Some may say or think that it has been a long time since I
have worked in the chemical industry. But after 25 years of
full time work within that industry, I can still clearly visualize
everything. How each works, how each is assembled and
how each is repaired/replaced/modified. 50,000 hours plus
TAR and start-up 12 hour days, maybe 65,000 hours.
First, safety: Electrical Tag and lockout, Inlet valves tag
and lockout(hydraulic energy lockout), blinding as needed
for vessel entry, O2 and contaminant testing, work permits,
vessel entry permits, hot work permits, Line breaking
permits, safety equipment as typical and as needed for
each specific job. Also air line masks, escape packs, 30
minute air packs, etc.

screw, gear, vacuum. I know all of the leveling, alignment
and coupling systems. Stuffing boxes, bearings, lubrication,
seal faces cooling and flushes.

separation, trays, tray holders, tray replacement, bubble
cap, packing, differential pressure requirements, and
numerous other configurations

for pipe and vessels. Other needs of pipe such as bent or
rolled. I have all the data for the gaskets, studs and bolts,
lengths and sizes. I have all of the pipe and flange
information.

exhaustive, so I ask that we have an in-depth
conversation.
INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION: Deep foundations
(piers and piles), pile caps, rebar settings, anchor bolts for
columns, towers, tanks, vessels, and structural steel.
Structural steel decks with grating, stairwells and caged
