permanent career employment.
 Developed project specifications, schedule, and established contractors to install a ULSD Hydrotreater
project. Installed and operating in less than three months
 Installed an OH cooler, reducing Crude unit tower pressure by about 50%. This allowed them to
reduce crude charge from 60% to 40% which allowed higher feed rates of TransMix and condensate,
on which they made $9/bbl vs. crude which they made no profit running.
