Commercial, Industrial design and Construction Management for large building installation to small tenant finish in all MEP
and General Contracting disciplines. I have managed service work in those same disciplines as well. I have owned AWC for the
past 20 years. Worked for Brandt Engineering for the previous 13 years as a Project Manager.
Areas of Expertise:
Complete understanding of the Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical systems for Large and small buildings as well as
Residential.
Building systems design that integrate all of the MEP fields into a working project so that each of the trades’ main
features work together.
Permit acquisition. I have worked very closely for approximately 1 to 3 days a week to secure permits from the City
of Austin. I have very close relationships with the Chief Lalo Sanchez as well as the chiefs and reviewers for
Building, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing on the 2nd
floor and the chief inspectors on the 3rd
