9. Hey DeAnn,
Thank you for all of your help. I attended
your class back in October and I was
offered the best IT job a person can get
with no experience within IT. I am
starting at a salary of $52,000 and there
is a great promotion path there as well.
When I interviewed, I kept much of your
teachings in mind. I basically beat out a
field of 46 people for one position! So I
am very excited to say the least.
I know you said that you like physical
cards, but hopefully this still means
something. Thanks for all of your help
and I hope you have a wonderful holiday
season with your family!

DeAnn, I wish to convey my thanks and appreciation for your efforts on behalf
of the Ramada Janesville. All 3 positions have been filled. Two of them were
candidates who utilized the web site or made contact with you directly at the
Job Center. The other was an internal referral.
Because of the great experience you provided, we anticipate utilizing the Job
Center in the future. Thank you very much for you efforts in posting the
positions and organizing the referrals.

Subject: Feedback on employee DeAnn Paulson-Warn
Good day, David – I wanted to send a quick note about your team member DeAnn Paulson-Warn. I had the need to speak to the Job Center
early this week, and I had the pleasure to have DeAnn answer my call. I can’t remember the last time I had such a helpful, pleasant, and “can-
do” person help me with my issues. I know it is a stereotypical view, but I expected poor customer service when I called in. How wrong I was!
So I wanted to express my appreciation for DeAnn’s attitude, pleasant demeanor, and her “can do” spirit. I can honestly say I was looking
forward to calling her again! Alas, my matter has been corrected, so there was no need.
In an era when we only hear negative customer service stories, or worse don’t even hear about them, I wanted to make sure I recognized
DeAnn’s approach to my issue, and that she should get an extra “atta-girl” from her supervisor. So please do let her know of my appreciation
of her customer service skills, and that I, for one, am glad she answered my call.
With best regards, Chris Anich Brooklyn, WI

I have been spending some time with De in the RR and want to
commend her on the high number of "thank you for your help",
"you are always so nice", and other positive comments customers
paid her in just the few short hours observed. It's good to see her
back in the center of our operations doing what she loves most,
helping others. Thank you De, Sue

Good morning ladies – I received a very nice email from Gary Thomm, whom you both assisted
yesterday telephonically. He was very grateful for the assistance and information you both
provided to him.
While we know you both do great work every day, it's always nice to hear it from a customer that
is appreciative of the service they've received. Great work!
