SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 1990 from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, CO. My experience
includes 14+ years Project Management, from conception through construction and start-up in a continuous
carbon black manufacturing plant. My experience there also included a wide variety of plant projects and
responsibilities as a Plant Engineer for 7 years.
My experience has molded me into a true team player with great appreciation for the value in team building.
That experience has also produced a well-rounded and result-driven leader. Key mentors in my career can
attest to the integrity with which my work is executed and my reputation for going the extra mile. Those
extra efforts allowed me to individually enhance projects and individually push “dead” projects that resulted in
recurring annual savings of $500k for a total savings of $7mm for the company through November 2014.
