Job description
- The role calls for a combination of specialist technical experience and knowledge and the ability to work with
demanding clients within the Bank.
- The Associate works directly with the BU team in Hong Kong as well as APAC region, and coordinates with key
stakeholders in HR in implementing learning offerings and events.
- Coordinate/manage education programs, professional development courses, and client events: include: speakers
sourcing/coordination, program cost tracking, vendor coordination, best practice research.
- Main tasks include setting up of curriculum in MyCampus, track enrolment status, handle program inquiries and
run training reports.
- Assist learning partners in learning needs analysis, content research and design, presentation materials, and liase
with Learning Operations in creating strategic management reporting.
Measurable results expected
To be defined once intern starts at UBS.
Key learning points
The intern would be able to gain an overview of the learning function in an international bank, have practical exposures in
implementing key learning programs, and exposure and interactions with senior management.

UBS pays for Economy class return flight ticket for the intern from current location to the location of the internship
