, but during the
novel he becomes very conflicted with himself and has to face one of the biggest decisions of his life
when he has to chose between family or justice. He overcomes this conflict with himself by making
the right decision no matter what anyone else thinks or is trying to tell him. There is plenty of
description of Wesley at the beginning and through the novel. His conflict can be seen When he
challenges gail Are you telling me this because i m Frank s brother? Because i m your husband?
Because i m Marie employer? ... Or because i m the sheriff? . This shows us that he is not sure what to
believe anymore or what to do. Another time that we are shown Wesley s internal conflict is when he
locks Frank in the basement instead of taking him straight to the police. He knows that Wesley needs
consequences for his actions, but he is not sure how to do it, he just wants to do what s best for
everyone, but sometimes that isn t always possible. The technique of dialogue is used to show us the
conflict Wesley has with himself and the true battles that he has to be able to face justice. We are
shown all the barriers that he has to overcome and how this has shaped him into a person. Through the
aspect of Wesley s conflict, Watson has helped to understand the concept of how hard it actually is to
chose between family and the law, sometimes it is harder than we think to do the right

Fifth Amendment
Analysis of the Fifth Amendment Katrina Krolak, Katia Denis and Dan Mullen The University of

The Fifth Amendment was included in this final approval and ratification. History of the Fifth
Amendment As originally ratified it was unclear whether the Fifth Amendment applied only against
action taken by the federal government or if it also protected freedoms from state governmental abuse.
The Supreme Court answered this question in Barron v. City of Baltimore, 32 U.S. 243, 7 Pet. 243, 8
L.Ed. 672 (1833), when it ruled that the Fifth Amendment did not apply to the states. This judgment
settled the question until the Fourteenth Amendment was ratified in 1868. It guaranteed the citizens of
every state the right to EQUAL PROTECTION of the laws and the right to due process of law.
Following RATIFICATION of the Fourteenth Amendment, the Supreme Court began making
individual freedoms enumerated in the Bill of Rights applicable to the states via the doctrine of
incorporation. Under this doctrine the Court explained through a series of cases that no state may deny
any citizen a fundamental liberty without violating the Fourteenth Amendment s Equal Protection and
Due Process Clauses. The Court has ruled that these fundamental liberties include every liberty set
forth in the Bill of Rights, except the Second Amendment s right to bear arms, the Third Amendment s
right against quartering soldiers, the Seventh Amendment s

God Save the Green: Are the Royal Family a Luxury we can no Longer Afford? Cheers rise from the
jubilant crowd as the crowning moment we ve all been waiting for finally arrives. Thousands fill the
Mall, craning their necks as Queen Elizabeth II steps out onto her balcony, offering a smile to her
adoring subjects. Clad in her bedazzled hat, she surveys the scene: a vast sea of British flags, frantic in
their support of sixty years on the throne, waving in time to a raucous rendition of God Save the
Queen. It probably never entered anyone s heads that the funding was taken from their taxes as they

The Trust is designed to benefit countries in the Commonwealth, and deliver iconic projects ... that are
a fitting and enduring tribute to Her Majesty the Queen , according to their website. These include
investments in areas such as sport for youths, helping the disabled, and protecting our country s
heritage. Whether or not the money was raised seems to be an undisclosed matter, perhaps a stark
indication that the profit they originally anticipated wasn t reached. The fact that the Diamond Jubilee
is being celebrated worldwide perhaps shows what a prominent figure the Queen is the whole world
over. Maybe that has gone to her head, as it is no doubt her British loyalists paying for the commuting
and security for her. Why should we cough up so she can swan off to Timbuktu or the like? Perhaps
she s caught onto the fact that her position isn t quite what it used to be when the monarchy could
order a criminal to be beheaded as easily as calling their maid for a cup of tea. Perhaps she s upset
now that she has so few powers, besides handing out awards to heroes and celebrities. She even had a
role in the James Bond sketch for the Olympics to boost her appeal. It s sad to see what antics the old
dear has been reduced to just to gain public appreciation, but then again, maybe it s time she paid

The Pros And Cons Of Copyright Law
Part 1
1. What is copyright?
Answer:
Copyright is a manifestation of protection given to the authors or makers of original works of
authorship. Copyright law gifts authors and craftsmen the selective right to make and offer duplicates
of their works, the privilege to create subsidiary works, and the privilege to perform or presentation
their works freely. The copyright in a work of authorship quickly turns into the property of the author
who created it right now it is put into altered structure. Nobody yet the author can claim copyright to
the work, unless the author awards rights to others in a composed understanding, for example, to the
author s distributer or record organization. Generally, we can tell who the author of a work is the
individual who created it. Anyway some of the time, it is not exactly that simple.
2. Copyright is automatic when ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This does not encroach the copyright owner s selective distribution rights. This was accordingly
systematized in Copyright Act of 1976. In the connection of licenses, this law says that a buyer of a
licensed article has the right to use, repair, and exchange the article with no obstruction from the
patentee. The patentee may at present hold control of the article through terms in the permit or sale
contract.
8. What is attribution as it pertains to copyright?
Answer:
The act of attributing particularly the act of securing a specific individual; as the inventor of a works is
lies under the cases of copyright. As sometimes people think that they can use the copyrighted work
by just putting a reference of the author/owner of the work. But it is not sufficient; individuals who
want to use any type of copyrighted work; they have to get permission from the author/owner.
9. What is public domain as it pertains to copyright?

Reflection And Educational Differences In The Educational...
When we started this eight week course about differentiation I already had a lot of background
information on this subject. I did learn a few things about how to help my colleagues jump on the
bandwagon of differentiation. By helping my fellow teachers change their mindset towards planning
with differentiation in mind I am making a positive difference in my students educational experience.
When differentiation is used properly students are taught lessons in ways that are both meaningful and
specific to the students educational needs. Differentiation is a great tool that teachers can use to help
decrease the educational gap between students skills and the grade level standards that they should be
meeting. For this class we had to create a lesson with differentiation in mind. For me this assignment
was easy because I already plan my lessons with differentiation in mind. What came naturally with
differentiation was differentiating for content, process, and product. Each station that I planned had
some sort of differentiation to help students understand the concept that was being taught. Including
these extra strategies was easy and did not add any extra time for me to plan. What I found to be more
challenging was differentiating with readiness in mind. With 50 plus students in my gymnasium I have
a wide range of skill levels. This means that I have to use my pre assessment data in order to figure
who might need more help and who can be pushed a little further to extend

What Role Does Risk Management Play Within The Homeland...
What role does risk management play within the homeland security enterprise? To answer that
question we first have to examine what risk management is. Risk management is an anaclitic approach
to figuring out the likelihood that an event will impact a specific assets, person, or function and then
implementing steps to mitigate the impact or consequence of the event. (Decker, 2001) The Standard
risk management formula that the Department of Homeland Security uses is R=T*V*C or Risk =
Threat * Vulnerability * Consequence. To understand this formula and how it is used we first have to
beak down each part. Risk is defined by Homeland Security as potential for an unwanted outcome
resulting from an incident, event, or occurrence, as determined by its likelihood and the associated
consequences. They define threat as natural or man made occurrence, individual, entity, or action that
has or indicates the potential to harm life, information, operations, the environment, and/or property.
Vulnerability is defined as qualitative or quantitative expression of the level to which an entity, asset,
system, network, or geographic area is susceptible to harm when it experiences a hazard. And lastly
they define consequence simply as effect of an event, incident, or occurrence. (Homeland Security,
2010)
Before The Department of Homeland Security can implement this formula, they first have to go
through a series of assessments. These are threat assessments, vulnerability assessments,

Chronic Liver Disease Research Paper
The multidimensional function of the liver makes it prone to various diseases. These diseases interfere
with liver function and leads to its derangement. However, the liver has a great reserve capacity to
regenerate and it only produces symptoms after extensive damage. The liver diseases are categorized
into chronic and acute disease. Acute disease occur rapidly and exist for a short period while chronic
liver disease involves a process of progressive destruction and regeneration of liver parenchyma
leading to fibrosis and cirrhosis (Crawford 2007). The burden of chronic liver disease is on the
increase in both developed as well as developed countries. There are various forms of liver disease.

Patients with fatty liver are asymptomatic so that they rarely present with liver related problems. Fatty
liver is reversible with abstention but it is a risk factor for progression to alcoholic hepatitis and
cirrhosis in patients who continue drinking (Beckingham , 2001).
Hepatitis is another common condition of inflammation of the liver. The most usual cause of this is
viral, and the most common of these infections are hepatitis A B C D and E. Some of these infections
are sexually transmitted. Infection with hepatitis B virus or hepatitis C virus is the main cause of liver
cancer (Wong et al., 2006; Luis et al. 2009).
Liver cancer is another common form of liver disease. It manifests as hepatocellular carcinoma or
cholangiocarcinoma. Most of the liver malignancies are secondary lesions that have metastasized from
primary cancers in the gastrointestinal tract and other organs, such as the kidney, lungs, breast or
prostate. Other diseases of the liver include fascioliasis, cirrhosis, Budd Chiari syndrome, hereditary
associated liver diseases and sclerosing

  • 2. Constantine the Ruler of the Roman Empire Constantine the ruler of the Roman Empire had been surrounded by many controversies during his reign (Cameron, 14). He was the son of a great warrior and he defeated Manutius a great ruler at Milia Bridge. He had gained much respect and admiration among the Romans as a fair ruler. He emerged as a ruler who supported Christianity and then became popular as a Christian ruler himself. His reign and victory over the Roman Empire is a significant event in the history of Christian religion. With the Edict of Milan in 313 Christianity was recognized as a religion, and the followers were free to practice Christianity without fear. It has been argued that Constantine failed to treat different religions equally as paganism (Cameron, 57). Constantine also sponsored churches, promoted Christians to high government ranks, exempted taxes for the clergy. In the latter days of his rule Constantine had a stricter approach towards Christianity and professed that there is one God, the Christian God. He rewarded building temples into churches. He played a key role in framing important church policies namely The Council of Arles, A.D. 314 and The Council of Nicaea, A.D. 325. Constantine, however faced much challenges after he legalized Christianity. Christianity had been divided into different churches and their views. Constantine is also responsible for the creation of a universal church. Constantine presided over the First Ecumenical Council held at Nicaea to resolve the Arian Controversy. ... • 3. The Genocide Of Rwanda s Genocide The Genocide in Rwanda INTRODUCTION Genocides happen when ethnic divisions become apparent. Many times, these ethnic divisions were due to colonization from people of different race. These cases are especially true in Africa when Europeans colonized their territory, with clear racial divisions between them (Gavin). These genocides go on because of nations acting on ignorance and refusing to help out the nations in turmoil, allowing the genocides to continue, without wasting their own resources. These nations purposefully ignoring the slaughter of people cause the nations to also be guilty of the genocide underway ( The Heart ). The genocide occurred in Rwanda in Central Africa during 1994. The decades of Tutsi oppression of Hutus and the assassination of President Habyarimana in 1994 led to the genocide in Rwanda. CAUSES Socio/Cultural Cause The socio/cultural cause of the genocide in Rwanda came from the German and Belgian colonization, bringing along with them an idea of social science. Both colonial powers reinforced the Tutsi s political power, which further oppressed the Hutus. This reinforcement caused the Hutus to envy the Tutsi s aristocracy because they were privileged to all things, while the Hutus were privileged to nothing (Kapuscinski). This oppression led to many Hutu revolutions that the Hutus were successful in over the unprepared Tutsis. These victories of the Tutsis incidentally reversed the Rwandan apartheid system. The reversion of the system then gave ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

They traditionally identify their land as bounded by these mountains or ranges: Mt. Kenya (which they call Kirinyaga the shining mountain), Ol Donyo Sapuk, the Ngong Hills and the Aberdare (Nyandarua) Range. Many Kikuyus also live in Uganda and Tanzania, some having risen to national leadership. History: The Kikuyu traditionally believe that a man, Gikuyu, was the founder of the tribe. He had a wife named Mumbi, who gave birth to nine (plus one) daughters. The daughters married and had their own families, retaining a domineering role in Kikuyu society. This has led to the current division of the Kikuyu into nine (plus one) family groupings. According to legend, the men grew tired of their treatment by the women and rebelled. This legend seems to represent a change in history from matriarchal to patriarchal organization, which also occurred with other Bantu peoples. Ancestors of the Kikuyu arrived in Kenya during the Bantu migrations of 1200 1600 AD. The Kikuyu developed from several continuous waves of migration and remigration within the area. Coraline Quotes In the book Coraline Coraline goes through a plethora of stages starting from being a naïve child to eventually evolving into a girl with a strong identity who is fully aware of who she is and proud of who she has become. At the beginning of the book Coraline is your typical kid who is filled with curiosity and an urge for exploration. This is best illustrated on page 26 when Coraline first ventures into the alternate universe. Coraline went through the door; she wondered what the empty flat would be like if that was where the corridor lead (Gaiman 26). Although Coraline is unaware of her surroundings (due to the fact that she just moved there) this does not stop Coraline from being adventurous and exploring the unknown. This act of Coraline going into the corridor while having no idea where the corridor leads and without even thinking about the possible consequences of this action shows Coraline s overall lack of maturity and her naive childlike ways. Before Coraline makes her ultimate transition from naïve and fearless child to a brave, confident, and independent girl she further displays her childlike ways by always having a strong desire to receive what she wants; and if she fails to get what she wants she expresses her displeasure. This is clearly illustrated by two quotes in the book. In the first quote Coraline is upset that her mother will not purchase a pair of gloves she likes. The king s essential unique title, the Horus name, broadcasted that he was a part of the god Horus, a sky god who was portrayed as a half man half falcon. Different aliases were added to this one, remarkably Son of Re (the sun god) and Perfect God, both presented in the fourth administration (c. 2575 2465 bce), when the incredible pyramids were developed. The name Son of Re put the ruler in a nearby, however, impoverished connection with the heading figure in the pantheon. This showed that the ruler had the status of a minor divinity, for which he was consummated through promotion to his office; it confined the degree of his godlikeness and divided him from full divinity. In his halfway position between mankind and the divine beings, the king could accept the most excessive praise, and in a few ways, was more unmistakable than any single god. Although a working single mother, she fell above the federal poverty line for the state of Florida inhibiting health care access for her two sons. My aunt was faced with the choice of paying her household bills and ensuring there was food on the table or spending her money on health insurance. Unfortunately, hospital visits are inevitable with two active boys. One cousin actually fractured his skull requiring an emergency room visit and CT scans, which took two years for my aunt to fully pay for. These experiences, which many Americans will encounter, cause the majority of the population to avoid the health care system unless confronted with dire circumstances. Our health care system deters undeserved populations and uninsured individuals from participating in routine check ups or visiting primary care physicians, contributing decreasing practice of preventative care. As human beings, it is our civil duty to ensure the well being of the community and not just that of the individual. • 31. How Does Depression Affect Emily Dickinson s Poetry Throughout time we have seen many plenty of geniuses who suffered from mental conditions, especially depression. Some examples include Beethoven, Edgar Allan Poe, and Van Gogh. Another is Emily Dickinson, undoubtedly one of the most influential poets in American history. Her emotional poetry with its unconventional style changed poetry forever. However, it seems such genius did not come without a price. Biographical and physiatrist evidence, as well as subtleties in her poetry, show that she was mentally unstable. It is generally thought that she suffered depression, severe anxiety, agoraphobia, or some combination of the three at different times. Perhaps one of the most important perspectives to examine Dickinson from is that of Thomas Wentworth Higginson. Article One: Dainel Byman, in his article Why Drones Work: The Case for Washington s weapon of Choice in an August 2013 article in the Brookings Institute, identifies the positive impact of US drone strikes. Byman contends that US drone strikes are extremely efficient, at little financial cost to the government, and protect the lives of American soldiers. For these reasons, Byman believes that US drone strikes are necessary to the war on terror. Byman s first argument is that US drone strikes are extremely efficient in their purpose: eliminating high value targets in foreign countries that pose a threat to national security. In many cases, sending in a seal team to capture a high value target would be much more expensive than sending a drone. Additionally, the cost of transporting and detaining the target in a place such as Guantanamo Bay is very high. Through the use of drones, the US government can cut military costs without risking lives. Byman continues with this argument, stating that drones achieve their intended goal without risking American lives. Because drones only require a remote control to pilot, they do not put a member of the US Air Force at risk. This not only reduces the amount of military deaths in foreign countries, but it allows drones to travel to places that are deemed too dangerous for actual US pilots. Byman states that in Pakistan, Yemen, and Somalia, the government exerts little or no control over remote areas, which means that it is highly dangerous to go after militants hiding out there. Worse yet, in Pakistan and Yemen, the governments have at times cooperated with militants (Byman 2). The majority of the time, sending in an actual military force is simply too dangerous. Instead of sending people, the US military can send robots. Byman s tone in this article can be described as defensive. HOW SHAKESPEARE PRESENTS ROMEO S FEELINGS IN ACT 1 SCENE 1 AND ACT 2 SCENE 2 Love is an important theme in most of Shakespeare s play, including in Romeo and Juliet because love is a stronger force than all the animosity and forces of fate in Romeo and Juliet. In Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare s play, Shakespeare explores Romeo s change in attitude to love between Rosaline and Juliet. In Act 1 Scene 1 Shakespeare introduces us to Romeo s passionate desire towards Rosaline through the use of oxymoron, monologues and vivid imagery. In contrast, in Act 2 Scene 2, when Romeo is addressing Juliet, his language shifts through the use of light, religious and mythical imagery to reflect his newly found romantic love to Juliet. This monologue of strong contrasting images of love and hate in one sentence suggests that Romeo finds the intensity of his emotion towards Rosaline destabilising and his emotion is not calm and peaceful. Indeed, the deployment of oxymoron throughout Romeo s speech such as heavy lightness or cold fire, sick health suggests that the character so overwhelmed by his feelings that he loses the sight of his common sense and spins and turns into mad love towards Rosaline. In Act 2, Scene, 2 Romeo s attitude to love shifts from an infatuated love towards Rosaline to more true and youthful love he feels for Juliet. Moore (2016) emphasises the statement time for a 40 page New Zealand constitution declared by constitutional law expert and former prime minister, Sir Geoffrey Palmer, in his article on Stuff.co.nz. Palmer stresses that the present constitution is dangerously incomplete, obscure, fragmentary and far too flexible (Hagen, 2016). While there is a huge debate whether New Zealand should have a written constitution or not, it is evident to some that the nation can benefit from forming one. With a precise and complete written constitution, subjects and aspects crucial to New Zealand can be protected efficiently, while simultaneously relishing the importance of existing constitutional acts in governing New Zealand. • 46. The Pros And Cons Of Copyright Law Part 1 1. What is copyright? Answer: Copyright is a manifestation of protection given to the authors or makers of original works of authorship. Copyright law gifts authors and craftsmen the selective right to make and offer duplicates of their works, the privilege to create subsidiary works, and the privilege to perform or presentation their works freely. The copyright in a work of authorship quickly turns into the property of the author who created it right now it is put into altered structure. Nobody yet the author can claim copyright to the work, unless the author awards rights to others in a composed understanding, for example, to the author s distributer or record organization. Generally, we can tell who the author of a work is the individual who created it. Anyway some of the time, it is not exactly that simple. 2. Copyright is automatic when ... • 47. Reflection And Educational Differences In The Educational... When we started this eight week course about differentiation I already had a lot of background information on this subject. I did learn a few things about how to help my colleagues jump on the bandwagon of differentiation. By helping my fellow teachers change their mindset towards planning with differentiation in mind I am making a positive difference in my students educational experience. When differentiation is used properly students are taught lessons in ways that are both meaningful and specific to the students educational needs. Differentiation is a great tool that teachers can use to help decrease the educational gap between students skills and the grade level standards that they should be meeting. For this class we had to create a lesson with differentiation in mind. For me this assignment was easy because I already plan my lessons with differentiation in mind. What came naturally with differentiation was differentiating for content, process, and product. Each station that I planned had some sort of differentiation to help students understand the concept that was being taught. Including these extra strategies was easy and did not add any extra time for me to plan. What I found to be more challenging was differentiating with readiness in mind. With 50 plus students in my gymnasium I have a wide range of skill levels. This means that I have to use my pre assessment data in order to figure who might need more help and who can be pushed a little further to extend ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 48. What Role Does Risk Management Play Within The Homeland... What role does risk management play within the homeland security enterprise? To answer that question we first have to examine what risk management is. Risk management is an anaclitic approach to figuring out the likelihood that an event will impact a specific assets, person, or function and then implementing steps to mitigate the impact or consequence of the event. (Decker, 2001) The Standard risk management formula that the Department of Homeland Security uses is R=T*V*C or Risk = Threat * Vulnerability * Consequence. To understand this formula and how it is used we first have to beak down each part. Risk is defined by Homeland Security as potential for an unwanted outcome resulting from an incident, event, or occurrence, as determined by its likelihood and the associated consequences. They define threat as natural or man made occurrence, individual, entity, or action that has or indicates the potential to harm life, information, operations, the environment, and/or property. Vulnerability is defined as qualitative or quantitative expression of the level to which an entity, asset, system, network, or geographic area is susceptible to harm when it experiences a hazard. And lastly they define consequence simply as effect of an event, incident, or occurrence. (Homeland Security, 2010) Before The Department of Homeland Security can implement this formula, they first have to go through a series of assessments. These are threat assessments, vulnerability assessments, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 49. Chronic Liver Disease Research Paper The multidimensional function of the liver makes it prone to various diseases. These diseases interfere with liver function and leads to its derangement. However, the liver has a great reserve capacity to regenerate and it only produces symptoms after extensive damage. The liver diseases are categorized into chronic and acute disease. Acute disease occur rapidly and exist for a short period while chronic liver disease involves a process of progressive destruction and regeneration of liver parenchyma leading to fibrosis and cirrhosis (Crawford 2007). The burden of chronic liver disease is on the increase in both developed as well as developed countries. There are various forms of liver disease. The non alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is one of the most common forms of chronic liver ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Patients with fatty liver are asymptomatic so that they rarely present with liver related problems. Fatty liver is reversible with abstention but it is a risk factor for progression to alcoholic hepatitis and cirrhosis in patients who continue drinking (Beckingham , 2001). Hepatitis is another common condition of inflammation of the liver. The most usual cause of this is viral, and the most common of these infections are hepatitis A B C D and E. Some of these infections are sexually transmitted. Infection with hepatitis B virus or hepatitis C virus is the main cause of liver cancer (Wong et al., 2006; Luis et al. 2009). Liver cancer is another common form of liver disease. It manifests as hepatocellular carcinoma or cholangiocarcinoma. Most of the liver malignancies are secondary lesions that have metastasized from primary cancers in the gastrointestinal tract and other organs, such as the kidney, lungs, breast or prostate. Other diseases of the liver include fascioliasis, cirrhosis, Budd Chiari syndrome, hereditary associated liver diseases and sclerosing ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
