Essay on Sino-American Relations
Sino American Relations I. Introduction The American President Nixon s historic trip to China in
February 1972 marked the beginning of a new era in Sino American relations. For the first time since
1949, the two countries established high level official contacts and transformed their relationship from
confrontation to collaboration. Over the following twenty years, however, U.S. China relations have
experienced repeated cycles of progress, stalemate, and crisis, with the events in Tiananmen Square in
June 1989 the most recent and disruptive example. Indeed, although relations between the two
countries are greatly more extensive today than they were twenty years ago, they remain highly
problematic. Yet the obstacles are ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
From 1949 to 1969, it is the period of ideological conflict. The international environment, especially
the occurrence of Korean War and the movement of the American Seventh Fleet into the Taiwan Strait
caused the conflicts between the 2 different ideologies become more serious. In the battlefield in
Korea, the two nations even act as enemies. Although in the early 60s President John Kennedy
considered open a dialogue with China but China and her leader s increasingly anti imperialist rhetoric
caused US s initiative to failure. To make a summary of this period, movement towards better
relationship made little progression and there had no way to negotiate, although there was chance, for
there was too many concrete actions like the later Vietnam War to prohibit. The second period was
from 1968 to 1989 and is so called the normalization of the two nation. Since the Soviet Union invade
the Czechislovakia, China s leader Mao realized the end of isolation and gave a signal of reopen of
dialogue with Washington. The American President Nixon read the signals right and soon the two
nations become strategic partners, after the casting of the Nixon s historical visit to China. This time,
from the active role and quick action played by the America in the rebuild of friendship we may see
the American values this relationship high and should be beneficial for them at least. The content of
rebuild of formal relationship was in 1979 and mainly described

Depression Symptoms And Warning Signs
Due to the fact of depression doesn t always seem to be obvious, and present in everyone. There are
many people out there who did not notice their depression until it gets bad. In the consequence of that,
it is extremely important for us to beware of the symptoms that causes of depression because it will be
the first step for us in seeking help for it. In an article called Depression Symptoms and Warning Signs
written by Melinda Smith. The author explains that It s important to remember that these symptoms
can be part of life s normal lows. The more symptoms you have, the stronger they are, and the longer
they ve lasted, the more likely it is that you re dealing with depression . Smith explanation made it
very clear that we should all take notice, and good caution of what is not so normal in our lives, so we
could be on top of our health as well as to prevent any problems. Smith goes on to explores about
several signs/symptoms of depression which include feeling of helplessness, hopelessness, loss of
interest in daily activities, appetite or weight changes, sleep changes, anger or irritability, low energy,
trouble focusing, unexplained aches and pains . In the result of all those symptoms that are listed
above, it is extremely critical to pay our minds to. So if we do see any uncertainty, we want to be able
to find a cure, and start a treatment before it gets worse.
A depressed person can often be left with the feeling of being trapped, and make everything else

Management Plan For A Company Essay
Currently, ECA has reduced the IT staff due to an overall corporate restructuring. With a reduction in
staff, Energy Corporation could use Rapid Application Development to build and deploy applications
quickly without the technical expertise needed for traditional programming and development. If
applications can be created with little effort and provide the business users and IT staff with the
capabilities to make changes with just as little effort, then Energy Corporation of America can
continue to keep a reduced size IT staff as well as reduced business user staff. The applications being
built could still provide value to the company without a long development time. Energy Corporation
of America would not need to hire new, experienced programmers that require higher salaries, instead
they could hire few employees and train them on the development application software quickly and let
them begin to use the software themselves. This in turn could also help with some of the
miscommunication between the IT department and the business user. Better collaboration between IT
and business users could be gained by adopting and utilizing a low code development platform.
Application developers can quickly build and deploy applications to allow for feedback for the
business users. With quick feedback, changes can be made and functional application can be
redeployed.
3 PROJECT OVERVIEW
By adopting the Rapid Application Development method, ECA can quickly provide functional

Aluminum Ware Mat Reinforced Polyester Composite
ABSTRACT
Aluminum ware mat reinforced Polyester Composite has been developed to find out an alternative
structural material. The physical and mechanical characteristics that are Tensile strength, Flexural
strength, Water absorption, Hardness etc. illustrate the competency of the developed composite. It is
found that Water Absorbency, Tensile strength, Flexural strength, hardness stiffness increase with
increasing of Metal Mat layer in the composite which is estimated maximum for the three Metal Mat
layered composite and minimum for the zero layered composite. Mechanical properties of the
composite increase with the increase of metal mat layer. All the properties suggest the use of the
composite as an unbeaten structural material but water uptake evades its outside use.
INTRODUCTION:
Metal reinforced Polyester composite has been increasingly drawn the attention of the researchers for
the last decades. Light weight along with high strength materials can replace traditional construction
materials used in building engineering, aeronautics, mechanical engineering and in many other
domains. It is related to a possibility of obtaining practically any combination of beneficial properties
of the material, e.g. high vibration damping coefficient, high abrasion resistance, high value of the
Young s modulus, low specific gravity and low coefficient of thermal expansion [1, 2, 3, 4] .
This project is concerned with metal mat reinforced polymer (MMP) composites where high

The Negative Impacts Of The Reformation
The Reformation was perhaps the greatest religious movement in Christ since the early church. It
revived the Biblical and New Testament thoeological studies. b) a negative effect of the reformation
could be the disunity of the church. When the church was all one, we at least had some since of
fellowship. But now, all of the churches have their own little groups and we condemn other churches
for not being the same as your denomination. We should all come together as a body of Christ and
unify instead of break apart. c) Although Christians can believe indifferent doctrines, the way we serve
God doesn t necessarily matter if you believe he died for your sins. If we can come together and can
be unified in our faith, then I believe Christ will expand to different people. Also, if you have faith,
then you should have unity, and vise versa. d) There is a time for division in the body of Christ. When
a church group is denying scripture and, after being confronted, still continues their same practice,
then it is time to break fellowship with that group. This has happened with the Metropolitan
Community Church denomination which openly advocates the support of homosexuality. Also, there
is an Evangelical Lutheran church that is thinking about accepting homosexual relationships into
church. At this point it is ok to draw the line and say enough is enough. e) Tolerance has to do with
permitting and allowing, and putting up with, while love is active and has to do with concern for

Emotion Related Cultural Value With Regulation Strategies...
1. One of the unique features of human is the ability to regulate and adjust emotions on particular
situational demands. What happen when we get angry but cannot express it? Or when we feel upset
but have to try to be fine? Under some circumstances like these examples, we regulate our emotions.
Emotion regulation(ER) refers to the capacity to control and manage one s emotional reaction in order
to achieve a goal directed outcome. We know coping, reappraisal, or suppression as some typical
tactics of managing emotions, but how these types of regulation strategies differ among individuals,
and how cultural values can be related to the preference of use of different strategies? This study will
provide a general idea beyond the basic understanding of ER by comparing individual difference on
emotion related cultural value with regulation strategies.
This study focuses on emotion related values based on the Hofstede model of six dimensions of
national cultures (power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism/collectivism,
masculinity/femininity, long/short term orientation, and indulgence/restraint), by only focusing on
long/short term orientation and uncertainty avoidance as emotion related cultural values. Short/long
term orientation refers to the perspective of whether or not looking at the future. Short term orientated
people tend to emphasize on the current time and believe important events in life occur in the past or
now. They also tend to attribute both success and

Sturge-Weber Syndrome Research Paper
Sturge Weber Syndrome Kris Avila 08/30/2015 NURSPT 030L Mrs. B Abstract According to the
Sturge Weber Foundations, Sturge Weber Syndrome can be diagnosed once the baby is born. With the
most obvious characteristics, the baby will have a dark purple birthmark that covers close to half of
his/her face. Another symptom from Sturge Weber Syndrome is that it can cause neurological
deformity. Both of these symptoms are caused by the abnormal blood vessels near the eye and on the
surface of the brain. Studies have shown that this syndrome is not passed from family history, but the
only remedy we can do is to suppress it (Sturge Weber.org). One of the most amazing miracles in life

The only way to cope with the disease is to control it and improving the person s lifestyle. (Moore,
2012). Pinpointing what kind of symptoms and category of Sturge Weber Syndrome the person has, an
MD can figure out what types of remedies are available. There are many different types of
pharmacologic treatments for seizures. Most of the seizures from the disease are located only on one
side of the brain s hemisphere. Some of the medications include Carbamazepine, Phenytoin,
Oxcarbazepine, Lamotrigine, Levetiracetam, Valproic Acid, Zonisamide, Topiramate, Lorazepam,
Phenobarbital, Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Tiagabine, Diazepam, Felbamate, Lacosamide, and
Clonazepam. With the seizures being controlled with medications, it helped prevent future seizures
from 10% to 50%. Besides medications, there are also surgical treatments available as well. Early
surgery for patients with Sturge Weber Syndrome is to improve and prevent developmental delay,
refractory seizures, and hemiparesis. Lobectomy and craniotomy were recommended once being
diagnosed with the disease because doctors have found that early onsets of seizures can lead towards
mental retardatation. A procedure called hemispherectomy is also recommended to be given when a
unilateral epileptogenic region exist. This procedure is also done while the patient is still young. It is
preferable because the epileptogenic region is smaller. Studies have shown

Comparing Knowledge in Descartes’ Meditations on First...
Comparing Knowledge in Descartes Meditations on First Philosophy and Hume s An Enquiry
Concerning Human Understanding,
Rationalists would claim that knowledge comes from reason or ideas, while empiricists would answer
that knowledge is derived from the senses or impressions. The difference between these two
philosophical schools of thought, with respect to the distinction between ideas and impressions, can be
examined in order to determine how these schools determine the source of knowledge. The
distinguishing factor that determines the perspective on the foundation of knowledge is the concept of
the divine.
Descartes is a prime example of a rationalist. Descartes begins his Meditations on First ... Show more

Once the certainty of Res Cogitans is developed, clear and distinct perceptions are replaced with clear
and distinct ideas. It is these ideas from which Descartes derive knowledge, including the existence of
Res Extensa (corporeal things). Therefore, Descartes, a rationalist, derives his knowledge from ideas
and reason, all of which stem from an instance of natural light.
The empiricists, however, do not believe in natural light and therefore do not hold knowledge to be
derived from these innate ideas. David Hume is one of these empiricists. Hume was a scientist and an
atheist; his occupation and beliefs disallowed him from holding innate ideas to be a valid basis for
knowledge. In An Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding, Hume points out a hierarchy that exists
among ideas and impressions: the most lively thought is still inferior to the most lively impression
(Hume: 10). Hume also establishes that for all of his ideas he can trace them back to impressions,
those for things which he has not had impressions of he cannot have an idea. What never was seen, or
heard of, may yet be conceived: (Hume: 11) A blind man can form no notion of colours; a deaf man of
sounds (Hume: 12).
From these impressions and ideas stem two kinds of knowledge: relations of ideas and matters of fact.
Relation of ideas are a priori and do not need to be

Case Study Trap-Ease America
Trap Ease America: The Big Cheese of Mousetraps
Synopsis
A group of investors has purchased from an inventor the U.S. rights to sell a patented, innovative
mousetrap. The group has hired Martha House to manage the company that includes assuming
responsibility for sales and marketing.
Trap Ease America has targeted the trap to housewives, whom it believes will be attracted to the safety
and cleanliness that its trap offers. The trap lures the mouse into a square tube in which it finds itself
trapped alive. Thus, there is no danger in baiting and setting the trap, and there is no mess resulting
from the trap s operation.
Martha is marketing the trap directly to large retail store chains such as Safeway and Kmart. The traps

3. How is the product positioned relative to the selected target market in the case? Are there other
ways to position the product?
As suggested in the answer to question 2, Trap Ease has been positioned from the point of view of the
customer as meeting safety and cleanliness needs. Because of its pricing and distribution, Trap Ease is
positioned for use by the individual homeowner who has these concerns.
The major alternative positioning for the product focuses on its ability to control disease. Because the
mouse would be trapped in a fully enclosed device and would be captured live, there is little
opportunity for disease to spread as a result of its capture. It should be noted, however, that
positioning the product this way would make substantial differences in the entire marketing strategy.
This allows the instructor to make the point that will be reinforced throughout the semester that the
full marketing mix must be coordinated to position the product properly in the customer s mind.
4. What marketing mix has Trap Ease established? Do you see any problems with this mix?
In summary, Trap Ease s marketing mix is as follows:
Product: As noted above, Trap Ease is a patented mousetrap that is designed to allow consumers to
avoid the safety and cleanliness problems associated with traditional mousetraps.
Perhaps by this time in the discussion someone will have already suggested one of the obvious
problems with this product. That

Steel During The Second Industrial Revolution
The second Industrial Revolution was an era that created many inventions off of the first Industrial
Revolution, which included refining techniques to chemicals, electricity, transportation, and
production engineering to name a few. One of the most highly technological innovations of the second
Industrial Revolution, however, was the innovation of steel. Steel was used before the second
Industrial Revolution, but was mainly used to make swords and weapons by blacksmiths. Before the
second Industrial Revolution Henry Bessemer writes in his autobiography, At that date there was no
steel suitable for structural purposes . At the time, anything structural, including railways, buildings,
ships, and bridges were made out of wood and iron because ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Effects Of Automatic Word Reading And Identifying Direction
The Effects of Automatic Word Reading and Identifying Direction
Whether it is the modern day issue of texting and driving or simply studying for an exam in a noisy
room most people experience distraction every day. What people may not know is how those
distractions cause interferences when processing information; this is the underlying problem and has
been known to be tested through something called a Stroop experiment. From referencing the original
Stroop test that examined the interference of color word association to other variations using shapes,
emotions, or spatial locations, we can still learn a lot from Stroop experiments. When the stimulus
contains both the target and distraction, perceptual load increases and suggests higher interference
also. This is due to the fact more attention is brought to the target and when this is shared, it also
brings more focus to the distracter. (Lavie 2005) When referencing and building off the original
Stroop test it is important to know the original theories and ideas. In the first experiment, Stroop
(1935) used 5 different colors; purple, brown, green, blue, and red. Each individual color was written
in the 4 other colors the same amount of times. For example, the word blue would be written in the
color red and the participants had to name the color that the word was, not what it said. The subjects
were selected randomly and were shown a list of 10 words and were told to read them as fast as they
could. They first did this

Problems Associated With Pipe Breaks
The problems associated with pipe breaks are economic, reduce reliability and reduce water quality.
The cost of replacing or repairing a pipe can be split into capital costs (supplying and laying the new
pipe), maintenance costs (repairing and preventing failure in the system), operating costs (electricity
and filtering costs) and damage costs (property damage, inconvenience, loss of amenity, health risks
and environmental costs). (Dandy Engelhardt, 2001) All of these costs can be difficult to accurately
predict, which may be necessary when consulting with management about whether or not to replace a
pipe. Pipe bursts in commercial areas and along main roads also have higher failure costs as the
interruption the failure will have on the traffic and potential 3rd party damage will be greater. A
rational decision needs to be made into at what point it is more cost effective to replace the pipe than
letting water run out of the cracks. The cost of a repair = crew+ equipment+ sleeve + repaving +
overhead costs. Figure 2 Cost breakdown of repairing pipes (in US dollars) While the above figure
gives a rough estimate of what each portion of the repair will cost, the variables were calculated in
1982 in America, and protocols may have changed since then, or be different in New Zealand than it
was in America at the time of the study. However, this was the only literature available that considered
breaking down the cost of repair. Figure 3 Repair and Replacement Costs

William Shakespeare
What s in a name? Would not a rose by any other name smell as sweet? William Shakespeare, a name
we have all heard at some point, but who is he? William Shakespeare, the man who has influenced our
culture through his various literary works. What is the truth behind the brilliant man whom penned the
renowned words filling the pages of the ever significant Romeo and Juliet, Much Ado About Nothing,
or The Tempest?
William Shakespeare was born William Shakspere. Aside from contemporary and popular belief, it is
a common misconception that his last name included the e after the k and the a after the pe . Spelling
was incredibly disorganized during the Elizabethan time period (Whalen 31). Families could have the
same last name, but ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Attributable to the lack of records, there are portions of his life missing from historical accounts. No
school attendance logs have ever been found. Without a doubt, researchers believe he went to school,
due to his outstanding aptitude with the written word. Although that is all merely speculation due to
the scarcity of surviving records from that time period (Whalen 9).
At the exceptionally youthful age of eighteen, William Shakespeare met Anne Hathaway, who was
twenty six. In 1582, no doubt due to an already pregnant Anne, they had an abrupt wedding. A short
six months later, their healthy daughter was born in 1583 and they named her Susanna. Less than two
years later in 1585, the couple had a boy and a girl, twins. The boy was named Hamnet and the girl
Judith. Hamnet lived only a short eleven years, but both Susanna and Judith lived long lives and even
survived their father.
Researchers speculate that Shakespeare most likely relocated to the metropolitan city of London to
pursue the acting career shortly after the birth of his twins. In 1585, William Shakespeare s name
appeared on a record of payment for two performances in front of the queen through the acting
company the Lord s Chamberlain s Men (Whalen 133). At the age of thirty four, Love s Labour Lost
appeared containing Shakespeare s name on the title page; this was the first of his works printed with
his name

elements in the health and social care setting such as the environment was being demonstrated.
To demonstrate effective communicational skills one must use one to one interaction for example to
communicate. This was done through acting skills such as hand gestures that can be used as a stimulus

Why Knights Were Respected In The Middle Ages
Did you know knights were one of the most important parts of the middle ages? And do you know if
they really followed all the rules and if they were acknowledged in the medieval age? Well, this essay

that they respected all the rules. Now starting off, a knight is a mounted soldier, the word mounted in
the medieval age was to ride on something like a horse and that s why we see most of the knights on
horses. All knights followed the code of chivalry, knights served their lord, and knights were respected

The Dickens Flynn Effect
The Dickens Flynn model is an attempt by William Dickens and James Flynn (2001) to explain how
environment and genes can interact to account both for environmentally driven increases in raw
intelligence scores over time (the Flynn effect) and for genetically driven and stable individual
intelligence differences within the human population (Spearman s g). On first glance there is much
that appears promising about the Dickens Flynn model, for it does directly address the observable
tension between the Flynn effect and g, something that many explanations for the Flynn effect fail to
do. And yet further inspection also reveals that the model is troubling in a rather conspicuous way it
sports the overall mechanics of a Rube Goldberg machine.
Perhaps the first thing to recognize about the Dickens Flynn model is the degree to which leverage
plays the key role. For instance in the authors general outline of the model, small genetic advantages
are described as being amplified through the means of a natural attraction to environmental
surroundings that serve to enhance those advantages. Environmental influences on population wide
intelligence characteristics are said to be boosted through such factors as social multipliers and rolling
triggers. And finally, genetic and environmental forces are depicted as mutually propelling each other

Leaders frequently face situations where conflict arises in the workplace and they re called upon to
resolve the situation. Although conflict is not generally regarded as a positive experience it actually
can be a key opportunity to create change that will reduce friction in the workplace. We can begin to
defuse conflict by understanding what it is and implementing some practical strategies to manage it.
Conflict is a natural part of the workplace experience; people do not see eye to eye on everything and
often dig in and defend their positions. Conflict arises when individuals do not see the world in the

first that managers benefit greatly by putting in place some key elements that lead to successful
conversations such as meeting at a mutually convenient time, no distractions or interruptions allowed,
no agendas, a calm environment and unrestricted time to talk. When we set up an environment
conducive to relaxed conversation we create a greater likelihood of success. A small investment in
time up front to talk in depth can more than make up for the countless lost hours and cost devoted to
ongoing conflict.
They begin the conversation and together they discover that one issue at hand is that Tina prefers to
work with less supervision. They agree that they will talk about that one issue and name it, Tina
working with less supervision. The next thing they do is that each talks about what he or she thinks

Obama s Speech Ethos Pathos Logos
A1: The three elements to effective arguments making under Aristotle s Rhetorical Triangle model are
ethos, pathos and logos. According to Jimmie Killingsworth (2005), the three elements share a
metaphorically spatial relationship to one another . An effective persuasion normally takes all of the
three elements into account, with sorts of evidences in Barack Obama s speeches.
Firstly, logos refers to the persuasion realized through reasoning, which is deemed as the core of
argumentation. To be specific, facts, data, the quotation of the authorities and the citation of scholars
serve as the proof of the credibility of speakers or writers. In Obama s victory speech in 2008, the

The Venus Willendorf and Laussel
The Venus
Willendorf and Laussel
During the Upper Paleolithic era artists created a wide range of small sculptures. These sculptures
were made from various materials, including ivory, bone, clay, and even stone. They represented
humans, as well as animals; they even combined them at times. Most of the sculptures from this time
show a high level of skill. From this time, there were two very influential sculptures, The Venus of
Willendorf and the Venus of Laussel. This paper will discuss both sculptures, in detail, as well as,
compare and contrast them.
The Venus of Willendorf, also known as the Woman of Willendorf, stands 11 cm. high and is thought
to have been carved from 22,000 to 21,000 B.C. It was discovered in 1908 by Josef ... Show more

Sculptures in relief are typically more detailed than those in the round. This is because some of the
original material remains and forms the background plane. Like the Willendorf, Laussel also was
sculpted to have over exaggerated breasts, with large breasts and vulva. Unlike the Willendorf, the
Laussel has more detail in the rest of the body. There is still no face, but there is focus on the arms and
legs as well; where with the Willendorf, they weren t even carved into the figure at all. The Laussel is
shown holding a wisent horn, or possibly a cornucopia, in one hand, which has 13 notches. It is
believed that the notches are carved to indicate the number of nights between the first crescent and full
moon, signifying a recognized relationship between a single menstrual and lunar cycle. It was painted
with red ochre, like Willendorf, that was also thought to represent the blood from child birth. She also
has her hand placed on her stomach (or womb). There is a Y on her thigh and her faceless head is
turned toward the horn.
I was drawn to this time period as well as these two sculptures. As I researched both sculptures I was
fascinated by how much respect the people of that time had for their women. Not only for what they
could do for them, but also for what they looked like. They didn t see the weight and size as a
grotesque thing; but more as a thing of beauty. In

The Blame For The Deaths Of Romeo And Juliet
Georgia Rood Ms. Davis 91 Literature 15 February 2018 The Blame for Romeo and Juliet s Tragic
End Fate is a mysterious force that seems to control the world around us; our choices, our luck, but
what if fate is not always to blame? In Elizebethan London, the world was dictated by fate, from the
things the people did, to the choices the people made. And while this is marginally represented in
Shakesphere s Romeo and Juliet, there is still a rash character who acts as a guide to lead Romeo and
Juliet to their graves. Friar Lawrence is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet through rushing in
to action and rash judgments. By rushing into action, Friar Lawrence causes the untimely deaths of

The initial colonies were very unified both religiously and politically. There was little variance and a
strong sense of identity.
The continued influx of colonizers would fall to a trickle of only a hundred or so per year after the
English Civil War in 1642 and remain subdued until the American Revolution (Reader s Companion
to American History). The colonies which were formed after the English Civil War were much more
diverse in their makeup than were the initial Puritan colonies. These colonies formed over a longer
period of time and their populations were composed of people who had left England for a varying
degree of reasons. In addition, rather than being composed of immigrants from one primary area in
England, the English colonists were more geographically diverse as well.
The English had limited dealings with the Natives of the areas they colonized, preferring to operate
their colonies as autonomously as possible, depending more on interaction with the respective mother
countries than with the Native Americans (Foner and Garraty). England would become, arguably, the
most successful of the northern European countries that colonized, eventually extending their range all
the way into the interior of the new continent (Foner and Garraty).

Americans, they were interested in their

Why Tobacco Should Be Banned From The United States Essay
Consumption of Tobacco is a worldwide phenomenon. Nearly every country is planning to raise more
restrictions around the consumption of Tobacco. The awareness about its ill effects is rising through
the corridors of Parliaments of many countries with the help of governmental and non governmental
organizations. There are some internationally recognized organizations like the World Lung
Foundations that are striving hard to reduce the consumption of tobacco to a bare minimum. There are
numerous reasons that support the argument that tobacco should be completely banned from the
United Sates.
Tobacco consumption is the number one cause of preventable deaths in the United States. In the
United States, cigarette smoking is responsible for more than 480,000 deaths per year. That is around
one in five deaths annually only because of smoking. On an average, the person who smokes dies ten
years earlier than a non smoker. These statistics are not mere numbers but speak about the gravity of
the situation. The United States government should portray a more negative view on Tabaco to save
the lives of many people worldwide (Centre for Disease and Prevention, second paragraph). America
has a major debt of over twenty trillion dollars and does not need industries like Tabaco costing them
more. There is a huge cost borne by the Federal and State Governments because of the consumption of
tobacco by its citizens. The cost, calculated by the Center for Disease and Prevention, is around

Wind Turbines Essay
A wind turbine is a machine for converting the kinetic energy in wind into mechanical energy . (1) The
inventor of the first electric wind turbine was Clevelander Charles Brush, who ran his entire Euclid
Avenue mansion off of one for 20 years, which later made the cover of Scientific American in 1888.
(2) Although the use of alternate energy didn t rise a great deal afterward, this event did open the eyes
for many environmentalists. Wind power is only one of our several energy source[s] whose fuel is free
and will never be exhausted (3) with the pros and cons not completely weighed out as to whether it
will be truly beneficial or not. The two main issues regarding wind turbines are the environmental

The constructions of the turbines alone are creating an effect on these mammals because of the
frequency of noise that is emitted into the water. These frequencies disrupt mammal communication,
location and location of other species around them.
One other environmental factor regarding wind turbines, especially the wind farms, is that erecting
and maintaining wind turbines can also necessitate clearing land: ridgeline installations often require a
fair amount of deforestation, and then there s the associated clearing for access roads, maintenance
facilities, and the like . (7) Although we are trying to help the environment by creating a safer and
cleaner source of energy, the actions of clearing our forests, and whatever ecosystem that lived in that
forest, in order to save the environment appears to be an oxymoron. But there are also now a great
many turbines situated on farmland, where the fields around their bases are still actively farmed . (8)
The long term effects of this issue could be devastating if precautions are not taken. Small rodents are
known to find shelter at the base of the large wind turbines, luring different bird species to wind farms
causing a higher death rate for the birds. The wind farms are also unfortunately located in the
migration

Consciousness is the state of being awake and aware of your surroundings. Individuals with epilepsy

A Study On Space Debris
MengYun Zeng(1239987) ESS 102 AC Erika Harnett April 14, 2016 Space Debris Probably most
people do not know but this is a severe thing that there is more than 170 million space debris floating
within 35000 km of Earth and over 29,000 are a size larger than 10cm (ESA). Even a 1 cm debris
probably could disable a spacecraft (ESA). What makes this problem worse is space debris also crash

cloud of space debris in certain orbits so anything cannot traverse safely (National1). The space debris
is a serious problem that needs all the countries and organizations that launched or planning to launch

The Three Alones Of Reformation Theology
Question 1. What are the three alones of Reformation theology? How do they relate to one another in
Luther s theology? How does Luther s use of them respond to the dominant question of the sixteenth
century: How can I know that God is favorable to me?
The three alones in Reformation theology refer to that which is needed for justification or salvation
favorableness in the sight of God. Luther describes them as 1) Christ, or the Gospel of Christ
(Scripture), alone, 2) faith alone, and 3) grace alone. Each of these three are essentially united in
Luther s theology.
Christ is the most important factor in the three, because without Christ and without His Word, as
recorded in Scripture, one cannot begin to have faith or hope to receive the necessary grace that comes
with faith and guarantees salvation. As Luther states, One thing, and one alone, is necessary for life,
justification, and Christian liberty; and that is the most holy word of God, the Gospel of Christ
(Luther, p. 9). Through Christ and the preaching of His Word comes belief. If one believes, that is has
faith, which implies trust and commitment, then one is justified and has found favor in God s eyes:
For faith alone, and the efficacious use of the word of God, bring salvation (Luther, p. 9)
Luther downplays the importance of works in the justification of man and instead emphasizes the
place of faith and the grace that goes with it: For the word of God cannot be received and honoured by
any works,

Death Penalty Sentencing and the Criminal Justice System
Jpz777 04/15/2013 Order # 2091084 An examination of death penalty sentencing procedures within
the American criminal justice system suggests that the legal and moral authority to execute
condemned criminals granted to a government has been tested time and time again, only to be
reaffirmed by the Supreme Court. While the 1960 s saw a series of failed attempts to ban the practice,
launched by death penalty abolitionist groups firm in their belief that murder can never be justified, it
was not until 1972 that a majority of Supreme Court justices ruled to prohibit state mandated
executions. According to the Death Penalty Information Center, a national non profit organization
dedicated to providing a forum for informed discussion regarding capital punishment, the issue of
arbitrariness of the death penalty was brought before the Supreme Court in 1972 in Furman v.
Georgia, Jackson v. Georgia, and Branch v. Texas (known collectively as the landmark case Furman v.
Georgia (408 U.S. 238)) (DPIC, 2013). While the court previously ruled in Crampton v. Ohio and
McGautha v. California that the application of capital punishment did not result in arbitrary and
capricious sentencing, the 1972 Furman case challenged the Eight Amendment, whereas the
McGautha case cited the Fourteenth Amendment s due process provision. The choice to attack the
cruel and unusual punishment clause of the Eighth Amedment, while preserving the original arbitrary

Art As A Driving Force For The Abstract Of Art
Art can be for art s sake; it does not need to be representational. Jackson Pollock was an influential
American painter who became a driving force for the abstract expression movement. His belief that
his art comes from within was an impetrative idea behind his style. His beliefs have a huge impact on
how I view art, create art, and inspired me for my final piece.
Pollock was born in Cody, Wyoming in 1912. His father, LeRoy Pollock, was a farmer who raised his
children in Arizona and Chico, California. Pollock was heavily influenced by Pablo Picasso, Digo
Rivera, and Native American art. All of these influences contributed to Pollock s unique style. In
1929, Jackson Pollock studied at the Students League in New York under Thomas Hart Benton. He

When the right of lien ends, right of stoppage in transit begins. Now, if the buyer becomes insolvent
after the unpaid seller has started the possession of the goods, the unpaid seller can resume the
possession of goods by exercising his right of stoppage in transit. Duration of transit (1) Goods are
deemed to be in course of transit from the time when they are delivered to a carrier or other bailee for
the purpose of transmission to the buyer, until the buyer or his agent in that behalf takes delivery of
them from such carrier or other bailee. (2) If the buyer or his agent in that behalf obtains delivery of
the goods before their arrival at the appointed destination, the transit is at an end. (3) If, after the
arrival of the goods at the appointed destination, the carrier or other bailee acknowledges to the buyer
or his agent that he holds the goods on his behalf and continues in possession of them as bailee for the
buyer or his agent, the transit is at an end and it is immaterial that a further destination for the goods
may have been indicated by the buyer. (4) If the goods are rejected by the buyer and the carrier or
other bailee continues in possession of them, the transit is not deemed to be at an end, even if the
seller has refused to receive them back. (5) When goods are delivered to a ship chartered by the buyer,
it is a question depending on the circumstances of the particular case, whether they are in the
possession of the master as a carrier or as

Introduction The American President Nixon s historic trip to China in February 1972 marked the beginning of a new era in Sino American relations. For the first time since 1949, the two countries established high level official contacts and transformed their relationship from confrontation to collaboration. Over the following twenty years, however, U.S. China relations have experienced repeated cycles of progress, stalemate, and crisis, with the events in Tiananmen Square in June 1989 the most recent and disruptive example. Indeed, although relations between the two countries are greatly more extensive today than they were twenty years ago, they remain highly problematic. Yet the obstacles are ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... From 1949 to 1969, it is the period of ideological conflict. The international environment, especially the occurrence of Korean War and the movement of the American Seventh Fleet into the Taiwan Strait caused the conflicts between the 2 different ideologies become more serious. In the battlefield in Korea, the two nations even act as enemies. Although in the early 60s President John Kennedy considered open a dialogue with China but China and her leader s increasingly anti imperialist rhetoric caused US s initiative to failure. To make a summary of this period, movement towards better relationship made little progression and there had no way to negotiate, although there was chance, for there was too many concrete actions like the later Vietnam War to prohibit. The second period was from 1968 to 1989 and is so called the normalization of the two nation. The American President Nixon read the signals right and soon the two nations become strategic partners, after the casting of the Nixon s historical visit to China. This time, from the active role and quick action played by the America in the rebuild of friendship we may see the American values this relationship high and should be beneficial for them at least. • 4. Management Plan For A Company Essay Currently, ECA has reduced the IT staff due to an overall corporate restructuring. With a reduction in staff, Energy Corporation could use Rapid Application Development to build and deploy applications quickly without the technical expertise needed for traditional programming and development. If applications can be created with little effort and provide the business users and IT staff with the capabilities to make changes with just as little effort, then Energy Corporation of America can continue to keep a reduced size IT staff as well as reduced business user staff. The applications being built could still provide value to the company without a long development time. Energy Corporation of America would not need to hire new, experienced programmers that require higher salaries, instead they could hire few employees and train them on the development application software quickly and let them begin to use the software themselves. This in turn could also help with some of the miscommunication between the IT department and the business user. Better collaboration between IT and business users could be gained by adopting and utilizing a low code development platform. Application developers can quickly build and deploy applications to allow for feedback for the business users. With quick feedback, changes can be made and functional application can be redeployed. 3 PROJECT OVERVIEW By adopting the Rapid Application Development method, ECA can quickly provide functional applications ... The physical and mechanical characteristics that are Tensile strength, Flexural strength, Water absorption, Hardness etc. illustrate the competency of the developed composite. It is found that Water Absorbency, Tensile strength, Flexural strength, hardness stiffness increase with increasing of Metal Mat layer in the composite which is estimated maximum for the three Metal Mat layered composite and minimum for the zero layered composite. Mechanical properties of the composite increase with the increase of metal mat layer. All the properties suggest the use of the composite as an unbeaten structural material but water uptake evades its outside use. INTRODUCTION: Metal reinforced Polyester composite has been increasingly drawn the attention of the researchers for the last decades. Light weight along with high strength materials can replace traditional construction materials used in building engineering, aeronautics, mechanical engineering and in many other domains. It is related to a possibility of obtaining practically any combination of beneficial properties of the material, e.g. high vibration damping coefficient, high abrasion resistance, high value of the Young s modulus, low specific gravity and low coefficient of thermal expansion [1, 2, 3, 4] . This project is concerned with metal mat reinforced polymer (MMP) composites where high ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 6. The Negative Impacts Of The Reformation The Reformation was perhaps the greatest religious movement in Christ since the early church. It revived the Biblical and New Testament thoeological studies. b) a negative effect of the reformation could be the disunity of the church. When the church was all one, we at least had some since of fellowship. But now, all of the churches have their own little groups and we condemn other churches for not being the same as your denomination. We should all come together as a body of Christ and unify instead of break apart. c) Although Christians can believe indifferent doctrines, the way we serve God doesn t necessarily matter if you believe he died for your sins. If we can come together and can be unified in our faith, then I believe Christ will expand to different people. Also, if you have faith, then you should have unity, and vise versa. d) There is a time for division in the body of Christ. When a church group is denying scripture and, after being confronted, still continues their same practice, then it is time to break fellowship with that group. This has happened with the Metropolitan Community Church denomination which openly advocates the support of homosexuality. Also, there is an Evangelical Lutheran church that is thinking about accepting homosexual relationships into church. At this point it is ok to draw the line and say enough is enough. e) Tolerance has to do with permitting and allowing, and putting up with, while love is active and has to do with concern for ... • 7. Emotion Related Cultural Value With Regulation Strategies... 1. One of the unique features of human is the ability to regulate and adjust emotions on particular situational demands. What happen when we get angry but cannot express it? Or when we feel upset but have to try to be fine? Under some circumstances like these examples, we regulate our emotions. Emotion regulation(ER) refers to the capacity to control and manage one s emotional reaction in order to achieve a goal directed outcome. We know coping, reappraisal, or suppression as some typical tactics of managing emotions, but how these types of regulation strategies differ among individuals, and how cultural values can be related to the preference of use of different strategies? This study will provide a general idea beyond the basic understanding of ER by comparing individual difference on emotion related cultural value with regulation strategies. This study focuses on emotion related values based on the Hofstede model of six dimensions of national cultures (power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism/collectivism, masculinity/femininity, long/short term orientation, and indulgence/restraint), by only focusing on long/short term orientation and uncertainty avoidance as emotion related cultural values. Short/long term orientation refers to the perspective of whether or not looking at the future. Short term orientated people tend to emphasize on the current time and believe important events in life occur in the past or now. They also tend to attribute both success and ... Sturge-Weber Syndrome Research Paper Sturge Weber Syndrome Kris Avila 08/30/2015 NURSPT 030L Mrs. B Abstract According to the Sturge Weber Foundations, Sturge Weber Syndrome can be diagnosed once the baby is born. With the most obvious characteristics, the baby will have a dark purple birthmark that covers close to half of his/her face. Another symptom from Sturge Weber Syndrome is that it can cause neurological deformity. Both of these symptoms are caused by the abnormal blood vessels near the eye and on the surface of the brain. Studies have shown that this syndrome is not passed from family history, but the only remedy we can do is to suppress it (Sturge Weber.org). Pinpointing what kind of symptoms and category of Sturge Weber Syndrome the person has, an MD can figure out what types of remedies are available. There are many different types of pharmacologic treatments for seizures. Most of the seizures from the disease are located only on one side of the brain s hemisphere. Some of the medications include Carbamazepine, Phenytoin, Oxcarbazepine, Lamotrigine, Levetiracetam, Valproic Acid, Zonisamide, Topiramate, Lorazepam, Phenobarbital, Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Tiagabine, Diazepam, Felbamate, Lacosamide, and Clonazepam. With the seizures being controlled with medications, it helped prevent future seizures from 10% to 50%. Besides medications, there are also surgical treatments available as well. Early surgery for patients with Sturge Weber Syndrome is to improve and prevent developmental delay, refractory seizures, and hemiparesis. Lobectomy and craniotomy were recommended once being diagnosed with the disease because doctors have found that early onsets of seizures can lead towards mental retardatation. A procedure called hemispherectomy is also recommended to be given when a unilateral epileptogenic region exist. This procedure is also done while the patient is still young. Comparing Knowledge in Descartes Meditations on First Philosophy and Hume s An Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding, Rationalists would claim that knowledge comes from reason or ideas, while empiricists would answer that knowledge is derived from the senses or impressions. The difference between these two philosophical schools of thought, with respect to the distinction between ideas and impressions, can be examined in order to determine how these schools determine the source of knowledge. The distinguishing factor that determines the perspective on the foundation of knowledge is the concept of the divine. Descartes is a prime example of a rationalist. Once the certainty of Res Cogitans is developed, clear and distinct perceptions are replaced with clear and distinct ideas. It is these ideas from which Descartes derive knowledge, including the existence of Res Extensa (corporeal things). Therefore, Descartes, a rationalist, derives his knowledge from ideas and reason, all of which stem from an instance of natural light. The empiricists, however, do not believe in natural light and therefore do not hold knowledge to be derived from these innate ideas. David Hume is one of these empiricists. Hume was a scientist and an atheist; his occupation and beliefs disallowed him from holding innate ideas to be a valid basis for knowledge. In An Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding, Hume points out a hierarchy that exists among ideas and impressions: the most lively thought is still inferior to the most lively impression (Hume: 10). Hume also establishes that for all of his ideas he can trace them back to impressions, those for things which he has not had impressions of he cannot have an idea. What never was seen, or heard of, may yet be conceived: (Hume: 11) A blind man can form no notion of colours; a deaf man of sounds (Hume: 12). How is the product positioned relative to the selected target market in the case? Are there other ways to position the product? As suggested in the answer to question 2, Trap Ease has been positioned from the point of view of the customer as meeting safety and cleanliness needs. Because of its pricing and distribution, Trap Ease is positioned for use by the individual homeowner who has these concerns. The major alternative positioning for the product focuses on its ability to control disease. Because the mouse would be trapped in a fully enclosed device and would be captured live, there is little opportunity for disease to spread as a result of its capture. It should be noted, however, that positioning the product this way would make substantial differences in the entire marketing strategy. This allows the instructor to make the point that will be reinforced throughout the semester that the full marketing mix must be coordinated to position the product properly in the customer s mind. 4. What marketing mix has Trap Ease established? Do you see any problems with this mix? • 13. Effects Of Automatic Word Reading And Identifying Direction The Effects of Automatic Word Reading and Identifying Direction Whether it is the modern day issue of texting and driving or simply studying for an exam in a noisy room most people experience distraction every day. What people may not know is how those distractions cause interferences when processing information; this is the underlying problem and has been known to be tested through something called a Stroop experiment. From referencing the original Stroop test that examined the interference of color word association to other variations using shapes, emotions, or spatial locations, we can still learn a lot from Stroop experiments. When the stimulus contains both the target and distraction, perceptual load increases and suggests higher interference also. This is due to the fact more attention is brought to the target and when this is shared, it also brings more focus to the distracter. (Lavie 2005) When referencing and building off the original Stroop test it is important to know the original theories and ideas. In the first experiment, Stroop (1935) used 5 different colors; purple, brown, green, blue, and red. Each individual color was written in the 4 other colors the same amount of times. For example, the word blue would be written in the color red and the participants had to name the color that the word was, not what it said. • 14. Problems Associated With Pipe Breaks The problems associated with pipe breaks are economic, reduce reliability and reduce water quality. The cost of replacing or repairing a pipe can be split into capital costs (supplying and laying the new pipe), maintenance costs (repairing and preventing failure in the system), operating costs (electricity and filtering costs) and damage costs (property damage, inconvenience, loss of amenity, health risks and environmental costs). (Dandy Engelhardt, 2001) All of these costs can be difficult to accurately predict, which may be necessary when consulting with management about whether or not to replace a pipe. Pipe bursts in commercial areas and along main roads also have higher failure costs as the interruption the failure will have on the traffic and potential 3rd party damage will be greater. A rational decision needs to be made into at what point it is more cost effective to replace the pipe than letting water run out of the cracks. The cost of a repair = crew+ equipment+ sleeve + repaving + overhead costs. Figure 2 Cost breakdown of repairing pipes (in US dollars) While the above figure gives a rough estimate of what each portion of the repair will cost, the variables were calculated in 1982 in America, and protocols may have changed since then, or be different in New Zealand than it was in America at the time of the study. At the exceptionally youthful age of eighteen, William Shakespeare met Anne Hathaway, who was twenty six. In 1582, no doubt due to an already pregnant Anne, they had an abrupt wedding. A short six months later, their healthy daughter was born in 1583 and they named her Susanna. Less than two years later in 1585, the couple had a boy and a girl, twins. The boy was named Hamnet and the girl Judith. Hamnet lived only a short eleven years, but both Susanna and Judith lived long lives and even survived their father. Researchers speculate that Shakespeare most likely relocated to the metropolitan city of London to pursue the acting career shortly after the birth of his twins. The Dickens Flynn Effect The Dickens Flynn model is an attempt by William Dickens and James Flynn (2001) to explain how environment and genes can interact to account both for environmentally driven increases in raw intelligence scores over time (the Flynn effect) and for genetically driven and stable individual intelligence differences within the human population (Spearman s g). On first glance there is much that appears promising about the Dickens Flynn model, for it does directly address the observable tension between the Flynn effect and g, something that many explanations for the Flynn effect fail to do. And yet further inspection also reveals that the model is troubling in a rather conspicuous way it sports the overall mechanics of a Rube Goldberg machine. Perhaps the first thing to recognize about the Dickens Flynn model is the degree to which leverage plays the key role. For instance in the authors general outline of the model, small genetic advantages are described as being amplified through the means of a natural attraction to environmental surroundings that serve to enhance those advantages. The initial colonies were very unified both religiously and politically. There was little variance and a strong sense of identity. The continued influx of colonizers would fall to a trickle of only a hundred or so per year after the English Civil War in 1642 and remain subdued until the American Revolution (Reader s Companion to American History). The colonies which were formed after the English Civil War were much more diverse in their makeup than were the initial Puritan colonies. These colonies formed over a longer period of time and their populations were composed of people who had left England for a varying degree of reasons. In addition, rather than being composed of immigrants from one primary area in England, the English colonists were more geographically diverse as well. The English had limited dealings with the Natives of the areas they colonized, preferring to operate their colonies as autonomously as possible, depending more on interaction with the respective mother countries than with the Native Americans (Foner and Garraty). England would become, arguably, the most successful of the northern European countries that colonized, eventually extending their range all the way into the interior of the new continent (Foner and Garraty). Nearly every country is planning to raise more restrictions around the consumption of Tobacco. The awareness about its ill effects is rising through the corridors of Parliaments of many countries with the help of governmental and non governmental organizations. There are some internationally recognized organizations like the World Lung Foundations that are striving hard to reduce the consumption of tobacco to a bare minimum. There are numerous reasons that support the argument that tobacco should be completely banned from the United Sates. Tobacco consumption is the number one cause of preventable deaths in the United States. In the United States, cigarette smoking is responsible for more than 480,000 deaths per year. That is around one in five deaths annually only because of smoking. On an average, the person who smokes dies ten years earlier than a non smoker. These statistics are not mere numbers but speak about the gravity of the situation. The United States government should portray a more negative view on Tabaco to save the lives of many people worldwide (Centre for Disease and Prevention, second paragraph). America has a major debt of over twenty trillion dollars and does not need industries like Tabaco costing them more. There is a huge cost borne by the Federal and State Governments because of the consumption of tobacco by its citizens. The cost, calculated by the Center for Disease and Prevention, is around ... (7) Although we are trying to help the environment by creating a safer and cleaner source of energy, the actions of clearing our forests, and whatever ecosystem that lived in that forest, in order to save the environment appears to be an oxymoron. But there are also now a great many turbines situated on farmland, where the fields around their bases are still actively farmed . (8) The long term effects of this issue could be devastating if precautions are not taken. Small rodents are known to find shelter at the base of the large wind turbines, luring different bird species to wind farms causing a higher death rate for the birds. Even a 1 cm debris probably could disable a spacecraft (ESA). • 43. The Three Alones Of Reformation Theology Question 1. What are the three alones of Reformation theology? How do they relate to one another in Luther s theology? How does Luther s use of them respond to the dominant question of the sixteenth century: How can I know that God is favorable to me? The three alones in Reformation theology refer to that which is needed for justification or salvation favorableness in the sight of God. Luther describes them as 1) Christ, or the Gospel of Christ (Scripture), alone, 2) faith alone, and 3) grace alone. Each of these three are essentially united in Luther s theology. Christ is the most important factor in the three, because without Christ and without His Word, as recorded in Scripture, one cannot begin to have faith or hope to receive the necessary grace that comes with faith and guarantees salvation. As Luther states, One thing, and one alone, is necessary for life, justification, and Christian liberty; and that is the most holy word of God, the Gospel of Christ (Luther, p. 9). Through Christ and the preaching of His Word comes belief. If one believes, that is has faith, which implies trust and commitment, then one is justified and has found favor in God s eyes: For faith alone, and the efficacious use of the word of God, bring salvation (Luther, p. 9) Luther downplays the importance of works in the justification of man and instead emphasizes the place of faith and the grace that goes with it: For the word of God cannot be received and honoured by any works, ... Death Penalty Sentencing and the Criminal Justice System Jpz777 04/15/2013 Order # 2091084 An examination of death penalty sentencing procedures within the American criminal justice system suggests that the legal and moral authority to execute condemned criminals granted to a government has been tested time and time again, only to be reaffirmed by the Supreme Court. While the 1960 s saw a series of failed attempts to ban the practice, launched by death penalty abolitionist groups firm in their belief that murder can never be justified, it was not until 1972 that a majority of Supreme Court justices ruled to prohibit state mandated executions. According to the Death Penalty Information Center, a national non profit organization dedicated to providing a forum for informed discussion regarding capital punishment, the issue of arbitrariness of the death penalty was brought before the Supreme Court in 1972 in Furman v. Georgia, Jackson v. Georgia, and Branch v. Texas (known collectively as the landmark case Furman v. Georgia (408 U.S. 238)) (DPIC, 2013). While the court previously ruled in Crampton v. Ohio and McGautha v. California that the application of capital punishment did not result in arbitrary and capricious sentencing, the 1972 Furman case challenged the Eight Amendment, whereas the McGautha case cited the Fourteenth Amendment s due process provision. Jackson Pollock was an influential American painter who became a driving force for the abstract expression movement. His belief that his art comes from within was an impetrative idea behind his style. His beliefs have a huge impact on how I view art, create art, and inspired me for my final piece. Pollock was born in Cody, Wyoming in 1912. His father, LeRoy Pollock, was a farmer who raised his children in Arizona and Chico, California. Pollock was heavily influenced by Pablo Picasso, Digo Rivera, and Native American art. All of these influences contributed to Pollock s unique style. In 1929, Jackson Pollock studied at the Students League in New York under Thomas Hart Benton. He learned techniques that helped him understand space, line, color, and much more. In mid 1940 s Pollock introduced his famous drip paintings. These paintings were such a radical approach to the changes that happened during and after WWII. Media latched onto his methods and Life soon releases an article titled Jackson Pollock: Is he the greatest living painter in the United States? The content was mocking and respectful. Vogue magazine caught onto the avant garde artwork and joined the trend publishing fashion photographs in front of the beautiful drip paintings.
