1. TV DRAMA SCRIPT
EXT. WOODLAND PATH – AFTERNOON
ALANA, (17 years old) walks with her friends DANI and CHARLIE, both 17
years old. Stopping in her tracks, ALANA hears echoing sounds, she looks
confused and scared as to what she has just heard.
ALANA
Are you hearing this?
Her friends, CHARLIE AND DANI, also stop and look at ALANA, baffled
and confused.
DANI
Hearing what Larn? What are you talking about?
CHARLIE
Are you okay? What did you hear?
ALANA
Oh nothing don’t worry, I thought I heard someone screaming, it’s
probably because I’m tired.
ALANA at the bottom of her house walkway, waves CHARLIE and DANI
off as they walk home. SHE walks up to her doorstep and opens her door
and takes her shoes off.
ALANA
Mum I’m home!
ALANA runs up the stairs to her room. She turns her TV on with her
telekinetic powers. She then goes to look in her wardrobe to look for
something to wear for the party. She then looks around to her TV to see
that is has gone static and has switched to a horror movie. She hears
echoing screams and has a DISTORTED flashback to be dragged by ANON.
ALANA’S flashback ends and scene goes back to normal. ALANA has a
nosebleed. She gets a text from DANI.
DANI
(Text Message) ‘Hey girl, what u wearing tonight?xx’

2. DANI’s message is DISTORTED and replaced by a text message from
ANON, reading:
‘Don’t play your mind, you know I’m real ’.
ALANA panics and tries to block the number.
SCENE FADE CUTS TO ALANA finishing getting ready for the party. SHE
RUNS downstairs with her shoes and bag, puts shoes on. ALANA receives
another text message. With worry in her face, SHE realises it is her
BOYFRIEND, reading:
‘On my way to get you babe, bet you look amazing ;)xx’
KNOCK AT FRONT DOOR, ALANA looks CONFUSED but opens the door.
ALANA looks down to see a BLOODIED KNIFE. SHE pokes her head out of
her door.
ALANA
Yeah very funny joke you childish idiots!
INTENSE MUSIC
ALANA is grabbed by the neck from behind by ANON.
SCENE ENDS WITH ALANA’S SCREAMS.
