MARINE PROJECTS:
• Seven (7) Years Design and Build Experience with Largest Design/Build Olympus
Offshore Living Quarters & Miscellaneous Building Offshore Platforms in the Gulf of
Mexico
• Maintained long term working relationships with large oil upstream client for three new
Gulf of Mexico deep water projects designing and building HVAC and plumbing for
Living Quarters and Miscellaneous Buildings on tension leg platforms and floating
restrained platforms. Projects: Olympus, Appomattox, and Vito.
• Quickly learned policies, procedures, and client / United States Coast Guard (USCG)
requirements on the job while designing and building the largest offshore Living Quarters
and Miscellaneous Electrical Buildings in the Gulf of Mexico. (Olympus)

LAND BASED PROJECTS:
• Helped develop procedures for handling difficult clients (Military, Defense Contractors,
and Industrial Corporations). These procedures included project planning, detailed
meeting agendas; addressing sensitive issues diplomatically and fairly, on an item by
item basis; providing demonstrations for clarification of design intent; and presenting on
the spot alternatives for problematic issues.
• Assumed responsibility of twenty-two projects (Dallas Independent School District) under
design and construction. Resolution of project issues resulted in minimizing liability
exposure by solving critical construction issues with minimum cost impact, in a timely
manner while preserving the company’s reputation. Client relations were improved
through better service and diligent construction administration.
• Satisfied difficult clients by providing on site construction administration support and one-
on-one site consults to address specific concerns with an expedited path forward for
issue resolutions.
• Designed state-of-the-art low pressure VAV HVAC system and provided construction
administration for State Capital Complex - Claiborne Office Building. (Offices for State of

3. • Designed semiconductor fabrication plant exhaust system for optimum, cost effective,
configuration with minimum ductwork, simplified installation, fabrication, and
maintenance using new products and technology. This resulted in a 25 % savings in
ductwork installation costs and shorter schedule of installation.
