The Kano Model For Customer Satisfaction
One of the most used models for customer satisfaction is the Kano model, which has a high
performance and sufficiency in most businesses. Japanese Noriaki Kano a well known global
quality theorist believes that there is a strong relationship between quality and customer
satisfaction. From Kano s perspective, today quality enumerates an integral part of any business. It
is one of the key factors in global competition, and because of the growing global competition, the
ability to supply customerneeds is not only possible through current products, but also by producing
innovative products and approaches to meeting his expectations, and this will depend on the exact
perception of his various needs and desires. In this regard, he thinks that... Show more content on

This table shows whether the regression model can significantly (and appropriately) predict the
dependent variable changes. For a meaningful review, we look at the last column of the table
(sig). This statistically meaningful column shows the regression model that if the obtained
value is less than 0.05, then we conclude that the model used is a good predictor of the
satisfaction variable. The significance level in our research is less than 0.05, which indicates
that the regression model is meaningful. The SPSS software provides several tables for
analysis. In this discussion, we will focus on the most important of these tables. The first Model
Summary table is a summary of the model. This table shows the values of R and R Square. The
value of R equal to 0.795, indicating a simple correlation between the two variables, that is, the
intensity of the correlation between the two variables. As shown by the value of R (Pearson
correlation between two variables), between the two independent and dependent variables the
correlation is very strong. The value of R square indicates how much of the dependent variable can
be explained by an independent variable. In this research, the quality of electronic services can
explain 63.2% of customer satisfaction changes, which is actually a remarkable

Comparing Frankenstein And Pullman s Frankenstein
A gothic and horror play called by the name Frankenstein by Mary Shelly and adapted by Phillip
Pullman has astounded the audience with its amazing plot. A mad genius Frankenstein constructs a
terrifying monster who he thought would be an angel. To construct the monster he steals body parts
from the graveyard, stitches body parts together and uses electricity to bring it alive. He later
realizes that his creation was a disaster and he changes all his views just by the monster s
appearance, moments after the monster puts its legs on the earth, Frankensteinran in horror. I feel

Elizabeth informs him about this and tells him to return to his father. Frankenstein is baffled as

when his father s dying . We observe that Frankenstein is an unforgivable son as he chooses his
work. He feels guilty for choosing his work, but that still doesn t mean that he isn t

Communication Of Vehicles And Vehicle To Infrastructure...
INTRODUCTION:
The evolution of wireless technologies in modern days helps to utilize these kind of technology in
many applications like vehicle safety application, a wireless data communication between the
vehicles and also between the vehicles and other infrastructure.
The objectives of vehicle to vehicle and vehicle to infrastructure communications are to avoid the
vehicle crashes, to examine the technological issues that may affect this short range
communications, characterise the communication needs of particular vehicle security applications,
to monitor the vehicles that breaches the law etc. according to the reports in coming 30 years there
will be a 60 percent increase in traffic on the freeways people spending lot of time and cost for
gasoline and other things due to the traffic jams. vehicle to vehicle and vehicle to other
infrastructure can help in avoiding this. my project focus on the communication of vehicles with
each other and with traffic lights and other infrastructure understanding the purpose of saving time
by reducing the travelling time and also to avoid the vehicle crash.
DESIGN and APPLICATIONS:
An inbuilt chip is provide to each vehicle that updates itself every second. the chip contain a storage
component that can store the information received within certain time, sensor, GPS and computing

The Into The Woods Movie Trailer
The Into the Woods movie trailer is a modern twist on the favorite fairy tales Cinderella, Little
Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Rapunzel. These plots, which derive from several
classic Brothers Grimm fairy tales, are linked together by an original tale involving a baker and
his infertile wife and their journey to start a family. The trailer is a preview of the 2014 film that
is produced by Disney and is based off the musical by Stephen Sondheim. Nowadays, American
society commonly relates the definition of traditional fairy tales to the later revisions of the Grimm
Brother s tales and Walt Disney s numerous fairy taleretellings. Solheim is an American playwright,
and within Into the Woods he takes classic fairy tale establishments and displays them in a new
light. Although Disney is usually associated with the traditional fairy tales, their production of the
movie Into the Woods reveals an attempt to branch into more complex stories. All fairy tales are
stories of transformation. Traditionally, classic fairy tales highlight static characters who are only
altering their circumstances; on the contrary, today s postmodern fractured or distorted fairy tales
involve dynamic characters who experience multidimensional transformations. By analyzing the
character complexity that Into the Woods and similar modern tales explore, one can specifically
learn that these modern stories bring to light the trappings behind both the stock characters and the

existence until the death of their father, when he goes to collect his inheritance from his father s
lawyer he learns that Raymond was left all three million dollars of his father s money. Unsatisfied
with only receiving a car and rose bush from his father, Charlie takes Raymond with him to Los

defence and last resort, showing his inept linguistic and social skills.
An autistic savant is someone that suffers from autism but also has an incredible skill or
capability that the average person does not possess, or as Darold A. Treffert, MD of the
University of Wisconsin Medical School, describes it, ... is a rare, but extraordinary, condition in
which persons with serious mental disabilities, including autistic disorder, have some island of
genius which stands in marked, incongruous contrast to overall handicap. Although the majority of
savants are autistic, one in ten of people who have autism have savant syndrome, it is still possible
to not be autistic and have savant syndrome with less than 1% of the non autistic population being
a savant, although those people often have other mental problems e.g. mental retardation. Male
savants also outnumber female savants 6 to 1. Traditionally savants were known as idiot savants ,
which is a french term first introduced by Dr. J. Langdon Down in 1887 that means unlearned skill

Stop Drinking Soda Research Paper
Introduction
You want to lose 12 pounds per year? Or how about avoiding something that can cause lifelong
paralysis or death? There is one simple thing we can do to avoid these tragic outcomes and at the
same time, help America. What is this one simple thing, you may ask? The answer is, by stop
consuming soda.
Thesis Statement
Stop the consumption of soda makes good sense for us as an individual and as a society. In this
paper, after we examine its harmful ingredients, and the specific ways it can hurt your health, you
ll see why you should stop consuming soda. Then, we ll explore the healthier alternatives to soda
that we can drink every day.
Main point #1: Ingredients in Average Soda Drink
Firstly, to understand the real issue with soda ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
We ve noted the harmful ingredients and now let s take a closer look at the harm they can do to
our body. Firstly, the ingredients in both regular and diet sodas can cause many harmful effects
to your body. An average small bottle or can of soda contains over 200 calories, none of which
contains any real nutrients for your health. If you consume just one can of soda per day, you will
gain 12 pounds in only one year.
Following this fact, experts have noted that there is a link between soda consumption and obesity in
United States. For an example, according to a 2012 article in Prevalence of obesity and trends in
body mass index among US children and adolescents , it is found that two out of three adults
and one out of three children in America are overweight or obese. Rising consumption of soda
has been a major contributor to the obesity epidemic. Besides, according to an article by
American Heart Association (2017), sugar is a pure carbohydrate, and carbohydrates give the
body energy, but downing a can of soda of 250 calories isn t helpful. Unless you start doing
jumping jacks the second you finish the soda, and keep them up for an hour or so, those
carbohydrates will turn to fat. It is also proven that people in United States have been paying a lot
for their poor dietary habits. According to the CDC (2004), nationwide obesity related disease
expenditures for Medicare and Medicaid was a whopping $78.5

Sequence Matching And Pattern Matching
INTRODUCTION : Pattern matching is a programming language method which is considered as
important in functional programming. It is uses STRING MATCHING and PATTERN
RECOGNITION. The main job of pattern matching is to check and decompose data. The object
oriented programming languages do not have any particular method for this decomposition of data.
So the Object oriented programmers are in need for a solutions for this problem of decomposition
.For that problem as a solution a built in pattern matching construct is introduced which is
compatible with object oriented programmingis proposed. And the data is to be defined separately
for the operation on data to make matching useful. Pattern matching is presented in two ways,...

If the given input pattern matches , the pattern variables are bound to corresponding parts in the
input value and the relative branch is executed in the an environment that improves with the pattern
variable bindings. Pattern has sequence or tree structure forms and pattern matching uses back
tracing techniques. The object oriented way of analyzing and performing operations on data:
Object oriented design is a method and style for software system development that amounts to
encapsulating data and operations in abstractions. This method produces some abstractions that are
usually implemented in an object oriented programming language, which supports the object
oriented style through its syntax and semantics. It does so by providing an object model and by
offering built in methods for object construction, method calls, field access and deletion of objects.
Classifying abstractions and taking them apart into their subcomponents is not a built in construct
of object oriented programming languages.
Pattern matching will offer: Not only Readability and security, a high level method for pattern
matching provides optimization and static checks. The disadvantage of object oriented solutions
which are mentioned above is that the standard compilers can not check hand written case
distinctions are based on type tests and type casts cover all the cases, or all branches can actually be
entered. Pattern matching

Sensorineural Hearing Loss Essay
Hearing loss can be caused by many different causes, some of which can be successfully treated
with medicine or surgery, depending on the disease process. Sensorioneural hearing loss is when
hearing loss is due to problems of the inner ear, also known as nerve related hearing loss (ASHA,
2015). There are two types of sensorineural hearing loss: congenital and acquired sensorineural
hearing loss. Congenital sensorineural hearing loss happens during pregnancy. Some causes include
prematurity, maternal diabetes, lack of oxygen during birth, genetics, and diseases passed from the
mother to the child in the womb, such as rubella. Acquired sensorineural hearing loss occurs after
birth (Clason, 2015). Causes can include, aging, noise, disease and... Show more content on

The cochlea contains thousands of outer and inner hair cells that transduce the mechanical energy
of sound into electrical energy and then deliver that electrical energy to the auditory nerve. The
hair cells provide information about the frequency and intensity of the sound. The auditory nerve
then transmits sound information to the brain, where a variety of complex pathways help us
decipher what was actually heard (Jacob, n.d.). Therefore, much of hearing as we perceive it is
under the control of the brain rather than the ear. Most commonly, sensorineural hearing loss is
caused by hair cell damage in the cochlea, but it can also be caused by damage to the auditory
nerve. Like it was described above, sensorineural hearing loss can have a variety of causes (Jacob,
n.d.). A lot of different causes will lead to different symptoms.
These symptoms include trouble following group conversations, muffled conversation sounds, and
dizziness. Also, inability to hear well when there s a lot of background noise, difficulty hearing
high pitched sounds, balance problems, and tinnitus (Falck, 2017). Moreover, some symptoms are
not distinct enough. Some of the symptoms to watch for are listed below by Hearing Aid HealthCare

Subconjunctival Hemorrhage Disease
The human eye is what gives you sense of vision, without the eye you would not be able to see.
We use our eyes daily with every activity that we do whether it is going to the store, driving or as

hemorrhages are caused by coughing excruciatingly, strong sneezes, and vomiting. Sometimes you
can get the hemorrhage from rubbing your eye too much and getting an object lodged into your
eye. Conjunctivitis has symptoms which includes; redness, increase in tears, discharges that crusts
on the eyelashes over sleep (discharge is usually yellow or green), eyes become itchy, they could
have a burning sensation, your vision becomes blurry, and the eyes sensitivity to light increases.
Conjunctivitis is also known as pink eye. Pink eye is caused by viruses, bacterias like gonorrhea

Corneal ulcers symptoms are redness of the eye, excruciating pain, eyes become watery,
discharge coming from the eye, blurry vision, pain when looking directly at lights, eyelids

The Genocide Of The United Nations
Despite obvious warning signs, the early to mid 1990 s was filled with two of the most horrific
genocides in human history. Both genocides: the hutu and tutsi massacre in Rwanda, and the
Bosnian genocide were done under the nose of the United Nations. The first saw the Hutu s of
Rwanda kill around eight hundred thousand Tutsi people and sympathizers in 1994. Just a year
later, the second genocide of this decade occurred when Bosnian Serb forces attempted to gain
territory in what is now Bosnia Herzegovina and mounted an attack in Srebrenica. This attack on
Srebrenica saw nearly eight thousand Muslim Bosnians massacred and emptied into mass graves.
As previously mentioned, both massacres were done with the presence of United Nations
Peacekeeping Forces, yet in both instances they failed to be involved. The reasons for this failure
are quite clear in both instances, yet the interesting thing lies in the accountability assigned in both
cases.
Both massacres are considered failures by humanitarian standards, and in a general assembly in
1999, UN Secretary General Kofi Annan stated, If humanitarian intervention is, indeed, an
unacceptable assault on sovereignty, how should we respond to a Rwanda, to a Srebrenica to gross
and systematic violations of human rights that affect every precept of our common humanity? In
the years following said massacres, only one nation was held responsible for events that transpired.

Cain Was The Firstborn Of Adam And Eve Essay
Cain was the firstborn of Adam and Eve. In him were deposited all the desires of restoration of
the original state of the man and mainly of the state of intimate communion with God the all
powerful. Therefore, Cain shows himself to be a person who did not please God with his
offerings, because his motivation was different from the motivation of his brother Abel, as he
sought to present the best of his flock to the Lord as we can see at Genesis 4:3 5 And in process
of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord.
And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had
respect unto Abel and to his offering: But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And
Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell . It happened at the end of a time Cain brought
from the fruit of the earth an offering to the Lord; Abel, for his part, brought of the firstfruits of
his flock and the fat thereof. The Lord of Abel and his offering were pleased; While Cain and his
offering were not pleased. It is understood that Cain would have offered an offer thankfully and not
voluntarily as was the case of Abel. This form of offering of Cain displeased the Lord, who came to
pay attention to Abel s offering. Writing about the punishment God applied to Cain, which was
intended to lead him to repentance, shows how much his heart was blacked out by sin and rebellion
against the Creator. But nevertheless punishment

Family Farming as Opposed to the Industrial Side of...
The federal government should support the family farms of today rather than the industrial side of
agriculture.
In 1930 there was around seven million farms in the United States, now there is about two
million. Advocates for farming and agriculture are worried about losing farms and farmland
(source E). The total number of farms has fallen dramatically since the 1930s, but the number of
larger farms has grown. Today small farms make up 92 percent of all U.S. farms and the other
eight percent are large and very large family farms and nonfamily farms (source L). Even with
the loss of many farms and farmers, the number of acres of farmland remains constant. The size
of farms has increased, but not all farms are the same size (source E). The technology of today
has made it possible to farm more land with fewer producers (source A). There is 915 million
acres in farmland in the United States and the average farm size is 434 acres. In Kansas there are
around 65,500 farms with 707 acres in average. Eighty eight percent of the Kansas is under
agricultural production (source L). The official definition of a farm according to the United States
Department of Agriculture is any place from which $1000 or more of agricultural products were

The women sunbathing around the pool could care less about the men around them getting drunk

both McClure s and Cassell s were known as late century publications which incorporated
techniques of the new journalism like muckraking, as well as sensationalism and pulp in the stories

Kim is considered as Kipling s masterpiece. The scenery behind the story of Kim is The Great
Game, the political conflict between Russia and Britain in Central Asia. It is set probably in the
period 1893 98, after the Second Afghan war, which ended in 1881 but before the Third. The
novel is interesting for its description of representation of the people, culture, languages and
different religions of India. The book presents a vivid picture of India, its teeming population,
religions and superstitions, and the life of the bazaars and the roads .

A Report On The Australian Banking Industry
a.
The Australian banking industry resembles an oligopoly with a few players playing a key part.
This is evident from the share of top 5 banks in total housing loans standing at almost 73%, and it
has risen over time from 60%. This shows that loans are more concentrated with top 5 banks now.
The global financial crisis has led to a more concentrated market with lesser competition , lesser
number of banks with housing loans and a consequent increase in share of total housing loans with
the top 5 banks mentioned in the article.
Experts point out that, The pricing power of the four major banks reflects the strength of their
brands and their dominant market positions. The big banks charge more for loans and less for
deposits than smaller banks, hence their average interest margin is 2.2 per cent, compared with the
1.8 per cent margin of the regional banks.
More evidence comes from a PWC report that states that concentration levels have increased since
the onset of GFC . The rise in HHI is proof of rising oligopolistic tendencies in this sector after

How Did The New Deal Save The Usa Capitalism
The New Deal: Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
After the tragic Stock Market Crash of 1933, America had plunged into a deep depression. Over
9,000 banks nationwide were closing their doors. After the Stock Market Crash, President Herbert
Hoover was in office working ceaselessly to fix what was left of the economy. However, his effort
did not seem to be enough. In the election of 1933, Franklin D. Roosevelt won by a landslide.
Roosevelt stated, This nation asks for action and action now, and he did just that.(Barbour, 82) He
saved countless families from poverty that was spreading like wildfire across the U.S. Federal
Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is a portion of the New Deal formulated by Franklin D.
Roosevelt to help save America from poverty caused by bank failures. Roosevelt s New Deal
preserved the American democratic capitalist system. (Schlesinger 137) The Stock Market Crash
played a major role in bank failures. After the crash, people were indifferent about the stability of
banks, so they all began taking out their savings. Banks no longer had the currency to stay open.

My Mother In My Life
I can still remember her cooking food on a red hot range top; her hand sitting gently on her hip
as she stirred the boiling macaroni with a wooden spoon. Her long hair was curled behind her
ears on either side. It shone brightly from the sunlight coming in the open kitchen window; and
the cool summer breeze flowed over her like a butterfly. My mom always looked so beautiful
and happy, even when doing the dullest of tasks. Most of the things I can recollect from my
childhood are about my mom: moments I spent with her, places we went, and things we talked
about. Being an only child, my life revolved around her. She was my best friend and was always
there for me when I needed her; she still is. She is one of the few people who are incredibly
important in my life.My mom is the person I credit for inspiring me and raising me to be the
person I amtoday. She taught me how to love, be non judgmental, and be kind. I can remember a
few instances when someone had betrayed her, or was rude to her, and she just smiled and
brushed it off. She always told me that there s no reason to hold a grudge against someone. Being
upset over someone is not worth your time and energy. So, she would just continue on with her
life, being as grateful to be alive as ever. Another thing she taught me was responsibility, probably
the hard way. One afternoon after I returned home from school, I greeted her as I always had, and
scurried into the office room to try and complete a

Character Analysis Of Ziu Xiu, The Sent Down Girl
Xiu Xiu the sent Down Girl is from the book Tian Yu, which is written by Yan Geling and
directed by Joan Chen. The Chinese government is ordering kids to go around the country to
start working, Xiu Xiu, portrayed by Li Xiaolu, is one of the kids sent to do so. She doesn t
want to do this, but she decided if she were to, she would take up horse training, so she can be a
part of the Girls Iron Cavalry. She is sent to the mountains to train under Lao Jin (Lopsang), a
once famous horseman, now injured and lives a quiet life in the mountains. Throughout the
movie as the two are living together, they have their difficulties, but it seemed like they had a
good time. As time passes, Xiu Xiu is growing worry, because she hasn t received a word from
her home or the government. As for Lao Jin, he realizes that he has feeling for Xiu Xiu, but due
to his injury, he could do anything. Instead, he feels more like a family/ Father figure in her life.
This part of the movie, is like the main character looking for hope and staying cheerful, like a child
usually is.
At the middle of the movie Xiu Xiu has waited a long time to receive word about returning home
or anywhere. Until, one day a peddler (Gao Qiang) comes along, and informs her that the Girls
Iron Cavalry has disbanded. That informs the watcher that she has been up in the mountains with
Lao Jin for a long time. As they continue to talk, he tells her that she needs to make connections
with people to find a way back home, which later means having sex with numerous men. This part
of the movie, there are numerous sexual scenes and you can see that she is changing. For
example, Lao Jin being the father figure, must go through knowing that she is having sex with
multiple men and yet he does what he can do to help her and she acts very demanding/ rude to
him. This part is very hard to watch, because it tells you that the little girl from the beginning of the
movie is no more. Things start to pick up, when they are fixing up their tent and then showing her
throwing up, suggesting she might be pregnant. Again, you see Lao Jin rushing her to the hospital
and the movie suggest she had an abortion. This part of the movie is very sad, because she as the
viewer, you know she will

Past Influences that Marked Brazils Contemporary Society
This paper analyzes aspects of Brazil s colonial history that has influenced contemporary societies. It
also describes and critiques measures that have recently been implemented by the Brazilian
government in attempt to curb the further deterioration of society.
In Brazil s society, neoliberal and capitalist beliefs within the social structure have hindered
democratic politics. Diverse social groups are unable to come together and exert their political
power as a united front, instead, the neoliberal belief of market power replacing citizenship power
stratified the population based on capital. What all people of Brazil have in common is their
citizenship and under the constitution, each citizen is entitled to equal access in the political
realm. Brazil attempts to achieve this by requiring everyone to cast an opinion in the form of a
vote. Citizenship has provided common ground and an articulatory principle for an immense
diversity of social movements that have adopted the language of right as a way of expressing
their demands and because of this, citizenship is a crucial weapon not only in the struggle against
social and economic exclusion and disparity but also in the broadening of dominant conceptions of
politics. [1] This paper will argue that the economic and social inequalities faced by many inferior
populations in Brazil are an effect of the neoliberal concept of citizenship. By the neoliberal concept
of citizenship it is meant that citizenship began to be

blue tang fish named Dory that at fish seems like she is going to be a lot of help, then we learn
of her disability. In the end, Marlin overcomes his posttraumatic stress disorder and learns to
trust Nemo even with Nemo being physically disabled. Marlin s disability is used as an obstacle
he has to overcome to save his son. Nemo s disability is used to show that you should never over
step your boundaries and disobey your elders. Dory never really over comes her disability, but
her presence is much needed to show how to deal with someone with a disability. The theme
trust is expressed when Marlin has to overcome his fear of leaving his home to find Nemo and also
learning to give Nemo leeway in his decisions. Marlin s PTSD is treated as him being a strict father
to Nemo and never wanting to let go. Dory s disability is portrayed as an obstacle that Marlin has

Forensic accounting is defined as the action of identifying, recording, settling, extracting, sorting,

Renzulli s Three-Ring Conception Of Giftedness
1.)How does the main character (or main characters) exemplify someone with gifted abilities?
I chose the movie Hidden Figures . This exemplifies women mathematicians that work for NASA
with gifted abilities. After reading different articles in this class, gifted is defined as having
exceptional talent or natural ability. The article Renzulli s Three Ring Conception of Giftedness
states that Renzulli considers three factors important for the development of gifted behavior: Above
average ability, creativity, and task commitment. These women had all three abilities. Katherine
Johnson, a brilliant mathematician in this movie was able to be creative and calculate the launch
coordinates and trajectory needed to launch U.S. astronaut John Glenn into outer space. Dorothy
Vaughan creatively finds a way to teach herself how to program. Mary Jackson, another NASA

I think intelligence along with the creativity allowed these traits to be dismissed. The article

intelligence it has many different manifestations, conceptions, and interpretations. Because the

promotions were in jeopardy. 3.)What are the various perspectives of other characters in the movie
when relating to this character (these characters)?
The other characters in the movie thought these women were strange, worthless and didn t know
what they were doing. These women were always doubted and questioned about their work and
abilities.

Systematic Review Paper
Abstract
Traditionally, systematic reviews (SR) are descriptive secondary research, which may or may not
be accompanied by statistical methods (metaanalysis) of pooling the results of primary,
quantitative studies to answer a clinical question or test a hypothesis (Chalmers 1996). Similarly,
qualitative primary studies can be pooled and synthesised in order to develop new theories to aid
decision making, re shape policies, and influence professional practices. Over the past 20 years,
patient and public involvement (PPI) in research have become increasingly crucial, which has
fuelled the increasing popularity of qualitative research as better ways of incorporating public and
patient views into health, social and economic policies. There is however a confusing array of
methods available for conducting secondary qualitative research. In this paper epistemological
concepts guiding a number of methods are discussed. The consensus on enhancing transparency in
reporting the synthesis of qualitative research (ENTREQ) is also reviewed
Introduction
Synthesis of qualitative data has never been as popular as meta analysis. It is however
becoming an increasingly useful secondary research tool in a diverse area of problem solutions,
ranging from leadership and management problems (Walsh 2005; Galuska 2012), sociology
(Wilder 2014) to clinical research questions (Beck 2002; Kennedy et al. 2003 and Orri 2014).

I was born on a cool winter night in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Before my boxing career started, I

hung across my ceiling and think to myself, I need to be great. Considering my situation, boxingis
the only way out of this struggle On my 10th birthday, I woke up determined. I had chosen the
path of boxing and failure wasn t part of my agenda. I put on my fresh new Everlast gloves my
dad had bought me and marched towards the gym. My height wasn t much of an advantage,
there I got the name Little Floyd . I trained day and night, relentlessly and ferociously. I became a

Introduction Due to stiff competition, marketing has become an essential component in the
management of organizations. According to Turnbull and Paliwoda (2012) marketing revolves
around the manner in which organisations communicate with consumers in the market. There are
two main perspectives towards the understanding of what marketing is. From one perspective, it is
the manner in which organisations communicate with their consumers regarding the existing
products and also commication that is geared towards creating positive perceptions in the consumer
market. Thus the approach points out that marketing is a tool used for value creation. The other
perspective of marketing is more comprehensive as it encompases marketing as a tool and a process
in the organization. with regards to this perspective, Challagalla, Murtha, and Jaworski (2014)
define marketing as: the process of conception planning and execution, pricing, promotion and
distribution of goods, ideas and services. This means that marketing starts from the designing and
producing products and services, to when they are promoted and distributed to the consumers.

The Importance Of Language In The Chinese Language
Language is one of the many things covered in the book as the mothers in the book tend to have

cultural expectations of gender and class behavior only to have them violated so the audience

How Popular Fiction Reflects Debates About Gender and...
For the last few decades it is argued to what extent popular fiction reflects such things as social
changes in our society and topical debates. In this paper I will discuss to what extent popular
fiction reflects debates about gender and sexuality. Moreover, I will look at the difference between
postfeminism and third wave feminism, afterwards I will more closely look at Candace Bushnell s
book Sex and the City (1996) and relate the book s ideas about woman and woman s sexuality to
postfeminism and third wave feminismideas. I will also look at cyber feminism in relation to
another chick litHelen Fielding s book Bridget Jones s Diary (1996).
In my opinion, popular fiction reflects almost everything what happens in the contemporary ... Show

To my mind, Bushnell s book is and definitely were empowering for women. It encourages
women to be in charge of their own lives. It has been argued that for great number of women
Bushnell s heroines are a role model how to live their lives, how to treat themselves and also men.
Firstly, one of the ideas that is in Sex and the City and comes from third wave feminism is that
feminists can wear lip stick, high heals, and low cut necklines and feel like women, but not
sexual objects. Pinkfloor (2005: p.20) emphasises: It s possible to have a push up bra and a
brain at the same time. To my mind, it is an important point to make, because one can still be a
feminist and at the same time be comfortable with their sexuality. What is more, it is an
outstanding theme throughout the Bushnell s book also. Bushnell s heroines are confident
women in all spheres of their lives, and about their sexuality as much about work or relationships.
They can go to the sex club for new experiences (Sex and the City: p.10 16) or dance topless on
the bar (Sex and the City: p.88 95). At the same time they have successful and respectable careers a
columnist, English journalist, movie producer, cable executive, banker and there are mentioned
many more. The book also carries a strong message of female competition, which is characteristic of
postfeminism.

Maths Tutoring Math Research Paper
I write my personal philosophy from the perspective of a maths tutor, as I am yet to engage as a
maths teacher. Ideally, I would love to impart on my students the same love of mathematics as I
have. However, the world is rarely an ideal place.
My ethos in tutoring maths is to remove any fear the student may have in regard to mathematics
and then encourage the student to develop confidence in his or her own mathematical abilities. This
initial object without question is often extremely challenging. However, watching as a student
grows in confidence is one of the most rewarding aspects of being a maths tutor. Furthermore, the
development of mathematical confidence is catalyst for both better understanding and
achievements in the subject.
My focus with senior mathematics is giving the students strong foundations on which they can
build, in everyday life or further studies. Undoubtedly, relaxed and confident students are more
receptive to the, often challenging, content of senior mathematics. Students are strongly encouraged
to be curious and ask as many questions as they need to gain understanding. In addition, they need
to develop a good work ethics and positive approach to their studies. ... Show more content on

Sandra Day O Connor
Throughout history many U.S. Supreme Court Justices have served for numerous years on the
Supreme court making final decisions on diverse cases that have created long lasting impacts.
The current supreme court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and former justice Sandra Day O
Connor have not only made an impact but are proof that women are equal to men when it comes
to court room decisions. Throughout the essay I will explain the background of the justice, the
president who appointed them, and the accomplishments made on the Supreme Court. Sandra
Day O Connor was the first woman appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court. A Republican, she was
considered a moderate conservative and served for 24 years. Born on March 26, 1930, in El
Paso, Texas, Sandra Day O Connor spent part of her youth on her family s Arizona ranch. She
graduated from Stanford University in 1950 with a bachelor s degree in economics, O Connor
attended the university s law school and received her degree in 1952, graduating third in her
class. As opportunities for women lawyers were limited at the time she had to work without pay
at a county attorney in California San Mateo region. From 1954 57, O Connor moved overseas
and served as a civilian lawyer for the Quartermaster Masker Center in Frankfurt, Germany. She
returned home in 1958 and settled in Arizona. There she worked at a private practice before
returning to public service, acting as the state s assistant attorney general from 1965 69. In 1969, O

Physical Restraint And Nursing Home Facilities
This is a review of literature related to physical restraint use in nursing home care facilities. The
number of studies related to this topic is extremely limited and significantly outdated. More
research is needed to understand the effects and experience of physical restraint use in nursing
home facilities. Through conducting research on this topic, it is apparent that more research is
needed to fully understand physical restraint use. This literature review include: nursing and
psychiatric hospitals, underreporting use of restraints, nursing interventions, effective management
of residents, informed consent and federal regulations. Minnesota passed a law in 1999
(Minnesota Statute 144.651, subdivision 33) which established explicitly the right of residents or
residents decision makers to request physical restraints. It also specified that legitimate medical
reasons for using a physical restraint include: 1) a concern for the physical safety of the resident;
and 2) physical or psychological needs expressed by a resident. A resident s fear of falling may be
the basis of a medical symptom. Studies in the 1980 s indicated that restraints were more likely to
cause harm rather than prevent it. Restraints caused many detrimental effects that included
strangulation, bone loss or the patient becoming weak. Ultimately being restrained oftentimes
caused an individual to be embarrassed, angry or even humiliated. Many of the residents became
depressed, agitated or withdrawn;

Advantages And Disadvantages Of Binary Options Demo Account
correctrade.com What is a binary options demo account? August 3rd, 2016
Headline: What is a binary options demo account?
Binary options trading is fairly straightforward and even a newbie can learn it in a short time.
However, owing to general volatility of the financial markets, it s risky for an inexperienced trader
to make a substantial amount of deposit and start trading for real. For that reason, many platforms
have a binary options demo account in place in order to provide the traders a risk free environment
for trading. A demo account is indispensable for a new trader as it requires no upfront commitment.
Types of trading accounts

Thus, when they start trading for real, they are well prepared and quickly adapt to the constantly
changing environment of the financial markets.
Disadvantages of a demo account
Although a demo account is indispensable for the traders, it has a few disadvantages as well.
Taking unnecessary risks A demo account comes with a large amount of practice money, even up
to $100,000. Naturally, this tends to encourage a trader to take some unnecessary risks which he
would totally avoid if it was his actual investment. The risk taking behaviour develops into a habit
and can lead to the depletion of an entire trading account as soon as the trader begins trading for
real.
Unrealistic expectations Even if a trader executes a series of successful trades using a binary
options demo account, he might not be able to replicate the same level of success in a real
account. Markets and asset trends change constantly because various macroeconomic and political
factors are at play. Therefore, placing successful trades require careful and constant analysis of the
trends over extended periods of

Women s Roles Of Women In Duel In The Sun
Straying away from the stereotypical timid housewife, women in the West were given room to
create new identities. In the movie Duel in the Sun (1946), Pearl engages in a shootout in the desert
with a man. While in the movie The Outlaw (1943), Rio McDonald ambushes gunfighters in order
to avenge her brother s death. Although women often stood in the shadows of their more rugged
male counterparts, these movies and characters proved that women were just as rugged as men,
shocking the world with their ruthless behavior and unladylike behavior.
These Wild West women were pioneers in their own way because they challenged the traditional
roles of females, similar to how the present day feminist movement aims for gender equality within
a patriarchal society. Present day feminism champions for equal pay in the workplace since
according to the National Organization for Women women are paid on average only 77 percent of
what men are paid. While in the West women were seeking greater job opportunities, women now
are arguing for equal pay to reduce the discrepancies between the genders. Additionally, women are
fighting to heal the wounds of rape, acceptance of street harassment, and the generally undermining
of female intelligence, ability and strength. Similar to how women in the Wild West were breaking
stereotypes and the glass ceiling, present day feminism movement such as the 2017 Women s
March argues against patterns that undermine feminine equality and empowerment. The March

The Expectancy Theory
Using an example of your choice apply the expectation theory of motivation. You should consider
both its strengths and weaknesses as a theory. Arguments will be presented to show, how the
expectation theory of motivation can be used to measure the force of motivation for a student to
study, to achieve a high grade in his or her math s test. This example will be relevant as the
expectation theory can look at whether the reward will motivate/not motivate the student, whether
the value of the goal will motivate/not motivate the student, or if the thought high effort will
achieve a high grade will motivate/not motivate the student. В‘The first major expectancy theory

Although this is not so easy in the case of a lecturer and a student as there is no way to form a
policy to control the reward with a lecturer unfortunately. o Policies the degree to which reward
systems are formalized in written policies has an impact on the individuals Instrumentality
perceptions. Formalized policies linking rewards to performance tend to increase Instrumentality.
The valance refers the value the individual personally places on the rewards. This is a function of
his or her needs and goals. This will depend on how much the student would value a high grade.
Each of the above is given a value. For valence your score can be valued as В–1 (which says the
student doesn t care about his or her grade), 0 (which says the student is in two minds, he or she
would like a high grade but they don t mind too much if it isn t achieved), +1 (which says that
the student really wants to achieve a high grade). For Instrumentality you would give a value
between 0 (which says that there the extra studying and long hours would for instance ruin the
students social life) and +1 (which says that there is a high chance that a good performance will
achieve a high grade). For expectancy you would give a value between 0 (which says you won t

Gender Roles In Remember The Titans
Most people don t realize that the media play up the stereotypes and gender roles that are out
there. We don t realize that the movies and television shows we watch feed into the stereotypes
and gender roles that we believe in. Remember the Titans, directed by Boaz Yakin, tells the story
about a high school football coach, Herman Boone, attempting to integrate T.C. Williams High
School in Alexandria in 1971. Boone coming to T.C. Williams High School really upset many
parents and students. When the parents of the football players found out he was going to be
helping the head coach, Bill Yoast, many were fuming with anger. Why? Because he is African
American. Parents did not want their children playing African American children in sports or
sitting next to them in classrooms. This movie is based on a true story and the film challenges
everything we claim we know about discrimination and racism in school. Boone and his family
face horrible experiences when moving to Alexandria. When moving to the neighborhood,
many neighbors were so upset but many were also happy that he didn t back down. He was
offered the head coach position but turned it down because he felt it would be incredibly
disrespectful to Coach Yoast. Boone Yoast agreed to make the relationship work. The African
American students meet with Coach Boone in the gym, the meeting turns into a disaster when
Coach Yoast and the white students arrive and disturb the meeting. Gerry Bertier was one of the
students among the crowd of white students to interrupt. I m Gerry Bertier. I m the only All
America you got on this team. If you want us to play for you, you reserve over half the positions
...we don t need any of your people on defense we re already set. said by Gary Bertier to Coach
Boone. Boone makes it clear that all players will be on the team regardless of the color of their
skin. Many stereotypes come into play at this point in the movie. The coaches gather up all the
players so they can go to training camp at Gettysburg College, while gathering the students on a
bus, Boone makes the players sit next to each other. Neither one of the ethnic groups like this very
much. Once they get to the camp, they get paired to room together. One of the

The Blind Man Raymond Carver
Raymond Carver does an excellent job of formulating the overall theme of looking without seeing.
While it is very apparent to the reader that the main character can see physical objects just fine, one
can also see that he clearly has a limit to that sight when it comes to emotional connections. As we
follow the story, we can see the narrator transform and ultimately reach a breakthrough in the end.
By using point of view, character, and symbolism, Carver is able to highlight the theme of the story.
Upon reading the first sentence of this short story This blind man, an old friend of my wife s, he
was on his way to spend the night. (Seagull 61) we can concur that the narrator is speaking in first
person point of view, and is both an observer ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

more. It seems as if Robert recognizes the narrator s faulty perception when he asks him to
describe the cathedral. Getting him to draw with him allows the narrator to gain insight; something
I think Robert knew would happen when he asked him to close his eyes on page 76. It is through
these recognitions that we can see the narrator s ability to change from an egotistical misogynist
who can only perceive physical sight and value into a man who recognizes things for what they truly

The Advantages And Disadvantages Of Beggars In Pakistan
Beggars are everywhere in Pakistan. They are found in nearly every village, town and city. The
main hubs of their action are places of worship and bazaars. They can be seen on the sides of the
roads in front of the mosques and other places of hectic activity. They move from street to street,
from one area to another and beg for alms, food and money. They take whatsoever is given to
them. Sometime, individual comes across a deaf or dumb beggar lifting a sightless or lame beggar
on his back and beggingfor charities.
The number of beggars in Pakistan is growing rapidly. These beggars live on the incomes of
others. It is indeed a curse that even able bodied peoples of Pakistan resort to begging. They
indulge in numerous evils like drinking and gambling. There are diseased. They bring with them
infection and roam from place to place and thus are responsible to an immense amount for
spreading epidemics. Begging must be banned in Pakistan by law. However, deserving should be
facilitated and others should be given productive opportunities. Street begging is certainly a great
irritation. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

as to what forces a person to stretch out his hand to others and beg. Why would somebody need
to begin this day? Is it an action of desperation, as that person has no other ways of making a
living, or is it just a absence of self morale, Can we apportion the presence of begging on our
social attitudes, whereby beggars have become complacent and rely on hand outs. Does begging
exist because people are treating this as a profession, or does it exist because a particular State
government has ignored the poors. (Imran,

An Essay About My Birthday
I was born on the thirteenth of May, 2000 at 3:33 a.m. The same day, people were celebrating
their own birthdays. On May 13, 2000, many people had to mourn over the deaths of their loved
ones. When people are children, they never quite realize that anything other than their birth
happened on their birthday. Now that I am becoming a young woman, it is past time to find out
what else happened that day through my own research. I had to ask my parents what they
remembered about my birthday first. They are, of course, a reliable source of information as to
what happened within my own family during the week of my birth. They did forget a lot of
details other than my birth, so what they recounted was essentially that my mother just had to
stay in the hospital a while longer, since it was her first birth. I also decided that knowing the
origins of my name was important too. My first name is Carrie, after my great great
grandmother. It is American in origin, coming from Caroline, for which Carrie became a shorter
version or a pet name (Carrie). My last name is Brake, originating from Germany. Through
research on ancestry.com, I found that my ancestors likely lived near a clearing and were called
Brak, which (in Middle Low German) means clearing or coppice. (Brake) Historically, my
birthday is also significant. In 1939, Mussolini and Hitler were touring the border of France with
their forces in order to pressure France to willingly give up some land; Mussolini was

Disadvantages Of Eye Surgery
There are many individuals who suffer from eye conditions that force them to wear contact lenses
and glasses as means of correcting their vision. In such cases, the problem is usually with the
shape of the lens in the eye, and the used of an extra lens makes it much easier for people to focus.
However, there are other technologies that can be used for the same conditions. For instance, the
use of the latest eye surgery technology can help you achieve much better results as compared to
using the special lenses mentioned above. The only thing that deters many people from using laser
is the fact that most of them think that it is a very expensive procedure, and that it may involve a
lot of pain. However, the latest eye surgery technology is not associated with such things,
nowadays this procedure has become more popular making it affordable to patients at lower prices.

Sentiment Analysis In A Movie Review
Abstract While sentiment analysis provides fantastic insights and has a wide range of real world
applications, the overall sentiment of a piece of text won t always pinpoint the root cause of an
author s opinion. Certain types of documents, such as movie reviews, may contain fine grained
sentiment about different aspects about the service that are mentioned in text. A review about a
movie may contain opinionated sentences about its story, cast and direction. This information can
help users understand the positive and negative parts of a movie. Aspect based sentiment analysis
makes it easier to identify and determine the sentiment towards specific aspects in text. To identify
different aspects of a movie, the application needs to determine the context of a particular sentence
or group of sentences in the movie review. These contextual groupings can then be mapped to
various aspects of a movie, hence enabling us to score aspects based on their sentiment.

Ojibwe Creation Myths
A Whole New World
Part A: Eternal inflation is an alternative theory of creation that is a modification of the Big Bang
Theory. The earliest universe was expanding matter, and particles that were next to each other
would routinely be sent whizzing away to the farthest reaches of their cosmological horizons. It is
no longer like that, however, as the inflation stopped. The theory of eternal inflation is that the
expansion did not stop all at once. Rather, little bubbles of space randomly stopped inflating, or fell
onto trajectories that led to the end of their inflation. And, since the expansion is rapid, the inflating
space creates more space than the bubbles that stop inflating lose so inflation never ends. The result
is an ever expanding multiverse, which means not only is Earth not the center of the universe but
our universe isn t the center of the universe.

birth and have flaws, flaws which lead to eventual conflict. The Ojibwa, however, depict a being
of unfathomable power and wisdom whose vision should be altered by no one. The real difference,
however, is most prominent today. The first two beings of MДЃroi culture, Rangi and Papa, are not
worshipped with the intensity that the Ojibwa allow Kitchi Manitou. The MДЃroi believe there
were flaws and the offspring are the true creators of existence, while the Ojibwa believe everybody

For a meaningful review, we look at the last column of the table (sig). This statistically meaningful column shows the regression model that if the obtained value is less than 0.05, then we conclude that the model used is a good predictor of the satisfaction variable. The significance level in our research is less than 0.05, which indicates that the regression model is meaningful. The SPSS software provides several tables for analysis. In this discussion, we will focus on the most important of these tables. The first Model Summary table is a summary of the model. This table shows the values of R and R Square. The value of R equal to 0.795, indicating a simple correlation between the two variables, that is, the intensity of the correlation between the two variables. As shown by the value of R (Pearson correlation between two variables), between the two independent and dependent variables the correlation is very strong. The value of R square indicates how much of the dependent variable can be explained by an independent variable. These plots, which derive from several classic Brothers Grimm fairy tales, are linked together by an original tale involving a baker and his infertile wife and their journey to start a family. The trailer is a preview of the 2014 film that is produced by Disney and is based off the musical by Stephen Sondheim. An average small bottle or can of soda contains over 200 calories, none of which contains any real nutrients for your health. If you consume just one can of soda per day, you will gain 12 pounds in only one year. Following this fact, experts have noted that there is a link between soda consumption and obesity in United States. For an example, according to a 2012 article in Prevalence of obesity and trends in body mass index among US children and adolescents , it is found that two out of three adults and one out of three children in America are overweight or obese. • 8. Sequence Matching And Pattern Matching INTRODUCTION : Pattern matching is a programming language method which is considered as important in functional programming. It is uses STRING MATCHING and PATTERN RECOGNITION. The main job of pattern matching is to check and decompose data. The object oriented programming languages do not have any particular method for this decomposition of data. So the Object oriented programmers are in need for a solutions for this problem of decomposition .For that problem as a solution a built in pattern matching construct is introduced which is compatible with object oriented programmingis proposed. And the data is to be defined separately for the operation on data to make matching useful. Pattern matching is presented in two ways,... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... If the given input pattern matches , the pattern variables are bound to corresponding parts in the input value and the relative branch is executed in the an environment that improves with the pattern variable bindings. Pattern has sequence or tree structure forms and pattern matching uses back tracing techniques. The object oriented way of analyzing and performing operations on data: Object oriented design is a method and style for software system development that amounts to encapsulating data and operations in abstractions. This method produces some abstractions that are usually implemented in an object oriented programming language, which supports the object oriented style through its syntax and semantics. It does so by providing an object model and by offering built in methods for object construction, method calls, field access and deletion of objects. Classifying abstractions and taking them apart into their subcomponents is not a built in construct of object oriented programming languages. Pattern matching will offer: Not only Readability and security, a high level method for pattern matching provides optimization and static checks. The disadvantage of object oriented solutions which are mentioned above is that the standard compilers can not check hand written case distinctions are based on type tests and type casts cover all the cases, or all branches can actually be entered. The cochlea contains thousands of outer and inner hair cells that transduce the mechanical energy of sound into electrical energy and then deliver that electrical energy to the auditory nerve. The hair cells provide information about the frequency and intensity of the sound. The auditory nerve then transmits sound information to the brain, where a variety of complex pathways help us decipher what was actually heard (Jacob, n.d.). Therefore, much of hearing as we perceive it is under the control of the brain rather than the ear. Most commonly, sensorineural hearing loss is caused by hair cell damage in the cochlea, but it can also be caused by damage to the auditory nerve. Like it was described above, sensorineural hearing loss can have a variety of causes (Jacob, n.d.). A lot of different causes will lead to different symptoms. These symptoms include trouble following group conversations, muffled conversation sounds, and dizziness. Also, inability to hear well when there s a lot of background noise, difficulty hearing high pitched sounds, balance problems, and tinnitus (Falck, 2017). This took up most of his early reign and left the end with leaving the country in a religious mix up for years to come. As we know, his first wife was the humble and always loyal Catherine of Aragon. They met when they were adolescences, and married later on to create a powerful alliance, a surplus of wealth, and maybe even for love. However, that was not enough to keep Henry VIII faithful after many pregnancies that left them with only one child who survived. That child was Mary born in February 1516. Both genocides: the hutu and tutsi massacre in Rwanda, and the Bosnian genocide were done under the nose of the United Nations. The first saw the Hutu s of Rwanda kill around eight hundred thousand Tutsi people and sympathizers in 1994. Just a year later, the second genocide of this decade occurred when Bosnian Serb forces attempted to gain territory in what is now Bosnia Herzegovina and mounted an attack in Srebrenica. This attack on Srebrenica saw nearly eight thousand Muslim Bosnians massacred and emptied into mass graves. As previously mentioned, both massacres were done with the presence of United Nations Peacekeeping Forces, yet in both instances they failed to be involved. The reasons for this failure are quite clear in both instances, yet the interesting thing lies in the accountability assigned in both cases. Both massacres are considered failures by humanitarian standards, and in a general assembly in 1999, UN Secretary General Kofi Annan stated, If humanitarian intervention is, indeed, an unacceptable assault on sovereignty, how should we respond to a Rwanda, to a Srebrenica to gross and systematic violations of human rights that affect every precept of our common humanity? Therefore, Cain shows himself to be a person who did not please God with his offerings, because his motivation was different from the motivation of his brother Abel, as he sought to present the best of his flock to the Lord as we can see at Genesis 4:3 5 And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering: But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell . It happened at the end of a time Cain brought from the fruit of the earth an offering to the Lord; Abel, for his part, brought of the firstfruits of his flock and the fat thereof. This is evident from the share of top 5 banks in total housing loans standing at almost 73%, and it has risen over time from 60%. This shows that loans are more concentrated with top 5 banks now. The global financial crisis has led to a more concentrated market with lesser competition , lesser number of banks with housing loans and a consequent increase in share of total housing loans with the top 5 banks mentioned in the article. Experts point out that, The pricing power of the four major banks reflects the strength of their brands and their dominant market positions. The big banks charge more for loans and less for deposits than smaller banks, hence their average interest margin is 2.2 per cent, compared with the 1.8 per cent margin of the regional banks. This part of the movie, is like the main character looking for hope and staying cheerful, like a child usually is. At the middle of the movie Xiu Xiu has waited a long time to receive word about returning home or anywhere. Until, one day a peddler (Gao Qiang) comes along, and informs her that the Girls Iron Cavalry has disbanded. That informs the watcher that she has been up in the mountains with Lao Jin for a long time. It also describes and critiques measures that have recently been implemented by the Brazilian government in attempt to curb the further deterioration of society. In Brazil s society, neoliberal and capitalist beliefs within the social structure have hindered democratic politics. Diverse social groups are unable to come together and exert their political power as a united front, instead, the neoliberal belief of market power replacing citizenship power stratified the population based on capital. What all people of Brazil have in common is their citizenship and under the constitution, each citizen is entitled to equal access in the political realm. Brazil attempts to achieve this by requiring everyone to cast an opinion in the form of a vote. Citizenship has provided common ground and an articulatory principle for an immense diversity of social movements that have adopted the language of right as a way of expressing their demands and because of this, citizenship is a crucial weapon not only in the struggle against social and economic exclusion and disparity but also in the broadening of dominant conceptions of politics. Systematic Review Paper Abstract Traditionally, systematic reviews (SR) are descriptive secondary research, which may or may not be accompanied by statistical methods (metaanalysis) of pooling the results of primary, quantitative studies to answer a clinical question or test a hypothesis (Chalmers 1996). Similarly, qualitative primary studies can be pooled and synthesised in order to develop new theories to aid decision making, re shape policies, and influence professional practices. Over the past 20 years, patient and public involvement (PPI) in research have become increasingly crucial, which has fuelled the increasing popularity of qualitative research as better ways of incorporating public and patient views into health, social and economic policies. There is however a confusing array of methods available for conducting secondary qualitative research. In this paper epistemological concepts guiding a number of methods are discussed. Huge movement from the rural areas to find work could be one cause, but then why they beg? Thoughts pass through my mind on general trend of begging as to what forces a person to stretch out his hand to others and beg. Why would somebody need to begin this day? Is it an action of desperation, as that person has no other ways of making a living, or is it just a absence of self morale, Can we apportion the presence of begging on our social attitudes, whereby beggars have become complacent and rely on hand outs. Does begging exist because people are treating this as a profession, or does it exist because a particular State government has ignored the poors. (Imran, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 51. An Essay About My Birthday I was born on the thirteenth of May, 2000 at 3:33 a.m. The same day, people were celebrating their own birthdays. On May 13, 2000, many people had to mourn over the deaths of their loved ones. When people are children, they never quite realize that anything other than their birth happened on their birthday. Now that I am becoming a young woman, it is past time to find out what else happened that day through my own research. I had to ask my parents what they remembered about my birthday first. They are, of course, a reliable source of information as to what happened within my own family during the week of my birth. They did forget a lot of details other than my birth, so what they recounted was essentially that my mother just had to stay in the hospital a while longer, since it was her first birth. I also decided that knowing the origins of my name was important too. My first name is Carrie, after my great great grandmother. It is American in origin, coming from Caroline, for which Carrie became a shorter version or a pet name (Carrie). My last name is Brake, originating from Germany. Through research on ancestry.com, I found that my ancestors likely lived near a clearing and were called Brak, which (in Middle Low German) means clearing or coppice. (Brake) Historically, my birthday is also significant. In 1939, Mussolini and Hitler were touring the border of France with their forces in order to pressure France to willingly give up some land; Mussolini was ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 53. Sentiment Analysis In A Movie Review Abstract While sentiment analysis provides fantastic insights and has a wide range of real world applications, the overall sentiment of a piece of text won t always pinpoint the root cause of an author s opinion. Certain types of documents, such as movie reviews, may contain fine grained sentiment about different aspects about the service that are mentioned in text. A review about a movie may contain opinionated sentences about its story, cast and direction. This information can help users understand the positive and negative parts of a movie. Aspect based sentiment analysis makes it easier to identify and determine the sentiment towards specific aspects in text. To identify different aspects of a movie, the application needs to determine the context of a particular sentence or group of sentences in the movie review. • 54. Ojibwe Creation Myths A Whole New World Part A: Eternal inflation is an alternative theory of creation that is a modification of the Big Bang Theory. The earliest universe was expanding matter, and particles that were next to each other would routinely be sent whizzing away to the farthest reaches of their cosmological horizons. It is no longer like that, however, as the inflation stopped. The theory of eternal inflation is that the expansion did not stop all at once. Rather, little bubbles of space randomly stopped inflating, or fell onto trajectories that led to the end of their inflation. And, since the expansion is rapid, the inflating space creates more space than the bubbles that stop inflating lose so inflation never ends. The result is an ever expanding multiverse, which means not only is Earth not the center of the universe but our universe isn t the center of the universe. Part B: The Ojibwa are an Aboriginal people in Canada. The creation story of the Ojibwa starts with nothing except a dark void; however, although there was nothing, there was possibility. Both stories start with nothing, but from the nothingness the Ojibwa believe there is one all powerful being and the MДЃroi believe there are two. This is where the differences become more prominent, because the MДЃroi story depicts the beings as being almost human like: they give birth and have flaws, flaws which lead to eventual conflict. The Ojibwa, however, depict a being of unfathomable power and wisdom whose vision should be altered by no one. The real difference, however, is most prominent today. The first two beings of MДЃroi culture, Rangi and Papa, are not worshipped with the intensity that the Ojibwa allow Kitchi Manitou. The MДЃroi believe there were flaws and the offspring are the true creators of existence, while the Ojibwa believe everybody is still a part of Kitchi Manitou s ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
