The screams in that scene really made the whole scene come together. The forest scene was really
beautiful and my favorite scene with the lighting. The flashes of blue, pink, and purple made the set
look appealing. The song Be our Guest was a really energetic part of the play, each actor brought a
positive energy to the audience. Overall the lighting was fantastic and I could tell the technical
director put a lot of effort into it. Hair and Makeup, I thought Madame De La Bouche had the best hair
and makeup, including the white wig. The makeup made the actress stand out and It almost looked

The two works I would like the compare are the Benedictine abbey church of St Michael, as well as
La Sainte Chapelle. The abbey church of St Michael is an early Romanesque style building and is
located in Hildensheim, Germany. The church was constructed between 1001 and 1031 during the
Ottoman period in the early middle ages. St. Michaels was commissioned by and built under the
direction of Bishop Bernward.
La Sainte Chapelle is located in Paris, France and was founded by King Louis IX. The construction
began in 1246 and was finished in 1248. This Gothis style cathedral was designed by Thomas De
Cormont, an architect also worked on Amiens Cathedral.
I decided to research St. Michael s Church as well as Sainte Chapelle because both churches are very
different compared to the other, yet both are beautiful works of architecture that depict the artistic
advancements for their time periods. St. Michael s building represents the Romanesque artistic style of

upgrade is a situation where an organization usually improves the types of systems, such as computer
software, that it uses for their normal operations. In the current world, different forms of technologies
are coming up every day (Beynon, 2009). These types of technologies are quite important for the
success of any business. In order to remain successful within the current markets, it is important for an
organization to remain competitive through the process of updating its system every once in a while.
This will ensure that the organization is competent at all times and remains successful in its operation.
Further, it may have advantages over its competitors, which improves its general operations within its
operating markets. System upgrade is quite advantageous to an organization within its working
environment and industry.
Based on system upgrade, I witnessed an organization that lost a lot of money through failed
transactions based on the upgrading of its system. The organization usually upgrades its systems
annually. The upgrading process has always been successful, both during the installation and the

Whether mentally fit or not, loose gun control laws allow those untrustworthy to buy guns and
possible commit heinous acts. The addition of strict gun control laws can reduce deaths and crimes
rates by firearms drastically, as gun ownership decreases and new regulation can prevent horrific
accidents from happening. Canada serves as a perfect representation of the benefit of strict gun control
laws and how they help improve crime and death due to firearms in America. Canada has two main
laws concerning firearms, the Firearms Acts and the Criminal Codes. The Firearms Acts pertain to the
right to possess firearms, the means of transportation, and offenses due to violations of the act. This
act specifies the rules of permits, such as where one can keep the gun, what happens to the gun in
certain situations (like the death of an owner), and more. The Criminal Codes pertain more towards
the three categories of firearms, non restricted, restricted, and prohibited firearms. The Criminal Codes
go in depth of what guns belong in what class and much more (Ahmad). The United States however
does have laws pertaining to guns, such as Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act and Gun Control
Act. The Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act mandates federal background checks of those who
purchase firearms, although Canada has more of a focus on mental health and addiction ( Brady Law
). Similar to the Firearms Acts and Criminal Codes, the Gun Control Acts cover a similar basis of the
idea of regulating firearms ( Gun Control Act ). While Canada and the U.S have similar laws for
firearms, Canada has more stricter and beneficial laws, and the evidence shows how that has effects on
firearm deaths, According to 2010 data available at Statistics Canada, over the past thirty years firearm
related homicides have continued to decline. Moreover, [m]uch of the decline in firearm related
homicide since the early 1980 s can be attributed to a decrease in homicides involving a rifle or
